I hired Mr. Wade to expedite my divorce after being with an ill-prepared attorney for 1 1/2 years in which I didn't get past the discovery stage. I got quick results with Mr. Wade and my divorce was finalized after 4 months. His support staff quickly responded to all my emails and returned my calls. Mr. Wade is very experienced and knowledgeable and found an error in a filing by my ex-spouse's attorney and took immediate action on her behalf which saved me money and didn't prolong the divorce proceedings. He is involved in all the cases in his firm. Every Wednesday he conducts a meeting with his associate attorneys to consult and monitor their progress and provides them with his expert advice when necessary. Hopefully, I won't need Mr. Wade in the future but if I do, I would retain his services again because I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.

My financial planner recommended Jennifer Daniel for estate planning after another local attorney cashed my check and abandoned the process. She has completely exceeded my expectations. Jennifer is bright, articulate, organized, and professional. She spent a considerable amount of time with me in order to individualize the package (will, trust, power of attorney, etc.). This wasn't just a fill-in-the-blank process on a generic template. She took the time to get to know me before she ever generated the documents. All of my concerns were addressed and she helped me understand potential issues to which I had not given adequate - if any - consideration. We did not have a good experience with Ms. Carney. It is as difficult to even speak with her. She hired another attorney to assist with my mother’s estate who was horrid. This attorney was hostile to my sister and myself and wracked up charges. I would not recommend this law firm.

Teddy R McNamara is an excellent attorney specializing in estate planning and probate. Teddy prepared my living trust and throughout this process he was extremely through and knowledgeable. Besides knowing the law regarding trusts inside and out he has all the traits you look for in choosing an attorney. Although he is very busy he takes time to answer any and all questions. I liked Teddy as an attorney right away. I quickly got to know him as more than just my attorney but as a friend as well. I enjoyed working with him very much. Eight years ago, my family contracted with Teddy McNamara to amend my father's trust upon his death. Teddy's work back then assured that we returned to him eight years later when my Mom passed away. Teddy was attentive and very responsive in dealing with the administration of my Mom's trust/estate, which involved long-distance tasks/signing papers. In addition, Teddy was very available at all times (particularly on weekends and after hours), and was personable. We shared travel information, which was a welcome diversion from all of the tasks at hand! We greatly appreciated this aspect. Administration of my Mom's estate was timely and quick, which is how I wanted it to be.
The only recommendation I would make is that documents be reviewed a bit more thoroughly before going to the client, i.e. spelling and correct names. A quick re-check before sending documents out would probably suffice.

Webb Law helped me with a simple matter, it went smoothly with the other party and required about half the estimated amount of effort. Webb Law inflated the billing hours to consume 100% of the retainer. A planned meeting with one $250/hr employee was attended by three people billing nearly a combined $1k/hr, their attendance was not necessary and did not add value. Sending me a boilerplate document was billed at 2 hours. I contacted them about my concerns and they dismissed them and offered legal mediation as the only resolve. If you choose to use Webb Law be very clear about who you are meeting with, what their cost is, and how long it will take.

Attorney Georgina Lepe assisted us in completing our living trust. She was very knowledgeable and would patiently explain everything to us in layman's terms, so we had a complete understanding of what we were signing. She is both professional and warm and friendly. Georgina Lepe is an incredible attorney. After interviewing 6 different living trust attorneys, I came upon Georgina and she was a godsend. My grandmother had terminal cancer and it was a very difficult time for my family, when I meet Georgina I knew she was the one. Georgina was very patient, explained everything very clearly, was able to answer all of our questions, and she made us all feel very comfort with the process. On top of it all she is able to speak Spanish which is my grandparents first language. I knew nothing about probate law. When my brother died I owed it to him to be his Administrator and I wanted to do my best for the heirs to the estate. I called John Palley Probate Attorney. He and his assistant Danielle Swain guided me through the process. Any time I had a concern or a question, he was always available. He recommended a great probate realtor and the house sold in a week. He told me what I needed to do to set up an estate account. Have my brothers final taxes done. All the way through to the final petition being approved. Probate law is a complex step by step process. It requires an up to date competent probate lawyer. I would have been lost without John Palley and his team, they did a great job! Perhaps best of all, working with John I was able to fulfill my administrator duties working online, saving me from a dozen 800 mile round trips. Keep up the great work John!

I chose this firm based on reviews from their website. Sadly, my experience has been nothing short of terrible. I racked up over 15k in bills in 8 weeks. I asked for more transparency in what had been done because I saw NOTHING. Still little communication back. I analyzed the invoices closely and found fraudulent tracking from their time on client calls compared to my phone records. If they falsified that they falsify the rest.
I’ve asked for my file and 6 days later I’m still waiting. With 15k deep it should be more than ready.
What a terrible law firm. I wish I would have chosen a practice that defended their clients rather than exploit them.

When my dad got sick we didn't know what to do. His finances were a mess and we couldn't afford the care he needed. We had spoken to social workers, advocates, the hospital, the rehab facility, but no one could give us clear instructions on what to do... only advice on how to fill out some forms. We were referred by an advocate to a different lawyer who wanted to charge us before they even knew if they could help us. Not even 5 minutes of time...
We were referred by a friend to Rebecca and Dinh. We did some research before calling them and they had so much good feedback on every website. We were skeptical at first. How can a law firm have all 5 stars and such rave reviews?
We met with both of them for an extremely detailed overview of what we needed to do and further information needed. They were kind, calm and clear. They didn't rush us and I could tell that they care about their clients. They sprung into action immediately because some of the forms we needed were due within a few weeks. Their communication was constant by phone and email. All of their other staff were also smart, helpful and efficient, especially Anita.
Despite our case being very complicated, we were able to achieve all the goals we discussed by the deadlines required. We feel so lucky that we were able to find Golfarb & Luu and recommend them to anyone looking for an elder attorney!!!

The night of Nov. 14, 2022 was one of the darkest nights of our lives. A city water main had burst and destroyed our home – for the second time in two years.
