Eric is an excellent attorney, especially good at negotiations and getting matters settled to the satisfaction of the client. What I especially liked about Eric is that he listens and has a conversation with you. He respects your needs and wishes and gets it done. He is an excellent writer, he drafts agreements well, good reviewer and he's thoughtful. What this all means is that he is someone you can trust and get you through your case successfully. Eric is a terrific attorney and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney or legal counsel. I highly recommend attorney, Eric Gruber of the Gruber Law Group.
I was rear-ended while driving on the 101 freeway in Marin County, California. I sustained neck and back injuries and was not being properly compensated for my medical bills by the at-fault party's insurance company.
I knew I was being treated very poorly by the insurance company, but I did not know who to turn to. Two other attorneys turned me away because my case was not big enough. Eric was then recommended to me by a lawyer friend. I hired Eric and he assisted me quickly and got me the additional monetary compensation that was appropriate.

Seth was communicative and clear, he always made me feel comfortable with the progression of my case and "broke it down" so I didn't feel like any lawyer-ese was too dense. The most difficult part was waiting for dates to come due to COVID delays, but Seth and his team made it pretty painless. The deposition was much easier than I prepared myself for it to be (due in part to Seth's pre-depo explanation and info sharing).
The final result was a great one, and I was very glad to have everything behind me. At no point did Seth lose sight of our goals, and he made me feel like I had a voice in my own case - not only that but going up against a global brand felt easy with him at my side. I found myself in desperate need of a lawyer after I was sexually assaulted by a coworker/long time friend of mine. Every avenue I had gone through to hold him accountable led nowhere. I went to our HR department and they did nothing. I went to law enforcement, the DA denied my case. I went to file a restraining order against him so at least he would be removed from the workplace and he lawyered up immediately. I walked into our first hearing by myself and his big shot defense attorney absolutely wiped the floor with me. My restraining order was denied. So I searched and searched for my own legal counsel when I discovered Russell. He was the first person with any kind of power who actually treated me like a human being. The first person who didnt know me from Adam to show any empathy. In all reality, my case wasnt exactly in Russells wheelhouse yet because of my desperate need for help and many roadblocks I encountered, he offered to represent me anyway. He worked day in and day out researching other cases similar to mine and in the end he saved me from having to pay half of my assailants lawyers fees. Marisa is amazing!
She is extremely intelligent and knows the law very very well. Besides being very intelligent, Marisa is very "human" and have compassion and understand the emotional distress and damage I went through with my unlawful termination case. She walked me through everything and didn't act like a cold attorney that only wanted money. She really cared about what happened and really made the stressful process much more bearable. Make no mistake, don't take her kindheartedness for weakness. Marisa was super TOUGH when it came to defending me and attacking the other side. I am so grateful that she was on my side of the table. Without her I really would not have proceeded with the case. It's stressful and Marisa understood that and really guided me well. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with everything.
If you want someone that's kind and understanding to you, but really beat the other side mercilessly, then I really recommend Marisa! She's smart and without her, I really didn't know what I would have done.

I hired an employment law firm and filed a lawsuit against a former employer for years of unpaid overtime. Marisa was the associate but became my primary contact. She was very knowledgeable about the law and always answered my emails promptly. She was there for my deposition and mediation. She was a lot of fun to be around. We had some good laughs and was a real person and not intimidating at all. She was patient and understanding especially as things drew to a close and I was a basket of nerves. Josh was referred to me by another attorney.
Essentially my case revolved around a mid-2020 cancel culture event with my employer. This resulted in my wrongful termination along with Josh unpacking a number of other claims as we sifted through my almost four years of employment.
My understanding was that the employer, over the years, had mistreated me. Josh knew the law and precedents that tied to the mistreatment. The list of claims was long.
At its core, my case was about an employer that irrationally reacted to a troll site post on social media tied to a post from me. While the company had invited everyone to share ideas, because it declared it was open to receiving ideas, I posted a further sharing of conservative ideas. This did not suit the political views of the employer. Not only was I wrongfully terminated, but the employer also defamed me in the process.
After almost a year of pre-trial litigation, Josh was able to secure a very good outcome that resulted in an excellent economic settlement and resolution of non-monetary issues. Josh cared about my non-monetary issues and not just the financial settlement. That meant a lot to me

Mr. Lipinsky, demonstrated excellent analytical skills and experience in the area of law for my particular problem. I was impressed at how quickly he was able to logically process the facts, apply specific experience and relevant labor laws to my particular problem. Faced with the daunting task of having just days to file before the statute of limitations ran out, I was impressed with how quickly he was able to make reasonable judgments and assumptions about my case and file such a compelling complaint and other documents before the deadline.
Mr. Lipinsky applied his excellent interpersonal skills to develop a trusting relationship. It’s very difficult to trust others to look out for you specifically when you are going through a battle surrounded by distrust. He understood and conveyed to me the strengths and weakness of my case and worked directly with me to achieve positive results. He involved me in the creation of a resolution without placing his opinions above mine. He patiently educated me through how the litigation process works. I was the victim of harassment at my place of work, based on my same sex relationship and my status as a gay male. I was taunted, called names, humiliated infront of co-workers by my supervisors and manager. When I told my H.R rep and district H.R they did nothing. The last straw was when my H.R and supervisor started telling the general workforce about my sexual status and if they've ever seen me in any lued acts. That's when I took legal acting against the company. Daren was recommend to me by a friend, so i looked him up and read his profile. I was looking for a lawyer who had experience in labor relations, sexual harassment and harassment based on sexual orientation and he fit the bill.
From our first meeting, he made me feel comfortable discussing the full details of what was happening to me at work. He took notes and kept me composed during every meeting we had. He gave me realistic time frames for what was to come moving forward. Standing up to my harassers was not easy but Daren assured me that I was making things better for myself and others.
Fast forward several months.... Litigation time. He prepared me about the environment we were about to enter. I was extremely nervous and excited at the same time. I wanted to tell the "Big Brown company" I have worked for and still do what they've done to me and how wrong they were to treat me and many others like me that way. So they had the TEAM of lawyers and the district H.R manger on one side and Daren and I on the other. Daren's words were sharp, clear and to the point. To make a long story short, we came to a very fare settlement. I did not loose any wages and still had my job which I've held for 17 yrs.
In the end I left really good for what I've done and I owe it all to Daren, for taking my case, knowing the law and caring for peoples rights in today's society.

I contacted Nick to represent me with my former employer who was not honoring their commitment to pay on a performance-based bonus. Nick was great to deal with and very upfront about the entire process in terms of setting expectations regarding my situation. Shaun Murphy is the best Attorney ever! My experience with him was a personal injury case. I contracted an STD from a man that I had been dating long term, who forgot to tell me that he had herpes before we had sex. The devastation, embarrassment and humiliation was unbelievable. My self worth was gone forever, or so I thought. One night I was watching the news and heard of this Attorney who had just won a 4.5 million dollar law suite for a simular case. I had no idea one could sue for something like this. I called his office the next day, told my story and he took me on as a client. Shaun is dedicated to these types of cases, so I felt no embarrassment when I had to discuss anything with him or anyone in the office. When I felt hopeless, Shaun always brought me strength. He was sure we would reach a settlement, which we eventually did. We had to fly to a different state to meet with the X and his Attorney. Four hours later, we settled! I hired Wilmer and his team to handle my employment case and we were able to push for a settlement 2 years after the first complaint filed. I was rejected by many many other attorneys at first since my profession is hard to understand by straight forward illustrations. Many other attorneys told me my case will be hard to be comprehended by jury if we go to trial. I went with another 5 star attorney at first and he dropped me after 1 st complaint filed. Before Stan, I had searched or talked to other lawyers and these lawyers kinda talked down to me and made me feel like my case was pointless without hearing my statement. They just assumed. When I came across Stan, he responded immediately and sat and listened to my every word. Made me feel like I was truly valued and that my case wasent something "pointless". Robert Wasserman is a wonderful lawyer, from the first phone call to the last he has never stopped caring and fighting for what was fair for me and my case. At times I would get frustrated (though not at Robert, also being pregnant didn’t help) because there was so much information that needed to be shared and discussed but unfortunately that’s just the process. Robby Robinson is a very capable, stand-up attorney. He represented me in a long, contentious employee arbitration suit, in which we prevailed. He was thorough, diligent in his research, patient, calm in his demeanor but steadfast in his determination to win the case. His very fair, straightforward and low-key style earned him credibility with the arbitration judge as well as even his adversaries. I was so beaten down and depressed from the complex wrongful termination from my work, that it was difficult for me to explain to James what happened to me.

My case is not yet completed, and I wanted to write this before then...because for me, it is about more than a dollar amount. Working with John Winer has helped me realize what it is that happened to me; that brought me into his office. He has reminded me time and again that the injuries and batteries I endured were not my fault. I went to him at such a low and wounded point, and he met me there. Inch by painful inch he has brought me to a place of realization - that my attacker preyed on me, used me, and had the training and know-how to manipulate me. It was not my fault. Walking into John's office, I had lost the ability to trust anyone, least of all myself. A person I'd placed so much faith in, had completely destroyed me physically and verbally. It is easy to dismiss a 'perfect' review, but my results were what I needed and not over the top in fees or drama. I employed Ms. Fruchtman to intervene on an employment issue that had be washed over by previous attorneys as too insignificant or politically charged in the non-profit sector. My concerns were taken to heart, letters written, conversations had, and in the end, that is what I wanted. I did not want to go to court or sue over a sexual harassment claim. I wanted to be heard and apologized to by the employer. I wanted the perpetrator fired.
