What little quality of life I do have is owed to Foster Law and Dr. Rubin. Thanks to them I actually got to see the Seahawks win a Super Bowl : )

Look no Further! I do not even know how to start or express my sincere Gratitude for this family ran law firm. If your like me you have spent hours/days to try and find someone to hear you out, once you finally get a meeting, you feel hesitant because you feel like most of the other firms are there to treat you like a number and another paycheck.
:ets put it this way, My L&I Claim Manager said this, Todd and his Law firm is unique among the rest of them and its unheard of for most law firms once they lock you into a contract to be willing to be consistent, as responsive and willing to do what's ethically and morally right for you. I had my workers compensation claim approved quickly with the help of Todd and his family (Law firm) compared to when I was trying to do it on my own it was like pulling teeth. Which don't do it, it really adds insult to injury and the extra stress makes the recovery even harder.
I had blown out my lower back on the job but I think the injury doesn't matter as some lawyers say they are experts for your specific injury and others may not be. IMO this is an attempt to convince you to go with them but Todd Doran has the experience and any case relevant to Washington Workers compensation or an L&I claim is relevant to his practice in my opinion because ethics and understanding play a greater weighted roll when your talking about life changing injuries and looking for someone to help you for the long term.
I could say more but it would become a book and I wasn't paid to write this, I was represented by Todd Doran and his Law office and truly appreciated what he did for me. I wish his google page was at the top of the list when you search, Workers Compensation lawyers Spokane wa because it would have saved me about a week of calling around and going through the riga-morol of vetting the good, bad and the righteous.

I love Mr. Carlson. He took a chance on me and won my case. He knows exactly what to do and never let me down. He returned my calls promptly and cared for me like I was apart of his family. I was involved in a near fatal motorcycle accident. He hired experts to videotape the recreation of my accident to prove my case. Joe went above and beyond- He truly did. There were times the opposing side was difficult to talk with, when I (the client) was cut off joe made sure i was put back on. He is very under control he does not overdo things. He is a very confident individual and knows what he is talking about- and backs it up! He asks the right questions- really, the way he handles himself does a lot. He does not waste time on things, gets to the point, and treats his clients with respect. If you do not understand what you're going through or what is happening he makes sure to take the time and explain it to you; what is expected of you and makes you feel extremely comfortable. You can tell he is a human being and not just there for the paycheck. He is not intimidating, he makes you feel at home. when our case was over joe made a point to tell us, although your case is over that does not mean i won't babe there for you in the future. He is a very good guy, and is very professional.

A friend recommended Scott who was handling her accident claim after expressing my frustrations to her. We also had a accident and were suffering from so much pain but the insurance wouldn't help us and we didn't know where to turn. From the first time we met with him he was amazing. He told us even if we didn't hire him he still wanted us to get us in contact with Doctors that were specific to our needed care. We felt like we were talking to a dear friend every time we spoke. He helped my family not only get the medical attention we needed but walked us thru all the processes. We felt like Scott and his firm were in our corner and took so much of the stress of the financial situation off our shoulders. I really feel that if we never called him we would have been suffering our whole lives with pain and financial hardship. He was able to get us the maximum allowed from the insurance and got all our medical expenses covered too.

Mr. Scott Bowen was recommended to us through a friend’s business lawyer. Upon reaching out, Scott got right back to us and consulted us on what was to come. This was a higher profile case than the average accident. He was sensitive to my partners situation. Under the circumstances I can imagine it made it more complicated on his end, which he handled with grace. The process which Scott represented her was top notch. I had filed for SSDI benefits back in 2017. I hadn’t seen any developments in my case for such a long period of time, so I decided to hire Attorney Schwab in Oct. 2018. First thing I noticed was he took the time to discuss my case as if I was her only client, & that he took all the time in the world to go over my case, as if I was a friend or family member. My fiance and I were both going through separate custody battles this past year, we consulted with multiple attorneys before we were referred to Rob Ricketts. When we initially met with Rob, he advised us that he could help, he gave us a since of security and ease. Rob is absolutely amazing at his job, very thorough, consistent and fair! He listened to us which was uncommon from the 3 previous attorneys we spoke with. I really can't say enough good things about Rob. If I could give a negative 5 star I would they do not even deserve 1 star my husband went there with a serious injury to his back and stomach from being squished and penned against a machine that luckily didn’t kill him. We went to this place to get an attorney for professional help and got not one bit of professional help first off the attorney, Laura, Fedorko has very poor communication, she excepted my husband’s case and I feel like she didn’t do anything, except for maybe dispute a denial, but other than that was just sitting around like ducks, waiting for whatever to happen instead of fighting for her client like she should when my husband and I went into the office, to take bills that we are receiving from his injury, and give them updated APF papers for work they would get upset. The lady that works at the front decided it would be OK to holler at my husband when he was trying to talk and practically tell him to shut up not giving him a chance to say what he wanted to say after she told him that he had to pay his bills from the work injury, which is not our responsibility after that situation, Laura decided she was going to have her translator call to make an appointment not to give us updates on the case but to tell my husband that his wife is no longer allowed to have anything to do with his case no communications to help make things easier because I told her assistant upfront not to raise her voice and holler at my husband like that again to act professional, like she should and to tell her own client that he cannot go into the office or call that he had to go through a translator named Carlos and when he tried going through the translator, he would always have attitude as well and his response would be I don’t know I’m not a lawyer but then not even relay much of anything to the Laura so with that being said there is so much more but I don’t wanna get into everything however, if you’re looking for a professional attorney to help you in the situation that you are in DEFINITELY DO NO GO THROUGH PUTNAM you need somebody that is going to be more understanding more caring about their clients, more communicating and help their client get what they need and deserve you will not get that from this place and if you decide to go through them good luck hopefully you have better luck than we did. The only two times she made an appointment was because she wanted to vent because we were calling to try to find out if there was any new news on the case and that upset them Because apparently clients should not call or know any new updates or anything with your case you just need to give it to him and let it sit for who knows how many years because it’s a long process she says it makes it even longer when you don’t do anything to try to speed things up so if you decide to go with them, good luck, God bless and I hope you the best of luck

I used their online chat regarding an injury I got at work approximately a month ago that I've been given the run around on. The same day I did the chat, I received a phone call from them and they gave me exactly the information I was needing regarding my L&I claim.
