I was referred to Terri by my financial advisor. She is his personal attorney and he holds her in high regard! I needed a revised trust after the loss of my husband, and I was very impressed with the thorough and exceptional job she did on the revision - unlike the attorney who did my original trust. We went to see Mr. Elkins with the intention to hire him as we were nervous about our case. We have an attorney handling our case; however, we have had a hard time understanding our attorney. Mr. Elkins assures us that we are in a good hand when we told him who our existing attorney is. He listened to us and was not rushing us at all. Probably we were there for at least an hour.

I VERY rarely write reviews unless I feel strongly about the service one way or another. Mr. Elkins is OUTSTANDING. He is candid about whether or not you have a case but does it with tact, honesty, and compassion. He truly gave me great points of views and was really more of a therapist than an attorney. Despite knowing I really had no case, he lent an ear. He was patient and did not rush our conversation. I actually felt guilty that I took up so much time and actually wanted to pay for the free consultation that took almost an hour which included a follow up call!! Truly a unicorn in the business. I once thought only environmental lawyers were the only good lawyers, but Mr. Elkins is an exception. Although I will not be using his services for my particular legal wrangle with a real estate firm (because I have no case), I will in the near future retain his services to set up my trust. You will not find a better attorney than Peter. He's very intelligent, he stays in constant contact and always gives updates and he cares. I had the pleasure of having him as my attorney for over 2 years. My case was difficult. I had about 75 other attorneys tell me I wouldn't win and a few that saidthey'd try but it would cost alot of money. Peter won my case and he was very reasonable in cost. I had very difficult IRS issue to say the least, from the first day I walk into the RJS office I could feel the weight being lifted. Ronnie and his team were there for me through out the whole process which took almost 2 years, not once did I feel I was in the fight alone. The professional service they proved over and over again. I have had other things in the past that required me to seek professional guidance and not once have I received the same care and understanding of me and my situation that Ronnie and his team gave (100%) at a time when I needed. Dealing with the IRS at any level can be a very scary place, I truly thank God for bring RJS law to my rescue because in so many ways thats what they did. If you thinking of who you should be hiring for your situation I would strongly recommend you sit down with Ronson or anyone of the team, and talk it through. If your like me and need that extra attention you will find it here, they don't miss phone calls and your email will be responded to immediately and if there is no resolution and you have to go to face the judge the experience and knowledge is there to defend you, a lot of Attorneys say they can do this until you get to that point and then they can't, they either don't have the experience or the knowledge or the Balls to see it through, RJS does. This should have been written awhile ago, sorry it hasn't been because they truly deserve it.

A very long overdue thank you to Sibylle Grebe and Lorenzo Stoller for taking control of a seemingly out-of-control situation during the early days of Covid in 2020 in protecting my father and his estate from his deceased wife's children. I initially met with Sibylle to have her represent my dad after his wife had passed, in figuring out how to best protect his assets. While she was unable to represent him due to capacity issues, she was able to represent me. Sibylle had me move quickly to find the original trust documents which had likely been drafted without much input from my father a few years earlier, floating everything from making sure I had co-power of attorney and co-trustee powers on all the documents to considering a conservatorship. Lorenzo then took over the case and seamlessly helped draft new documents that protected my father and helped me keep oversight over his wife's children. My dad now resides with me in Washington state, and has since regained some capacity. Although he has shaky recollection of that year due to the stress of his grief and Covid, I am forever grateful to The Probate House for doing what needed to be done to protect the livelihood for which he had worked his entire life as a physician in Los Angeles. At 85, he has never been happier and is healthy. As a former estate planning and probate attorney, The Probate House is easily the best. Thank you, Sibylle and Lorenzo.

After being thoroughly confused and discovering all the extra costs associated with these sites, we came to the realization that they were not the great deals they're made out to be, and we needed an expert in estate planning.

This is really *THE* Probate Guy you need to have on speed dial! We were unprepared for an unexpected death of my father in law. After the difficulty coordinating plans and working with a mortuary totally overwhelmed from covid we were left with a new daunting task... his messy and confusing estate.
I'm kicking myself for not reaching out sooner. Robert really cares about people and you can tell loves what he does -- most of all he's GREAT at what he does! He's upfront and 100% transparent with what's practical and is willing to point you in a different direction if you need to be.
I really hope this review helps anyone who was in my shoes. It was awful while grieving to have all that stress not knowing what we should do or who we should talk to over my father in law's estate. He instantly put us at ease, saved us a ton and lifted almost a month worth of stress right off our shoulders.

The time he spent, & at no charge, was impressive. He has the knowledge & experience. His confidence is comforting. He keeps you informed & gets the job done. He admits he "pushy" but I see him as aggressive. That's the kind of attorney you want. He doesn't waste time or money. You can trust him. He will even listen when you find yourself emotional. Brad assisted me in helping settle part of my late father's estate. I was having problems dealing with one of my father's banks, who were extremely unhelpful and basically just giving me bad information (causing me a great deal of stress in the process). He got back to me the same day I called. I explained the issues with the bank, and he took me through all my options, explained what the pros/cons were of each, and helped reduce my confusion and let me know that I could get this settled relatively easily. We were involved in a very contentious probate case as Legal Guardians. Our grandson is a child with significant special needs. His parents were unwilling to admit their son has disabilities, and insisted to court that we had made them up to try and limit parent visitations. The parents attempted to have our Guardianship revoked. Mr. Jeremiah Raxter did six things extraordinarily well for us: kept us on an even keel when we were reeling, gave rock solid legal advice that kept us on firm footing, did the research necessary for us to feel confident in front of the judge, was on top of it strategy-wise, helped us understand rationale for every step.
