In Cameron Kelly I have found a lawyer who understands the personal relationship side of his business. I first met him when the other guy working with me didn't give a hoot about my situation and the work showed it. Cameron stepped in with great integrity, cleaned up the work and led my case to a fair settlement, which greatly helped my struggling business. Working with Attorney Burr was simple, quick, and easy. Overall, it was a very painless process. He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and effective. I selected him over a few larger firms that have a lot of advertisements and I’m really glad that I did. They have a lot of hoops you have to jump through just to talk to your attorney and I didn’t have to deal with that with Attorney Burr. Attorney Burr is highly recommended. He also doesn’t judge you and is very understanding which is nice considering bankruptcy can be a hard position to be in. God really blessed me by helping me find Atty. Burr for my bankruptcy.

After my brother-In_law sat in MCJ for 18 months going through one incompetent PD after another I retained Mr. McClure. In just a few short months he was able to obtain a complete dismissal of all charges. All for a very reasonable fee. Something that four PD's were not able to do and countless private attorney's were not willing to do without charging an arm and a leg.

Mr Walsh advised and assisted in the somewhat complex MEDICAID application process for my 88 year old Mother. His professional guidance and MEDICAID planning smarts ensured the MEDICAID application would meet the eligibility requirements for a successful submission. His advice to execute a Promissory Note and establish a Retainer Trust were just what was needed to make my Mother eligible, while protecting some assets. After receiving a direct mail solicitation, I called and spoke to Attorney Patrick Alan Hall. Like many other reviewers' experiences, he picked up the phone when I called. He explained the process of traffic court and advised me on my specific situation saying it could be handled by me without an attorney. I attended court myself and the outcome was what he had predicted. Making that 5-minute phone call was invaluable in preparing for court and that appearance saved me quite a bit of money.

The decision to get a divorce was the most difficult decision I have ever had to make. There is a roller coaster of emotions that go along with making the decision. Most notably is the fear of not knowing how it will affect your time with your children or how it will impact you financially. Another important factor was the fear of being judged for your decision. Once the decision was made I was referred to the law offices of Hostak, Henzl & Bichler by a friend. I set my first appointment up with Jen and immediately knew that I was in a safe place. My best interest and the interest of my kids was going to be her priority. Once the process was started she kept me informed every step of the way. If I had a question about something she was quick to get back to me with an answer. All important court dates were set up immediately, and I was able to see a light at the end of the tunnel very early on in the process. The same level of support continued after everything was finalized. Jen continued to help me through the allocation of property process until everything was complete. Professional, hardworking, and compassionate are words that I would use to describe Jennifer Hemmer. I strongly recommend giving her a call if you find yourself with a difficult situation and all that is stopping you is fear of the process.

Mr. Graham handled the sale of my rental property to my tenants. As no realtors were involved, this involved extra work on his part to complete tasks ordinarily done by realtors.
