After a rotten six month expired product shattered one of my teeth, the Grocery chain store (name of Richie Cunningham's ginger friend). .. promised to help, but ended up stalling and blowing me off... Don stepped in and got results. He dotted more "I" s and crossed more "T"s than I could have done, and he not only got the settlement, but I'm positive his professionalism in this case, made that grocery store/food manufacturer be that much more careful that they don't endanger the public again. Here’s my experience with Mr. Donald Green:
So where do I start? Of course no one likes to talk about divorce and all the ugliness of the process, but when the unfortunate occasion does show up, it will drain you mentally and financially. So, you’ve tried to hold it together and pay all community debts that you owe but, the financial stability you once had is now gone. Now debtors are serving you with court summons, harassing you with phone calls, and without notice creditor pulls money directly from your bank saving account. You’re feeling so defeated that you’re certain you don’t have the energy to fight the legal fight. That’s how it was for me and I’m sure, if you’re reading my post, this probably describes you, too.
With incredible luck, I discovered The Law Office of Donald Green. In record time, Attorney Green successfully negotiated settlements with all my creditors or collectors. The professionalism of Attorney Green and his genuine care for my individual situation was amazing. I needed to consult with an attorney regarding a situation I was having with my work: I was returning to work after having been on disability leave for about five months. I was very concerned about my company’s inquiries and documentation requirements for my return to work because I had good reason to believe they were infringing on my right to privacy of my Protected Health Information as a currently disabled person and also that they were discriminating against me. It was so incredibly hard to find an attorney who was willing to take my case and consult with me. I called around for many hours with zero luck. And then I found Richard!! He was willing to help me and I was so relieved to finally have found someone who will be on my side. He had excellent suggestions and advice, and reminded me of the privacy and confidentiality I have with him via attorney-client privilege. I felt safe discussing very sensitive matters with him and he really went above and beyond in helping me. It was obvious to me that he is very knowledgeable about employment law. He presented multiple scenarios to me of how my situation might play out and that is why I felt more than prepared when I had to speak with HR again. I am happy to say I am back at work now with all HR and privacy matters having been resolved. If I ever need legal advice on a future employment situation, I know I will be calling Richard again. He was also always prompt at responding to my emails, which was great, because I had certain deadlines to make in regards to my return to work. I cannot thank you enough, Richard.

I got connected to Rich through one of his attorney relationships, and I am so glad I did! I am also an attorney with general knowledge of employment law, and Rich quickly earned my confidence and respect.
Rich is both experienced and compassionate - I always felt my stress reduce after we chatted - and he kept me on track/focused on the end goal.
With Rich's counsel, I got the exact result I wanted in every sense of the word: I am receiving ALL payments (without even having to provide standard additional documentation) while keeping relationships intact. He skillfully reined me in when I was irritated, which I believe was critical to achieving these results.

I consider myself lucky for having a defense attorney refer me to Noam Glick. Noam is a plaintiff attorney and he absolutely looked out for me. I was always able to hear it in his tone how he was working on trying to solve my case.
When I first was in touch with Noam, he took over one hour on the phone asking me questions to see how he can help me.
His patience in helping me out on a case that was a challenge from the start shows his determination. I was always able to speak, email and even text with him directly.
It was nice to have an attorney tell me how it is, what to expect and always having a plan on what can be done throughout the process. It was a great experience to have such a top notch and straight-forward attorney representing me and being very realistic.
No joke but he is a needle in a haystack. Regardless if he had not won my case, I would have highly recommended him. This review was written without Noam nor his staff requesting I write a review.
I cannot compare other attorneys but from stories I have heard, I'm very lucky. Not once did I have to go through anyone to communicate with Noam...within minutes to a maximum of two hours, I always heard back from him. The only exception when I did hear from legal attorney assistant is where I wanted to have my check sent to.
I appreciate everything Noam has done for me and he will always be my point of contact should I come across someone that needs him. Thank you!

I worked for one of the largest tech firms in Silicon Valley and was subjected to discrimination. Luckily I knew Sarah from my network, and she advocated for me through a 6 month process that ended with a favorable settlement for myself. Although I have no direct comparison, it is difficult to imagine a better lawyer to have on your side. Most importantly, at every step and decision, Sarah was clearly advocating and recommending the best outcome for myself, not trying to maximize or speed her gain. This included her supporting me “walking away” from a significant offer, despite months of work from herself. Unfortunately, the discrimination continued, but fortunately I had Sarah as a continued advocate. She provided immediate guidance, responded within minutes to incidents, and ultimately secured a substantial offer with every detail negotiated for my benefit. Apparently Sarah took vacation during my discrimination ordeal, but I would never have know given her responsiveness.
Sarah is not only extremely competent and hard working; she is selfless and displays tremendous empathy. I can not imagine a better legal experience during employment torment.

I spent a week researching about a dozen employment lawyers in LA and OC and found Amy through a recommendation from another lawyer who I liked but who was conflicted out. I only had 3 weeks to present my argument to my former employer. Amy jumped on my case immediately and worked over two weekends and was very responsive. We were able to reach a settlement with my employer within the allotted time frame and she was able to substantially improve the deal. Mr. Byrnes served me twice. I first met him when searching for an employment lawyer because I wanted a contract if I was to leave my job to go help prospective employer with their business. I was leaving a highly paid job and wanted both sides to be clear as to what we agreed to.
