Ms. Bajanova has rendered great help and very efficient and thoughtful advice on my prenuptial Agreement and other marital affairs of mine. She elevated all my fears and concerns and gave me peace of mind and very useful strategy to handle all the "touchy issues" with my spouse. I saw Gena after a negative experience with another lawyer who overcharged me, convinced me, with insufficient explanation, to draw up a trust that was not practical for me, and then shunted me off to his lackeys. So I was on high alert when I first met with Gena. But what a pleasant surprise! Gena is knowledgable and will spend a full two hours or more with you on your first visit to learn about your situation and your needs, and to answer whatever question you have. If you propose alternative viewpoints, she considers them thoughtfully and points out your options. She does all the follow-up meetings and discussions herself, and she has innovative and creative ideas. Plus, she is just a nice, interesting, and thoughtful person! (She makes her own jewelry by the way--check it out!) I highly recommend her!

Craig amended my current will and trust. He asked specific details and questions in regards to my document changes. He let me know about the "Letter of Intention" which I have not heard of previously from this law firm. This document makes it easier for executor of trust to distribute personal items to family and friends. Less stress and decision making for all which is a peace of mind.

I know Alan from around the community. I needed a trust attorney and met with him. Because of the pandemic, we had to meet virtually using zoom. He was very accommodating. He was able to answer all our questions. Once our questions were answered, we submitted the paperwork. Alan completed our trust docs timely. We hired Mr. Geraci 4 years ago for work. He was fair, always helpful, very professional and especially knowledgable. It was a difficult time for us and he was very supportive and positive. Many times he gave encouragement analagies that things would get better and they did. We share some of those positive thoughts with others to this day, who need encouragement.
Mr Geraci clearly understands his practice, the law and clearly how to best use them in his field for his clients interest. Four years later, we had to recontact him for copies of some paperwork and immediately he responded he would have it to us within 48 hours! It may be hard to find a great attorney, that is kind, that knows his field and offers superior customer service. Yes, it may be hard, but that's because you have not met Mr, Geraci. :-)

So many options but happy I took my accident case to Accident Pros LLP…i really appreciated how fast they got my car in to the shop for repairs. My situation I think is different as I was being blamed for the accident when it wasn’t my fault. People are so crazy the other person even got a lawyer to represent him even though HE CAUSED THE ACCIDENT. This world is backwards. I was scared at first, but have no fear cuz these guys handled it and had my back. We won! His lawyer chickened out and he ended up being held responsible.
