In Cameron Kelly I have found a lawyer who understands the personal relationship side of his business. I first met him when the other guy working with me didn't give a hoot about my situation and the work showed it. Cameron stepped in with great integrity, cleaned up the work and led my case to a fair settlement, which greatly helped my struggling business. Hired Jaime's law firm to assist me with a single family home purchase that was a "for sale by owner." I worked with Jaime exclusively on the transaction which was complete in less than 30 days. I hope you never have to use their services, but if you are in need this is the firm to go with. I first contacted another law firm that does a LOT of advertising and was told they weren't interested because it would be a hard case to win. Bob Peterson and his wonderful staff, especially Mandy, took the case without hesitation and got a result that I am quite pleased with. Bob and his staff were very professional and gave good sound advice, even when it meant they might not make as much on my case as they could have. We ran into a situation where we had purchased a home that started to show signs of major hidden damage only 6 months after we purchased it. After hiring multiple contractors to come look at the damage and doing a lot of research on our own, we realized that the sellers were aware of this damage before selling us the home and they chose not to disclose anything to us when we purchased the home (nor did they properly repair the damages).
When looking for attorneys, we came across Kevin's name because he had written a very informative article on this very subject. We hired him and after 2 years, we received the best possible outcome. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his background and skills as an attorney. He was incredibly patient with us, he did not overbill us, and he truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process.
I have worked for attorneys for over 30 years and if you find yourself in a similar situation as we were in here, look no further. Hiring Kevin was the best decision we have ever made and we are very grateful for everything he did for us.
I should also note that we inquired with several attorneys who didn't even give us the time of day before we contacted Kevin. He was up front and honest with us the entire time we worked with him.
