We had Amanda complete a special needs trust for us in an emergency situation in July 2021. Ms. Sinclair was quick, professional, supportive and bent over backwards to ensure that our special needs trust was completed ASAP. She was a lifesaver! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Ms. Patterson is a true professional lawyer. I have used her services at least three times in the past 8 years. She was always pleasant to discuss my cases by walking me through the legal process and discussing my options. She always made herself available to sit down and go over the issues step by step and update me on a regular basis on the status of my cases. What I appreciate the most is that I always felt being protected when she is handling my cases. She really fights to get the issues settled to my best interest. In all three cases the issues were settled in my favor. Two of those were contract disputes and the third was a real state transaction worth $80,000. I saw her in real action through mediation sessions and let me tell you....she was a real aggressive lawyer fighting to the end for an acceptable resolution to my case. Her fees were extremely reasonable and she will always be my first choice to go to lawyer.

After a friend died suddenly, Mark helped so much to make sense of all the paperwork I found in the cottage. As executor of the estate, I was at my wits' end to find out how to proceed with probate.

Rebecca gave my husband and I a thorough understanding of all of our options when it came to putting together a will and/or trust. I came to Vicki with an outdated will and living trust. After a friendly, warm question period, she outlined her plan. She emailed the will and trust to me within three days with the instruction to go over it, change any facts, check on name spelling and content. I emailed them back to her, as requested. The next meeting, a few days later, the will and trust were signed, witnessed and notarized. I feel the fee charged was fair and I am very comfortable with the realization that Ms. Rubin-Howton is my new lawyer.

Like most, I never expected that I would find myself going through a divorce. This, however, was not the worst part of it. I was served with a temporary DVRO from my ex-wife that was full of the most slanderous statements that I ever could have imagined and an expressed desire to move out-of-state with our 6-year old daughter. I was feeling scared, desperate, and nearly without hope.
I was referred to Mr. Burton by a dear friend of mine and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, within a short period of time, he and I found our way to craft what we believed to be a winning strategy.
We were outspent 5 to 1 and went through a grueling six day trial. But, at the end, we kept my daughter with me and I feel a tremendous amount of gratitude to the work and dedication to the truth that Mr. Burton demonstrated during our shared ordeal.

I can’t say enough positive things about Chelsea. I was the party of a nasty divorce with a narcissist; which is the worst divorce to encounter. After having two previous attorneys that wanted to play games, I hired Chelsea to complete remaining items. Certificate of Trust, Trust, Will Healthcare Po'A, HIIPA Authorization, Advance Health Care Directive, Intent to Return Home After Temporary Illness, Assignment, and his Letter of explanation, taxes, form letters. Attorney Pack was always available. He never goes to court with more than one client at a time. The opposing counsel had four cases that day, so we waited. Mr. Pack was totally prepared, and we won on all issues. The defense's evidence we were ready to defend was not presented well by opposing attorney, so the Judge believed our side of the case. Mr. Pack taught me how to "testify" the truth in the most favorable light. Being prepared is such a plus, and Mr. Pack was.

I first consulted Scott Hartley in October 2010. My wife and I wanted to review and revise our Wills, and also a Family Trust that we had established many years previously. Also, we needed to do a Durable Power of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directive. It was apparent immediately that Scott Hartley had broad expertise in all these areas. Throughout the course of our litigation, Mr. Ostwald was extremely considerate of our plight.
