i called bill on 7/5 - though i had a court date on 7/7. I was nervous that it was so short notice he wouldn't be able to help me. not only was Bill able to help me, he had one of the issues dismissed and another down to the lowest form. I not only saved myself having to pay a fine as well as court costs as well as this bleeding into other areas of my life - which could affect my job - now i just paid bills fee and the court cost and i can forget this happened to me. i couldn't pull out my wallet fast enough!!!

From the start, Ron was on top of things. He got the desired out come with Foster Parent issue with DSS. I called Brewer and Brewer to help me get my son out of jail I gave 900.00 dollars for them to do a title search for a bond that didnt do anything I was told not to do anything else till I heard from them well after 3 days nothing so I called back and was assured they would call me back ,still waiting another day I called back assured again someone would call me. I wanted to share my experience with Dixon Law Group in case anyone is looking for legal assistance, specifically with Probate issues. I contacted them in late October 2024 because I needed an attorney to help guide me through probate for my father's small estate after he passed without a will. After talking with the paralegal, I felt relieved that I had found someone knowledgeable and responsive that would help with this confusing legal matter. I agreed to use them for my issue. I should add that I'm not local so having an attorney in the area was a relief. I provided all the information requested and was told that I would have a "package" emailed to me that week. Over the next 2 months, I contacted the paralegal multiple times through email and phone to ask about the progress. I was always told that "I was just about to send you an email". Unfortunately, those emails were never sent or arrived. Their office wasted over 2 months of my time and added to my already high level of stress regarding what to do. I finally called them in early January 2025 to let them know that I would find someone else to help me. Their response was indifferent, which is what I expected, and their unprofessionalism was not addressed. I'm not sure if this is how they treat all their clients, but I was extremely disappointed.

Jackson Hardison and they all are Partners in the firm about Adam Performance on my case and they all had a bad attitude when I talked to them about Adam lack of performance on my case I am not happy at all now I have call for about two weeks no return phone calls and I called Seresa his parolege for two weeks and still no return call I have not had a workman comp check in 15 months and I had not gotten my mileage the last time I talked to my attorney he told me he had filed for my mileage but he lied I call the insurance company my self and they said it has not been filed. then she said I made a mistake by telling you anything I thought you didn't have a attorney. I can't tell you anything but call your Lawyer I told my attorney .I am still in pain. I need to go back to the doctor but he will not talk to the insurance compan to get my preatherestion to see my doctor now I have a lot more to say about Hardison and Cochran but I will keep you posted on my progress with this form.

I was referred to Mr. Ross by another attorney I know in Greensboro. I left a message for him to call me. He returned the call within TWO HOURS, he listened patiently and was extremely polite and empathetic. I hired Howard to represent me in a traffic case in Durham County. The initial charge was G.S. 20-141(j1), and we were able to enter a plea of responsible to G.S. 20-123.2 (improper equipment) with no required conditions. This is the best possible outcome for a speeding ticket in NC, as it is a non-moving infraction that has no insurance impact, no points, and no per-policy limits or out-of-state issues like a PJC.
Howard was able to effectively present my case, clean driving record, and letter to the court to the DA's office to obtain this plea deal. It is essential to have a lawyer who knows the local DAs and is willing to put in the time to continue the case to a date with the most favorable DA/district judge. Howard was able to obtain an improper equipment in my case even though it was outside of the usual guidelines for this county, and without a requirement of traffic school. Despite staffing changes in the DA's office, Howard was able to adapt and get a strong deal even with a brand new DA.
Howard appeared around four times in court all for a flat fee that was about equal to the cost of the ticket. It took about five months in total to resolve the case, and I did not have to appear in court at all. Most speeding tickets are going to cost $250-350 in fines/costs. The question is what will happen to your driving record and insurance rates. That is where paying Howard a few hundred dollars is well worth it. Defense lawyers know the DAs and they have a professional rapport with them. I thought about going to court myself, but even though I had a good idea of the laws, I wouldn't have known the people and procedures to expect in this county. Howard knows exactly what to expect and how to best present the case to the DAs.
Howard never routes calls or texts to a secretary--some of the lawyers I contacted, and many that sent advertisements in the mail, did not even let you talk to a lawyer before hiring them. Howard gave a lengthy phone consultation at no charge and was in no hurry. Howard will ask to see your citation and driving record before giving a flat fee quote for the case. If available for your case, you'll also have to fill out a waiver of appearance form if you do not want to appear in court each time yourself.
I actually found Howard by chance by looking at the bar directory, and he was a bit surprised as he does not do any advertising. If you've come across this listing I would definitely recommend giving him a call. I think it's best to call a few different lawyers as I did, and choose who you feel most comfortable trusting your case with. Cross out anyone who doesn't give a real consultation or pushes you to decide right away. Whatever you decide to do, Howard will give you a consultation and put you at ease regarding your case. As a local college student, Howard provided a service that was affordable to me and well worth the money.

To whom it concerns, Mr. Adam Linett was truly a blessing to my son and I! I tried to fight the insurance company for what I felt my son was entitled too! The insurance company only offered 50,000 be paid out, they never even paid all the medical bills. They were telling me I needed to sign that dayand kept pushing me to sign. After alot of thought I went and met with Adam and told him what I was being told and sure enough they were policy's that I didn't know they had until we hired Adam and he got to the bottom of it all. Needless to say Adam got my son 150,000. I strongly recommend anyone who's been in a car accident. Definitely go to Adam Linett, because the insurance companies aren't for the victims! I was greatly satisfied with the results!

I initially met with Mr. Duncan back in January with a no cost, no obligation consultation. At the time, I was overwhelmed with debt (foreclosure, charge offs, and a judgment). Mr. Duncan explained my options in great detail and informed me that my situation (means test pending) qualified for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The process of filing my EB-2 was not only making nervous but also giving me alot of challenges in terms of providing accurate information in the USCIS forms. Each check box matters on every USCIS form, and there is only correct way of doing it! I was nervous that I would make errors. When Mueni Muli and team came onboard, they did all the paperwork, consulted me all through the process and successfully filed and obtained an EB-2 approval!! It did not end there, the team reached out to me later and informed me that since there is a nearly 18-month delay in visa availability, we should file an EB-1.
