I was blessed enough to have this firm covering my back for the past few years, and hopefully into the future. All praise be to God.
These were the hardest years of my life. I was being harmed by my employer, their leadership, their insurance and by medical staff. It was a very stressful time for me and my family. When I eventually decided it was time to get a legal professional, I entered a whole new world of stress. We had many questions. Who deals with these issues? Who do I spend my health and time talking with? Who has experience? Who can I trust? Attorneys request a lot of money, sure, but you have to make these decisions: Will I be able to get results on my own? Do I have the health or intelligence to do it on my own? Where do I learn procedure, rights and more? Do I have the capacity to understand all of these rules? The time to do so?
Even after speaking with a few attorneys I had hope for, I got the feeling they weren't the best for me for various reasons. And that is when I was eventually referred to this firm and attorney Ibrahim by a family member.
It was still a risk at that point, but I decided to go with him. I learned many things after a few years with Ibrahim. First, and most important, (without going into too much detail) I got the resolution I needed from my case. Ibrahim has good communication and you can expect answers when things are urgent. He will fight for you and make sure your needs are taken care of. He will listen to complaints and handle them. He will take time to explain things to you. He will be honest.
The legal system is a mess, and it won't be pretty and it's not designed to completely compensate victims. It will take a long time. You will be abused. You will sacrifice. You will cry. But succeeding and getting compensated for your rights, without losing too much in the process, is all that matters. And I pray for both my family members who referred me to Ibrahim and for Ibrahim himself almost everyday. What more can you ask for?

While researching and meeting with several legal professionals regarding wills and living trusts, I felt a bit overwhelmed with all the legal jargon and I also didn’t feel like my questions were being answered.

Kampf, Schiavone & Associates are the best attorneys ever! Although my cases were difficult & complicated with multiple work injuries, Schiavone, Kampf & Associates never gave up on my cases with both, Workmen’s Comp, and my Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund case, also known as SIBTF. I started with Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates a few years back, & they were finally able to get the State Workmen’s Compensation Board & State (my employer) to come to a final agreement & we settled with a fairly good outcome for me, and I was very happy with that Permanent & Stationary settlement. It’s very difficult trying to settle any type of a case with the state of California, but my attorney’s at Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did just that for me., and they did it extremely well. They also found me great doctors to provide the lifetime medical care I needed, and where I live, that’s not an easy thing to do.
Immediately after my case was settled with Workmen’s Compensation, my attorneys advised me that I might qualify for the State SIBTF award. And my attorneys began the process of setting me up with the required various Medical evaluations, which didn’t take very long at all. I think the whole process of all the evaluation took about perhaps less than a year maybe, and then my attorneys set up with the State of CA SIBTF for SIBTF court hearings, which I did not have to go to at all. My attorney took care of everything For me.
Bottom line, my attorneys won me 100% with approximately 7.5-8 years of backpay, Plus a substantial monthly amount of income for the remainder of my life-span. I am very thankful for everything Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did for me. I don’t know what I would had done without them, & their help, but I do know this: Schiavone, Kampf, & Associates never gave up on me & my cases with them. They fought long & hard for me, and provided me with solid emotional support, when things felt too hard & overwhelming for me…they were always there for me. Never had to deal with a situation like this so was a bit scared on how to handle it. 30 years in a All-Risk FD, high call volume, crime ridden city, you take a beating. Through the years I had used several “quality” WC attorneys, never felt represented fully, just passed along, the minimums. After refinancing a property, The title company messed up in
recording of our quitclaim deeds. It seemed that something was wrong. We informed the tittle company. It took a while, going back and fort, the tillite company claimed that it was fixed.
By now we lost the trust in accuracy of the deeds. We needed an expert to review the documents.
Marc was very personable and knowledgeable. He reviewed our documents and told us that everything was ok.

Karthik Krishnan was the second lawyer I consulted with about my case and I wish he had been the first. Upon consultation with the first lawyer, who mislead me, I made a decision that would impact my case negatively. I don’t typically write any reviews but Shiela was so Amazing from the initial consult to the end of the case that she deserves people to know what a professional, compassionate, kind attorney she is. If your looking for the best attorney than stop looking. I liked her immediately because she listened without any judgments, she didn’t rush me off the phone, she really listened to my case. I am a retired police officer, who sustained a serious life changing injury while on duty. After the injury, I tried to go through the workers compensation process on my own. I originally hired the hack lawyers Beach Cities Legal. After six months of my claim being denied and complete lack of care I fired them and hired Mr Rott. Quickly my claim was accepted and I got the medical attention I needed.
I had Mr Rotts cell phone number and he always answered my calls. He attended most of my Dr appointments and was very active in my care.
I never saw the inside of a courtroom.
He brought me from being denied to a $2.5 million settlement.
I can’t recommend him and his staff enough.

Over 1 year ago I severely injured my back at work which resulted in 2 emergency surgeries, shortly after I was admitted to the hospital I was informed that my employer had flat out denied my claim for workers compensation after telling me to my fae that they would take care of me.
I was staring down the barrel of over $400,000 in medical bills as I did not have insurance at the time of the accident, as well as no job to return to, I was scared as to what was going to happen to me next.
I found Greg online and his team worked tirelessly for over 1 year fighting on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of. My employer fought, and used dirty tactics at every turn to deny me benefits, including having me followed and spied on by a private investigator (I had already had surgery at this point and was recovering) but that did not deter Greg and his team one bit. In fact every time they turned it up, Greg went in even more determined.
I could not be more appreciative for all of the hard work and pure dedication that was put into my case by Greg and his team, at no point did I ever think Greg was in this for the money, or anything other than he felt I was wronged and wanted to help me. He genuinely cared about my well being and the incredible financial stress this put me under, he was compassionate, diligent, and very patient throughout the entire process answering countless questions and never once making me feel like a burden.
1 year and two months later I have finally resolved my case and have received the financial help I was fighting for, including having my medical bills paid. This would have ruined me financially and sent my life into a much different direction. Because of Greg and his team I am no longer losing sleep and wondering what I'm going to do to survive.

When I first contacted you, I didn’t know what to expect. Surly my expectations were low due to my experience elsewhere.
