In the craziest 8.5 years of my life while battling my case it finally ended in my favor. Honestly at times I was nervous, unsure , stressed, depressed, and probably the biggest pain in the a.. to jim and the paralegals. All in all they stood by me and helped me get my claim closed and now I have a chance to start my life over and hopefully heal as my injurys are permanent but im alive and I can't say thank you enough and would deffinately refer him to anyone.

Very impressed... I contacted them for help with an L&I claim. They spent time reviewing the file and provided guidance on how to proceed, along with work product. They refused to bill me for what must have been at least a few hours work. They actually mean it that you don't need to hire an attorney to get their help. Cheryl was so helpful. I was having some serious issues with both my employer and L&I, lack of communication with L&I, my benefits randomly getting cut off, total lack of professionalism IMO. I was referred to Sue Holm by a good friend of mine, I contacted her, told her my story, we discussed terms and I signed her on. IMMEDIATELY things got Infinitely better for us, payments came on time, if there was ever an issue I'd send off an email to Sue and it was handled promptly. I tried multiple times to gift her money, gift cards etc, because I felt that she was very under paid for the work she was doing, but she denied them every single time. Sue is very passionate and knowledgeable with her work, she doesn't take any gruff off anyone, myself included. If she felt I was doing something out of pocket, or had any issue with me at all, it was very direct and to the point. Which I absolutely love in a person, no beating around the bush, no guess work. I simply can not put into words the gratitude myself and my family have for what she has done for us in our battle against L&I and my employer, we thought we were going to be homeless, lose my job, even have to pay back almost $50,000. But we had a true warrior on our side, and it was worth every single penny. Even though she didn't get enough pennies. I do not recommend anyone else but Sue Holm when I hear someone is having an issue with work related injuries. And if, good forbid, I ever get injured at work again, even if it's a simple paper cut, I'm not doing any thing first before contacting her. She'll hear from me before a doctor sees me. L&I is not there for the workers, they're there for the corporations, you need someone that's there for you, and there simply is no one better than Sue. If she says "do this", GO DO IT! Communicate with her, and listen to her advice. When you need a dog in the fight for you, Sue is the Cane Corso you need.

We contacted a number of attonreys in hopes of finding someone who could help us with our daughter’s diability benefits. Sue was the only attorney who responded to our inquiry. Her response was fast and complete, and she was clearly very knowledgable about disability law. As a fellow attorney (who knows nothing about disability law) I would highly recommend her.

I had contacted a disability attorney whose office was close to me. He didn’t even listen to me or return my call. I was distraught. If you’re at the point you need a disability lawyer, you are already in pain and in need, financially. I read the reviews on AVVO on Susan Holm. I took the chance and called her. She screened my case during the call. She accepted my case. She met with me. After sitting with me for a few hours, we filled out what would be a saving grace for me. Susan’s counsel and advice and more importantly, compassion, helped me through the process. There are questions that she asked me that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own that I’m sure helped my case. I guess you can go through the system on your own but I wouldn’t suggest it. Someone like Susan has years of experience that will help give you clear expectations for your case. I was fortunate enough to have my case approved the first time through, within 4 months. I am not expected to return to work given my extensive health problems, but I am glad I will be receiving SSDI benefits to help with my lost income. Having it approved the first time is not the norm, by far. And by no means should you take away from me that your case will be approved the first time, or if it is, within 4 months. What I can honestly tell you is that I have no doubt that the assistance from Susan in preparing the application the first time did help. Susan anticipated what would definitely help. Her years of experience is so valuable in that regard. For me, going to Susan was worth it. I have no qualms about suggesting Susan to anyone seeking SSDI. I would suggest that before you meet with her, you gather all these important items: Doctor’s full names, their addresses, their phone and fax numbers, what they’re treating you for, the last appointment date you had with them, the next future appointment date, all medications you’re taking and for what conditions, ALL possible conditions you’ve been diagnosed with, and a journal of your physical and mental struggles. Also, employer’s FMLA documentation may help as well as the last 6 months of paystubs. I was prepared and Susan appreciated the preparation. Good luck and I hope health returns to you. But in any case, I hope you get the financial help from SSDI. I needed competence in a lawyer. I hoped for compassion considering my circumstances. Susan Holm provides both.

Want/Need a no nonsense lawyer Grady Martin is for you-at first I was not sure how much I liked him as he is a GET TO THE POINT type person-However the longer I was with him the more I realized that this was me being dumb Grady's approach was actually the best for anyone's case! It was me trying to joke & kid around that was the problem !! ALL GRADY DOES IS TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.He will tell you in no uncertain terms what is going on & what is BEST for you & YOUR case he truly is not the golf playing or I can not be reached till who knows when type-I would truthfully say EVERY time I had a question/problem that I had Grady's ear and attention.Never a problem with a callback if he was in court or something promptly I was in touch as soon as he had time NOT NEXT WEEK !!! He was my lawyer a long time as my L&I case lasted 9 years not because of Mr.Martin but the Bozo doctors the state has you deal with ,the states taking their time and truly just because it is the "government" I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grady Martin and no I am NOT related to him-he is good simple as that.Thank you Grady for getting me my pension and for teaching me that there is a time to joke but all his time is time you are using and he wants it to be used wisely.

After being injured by a automobile accident, I tried to navigate the maze of insurance claims myself. It was very frustrating. A year after the accident I retained Sean to sort through everything. I hired Mr. Abbarno part way into my Child Custody/Child Support case. He came into a mess and had to fix and re-do things from a previous attorney I had. He did! He took the time and dug through it all and was amazing.. He took the time for me and took the time to understand in detail the truth in my case. I was getting nowhere trying to fight my case in the system myself. Workers comp and social security. Then came rondi. She is very knowledgeable in all sides of the system. She is very sweet and personable and truly cares about the right thing but she also met any controversy during my case head on and with complete confidence. Definitely not afraid to fight for you and what is right. She always had my back and gave me peace of mind. Elizabeth is hands down the best personal injury attorney out there. She has personally helped me with two accidents. One from 2009 and one from 2011. She takes the time to fully explain all of the legal jargon and answer any of my questions. He is honest, funny, straightforward, and moreover very intelligent. There is no reason on earth to search any further. His strategies are sound, and well thought out. Chris is human, he is all anyone could ever hope to find in an attorney. Stop your'e search right now. Aside from his legal expertise, he is kind, fair, and a hero among men. I'm Canadian. I was in Seattle last June. I had a beer too many. I was charged with DUI. At my age and being a foreign national I was in trouble. I first spoke with Mr. Phillipson's law partner. She's amazing. Ms. Lundin assured me the process would be handled by herself and Mr. Phillipson. I had a very good case. I was over the limit but registered .085. The law process is enormous. Do not proceed without calling this law firm. The amount of money I spent was very small compared to the imsurance implications alone. We did not go to trial. A good lawyer is your best friend in any legal proceeding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. I did not lose my licence. Mr Phillipson is very well respected within the WA legal community. I made two very brief trips back to Seattle and the matter was dealt with. When you've been criminally charged in WA state, call Mr Phillipson. It will be the best phone call you will ever make. I've learned much from this experience. Firstly, don't drink and drive. Secondly, pay to have a legal team take care of the way your feeling right now. You've made a mistake otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. Phillipson & Lundin gave me my life back.
