My brother was forced into a guardianship by these people. The Guardian Ad Litum completely ignored the revised laws of 2020 that state Guardianship is to be the least restrictive measures with individual preferance as the most important focus. The Guardian Ad Litum instead marked every box to strip my brother of all his civil liberties taking extreme measures to ensure my brother would never be able to live independantly again...my brother did not deserve the Guardian Ad Litums attack upon all his civil liberties thaf reduced him to a dog basically. Shr alsi did nothing to protect him she reduced him to a vegetable with a stroke of a pen...she probably is a volunteer for the court who has no formal education about guardianship and real intent. But here lies the true problem the attorney with FoxBallard even told my family it was futile nothing could be done to stop this nightmare ...this firm is nothing more than a parasitic nusiance of greed that benefits by inflicting suffering on vulerable adults who the legal system should protect not exploit!

I found Freeman Law by chance in a Google search when trying to find a lawyer after an accident. From the first point of contact with Kim and Amera, they were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Through my 2yr ordeal they showed compassion and kept in contact with me by phone and email to check on my well-being as well as update me with any information. They answered all my questions and if they didn't know right then they were sure to find out and get back to me. Their communication was top tier. Even as things got wrapped up, everyone in the office I interacted with were so kind. They also support a few causes which I thought was cool and I was also able to pick which one to have a donation go to. Overall, great firm to work with and would highly recommend.

I wish I had called Mr. Burke first because he made all of my worries vanish within minutes and pointed out issues that I couldn't see, even with my training and experience. This was my first accident that involved me being injured and i didn’t know what to do or if i should hire an attorney. I called all the personal injury attorneys that you see on TV and they all wanted me to sign asap, without hearing me out or talking about any of my concerns. I called GLP and right off the bat, the experience was so much better.
The first call to GLP i actually spoke to an attorney and not a receptionist. Amanda Carmody actually listened to my case and concerns. She even did some research on my car accident even before having me sign with them. Amanda was very straight forward, honest. There was a possibility of me needing surgery and she told me that, if i ended up not needing surgery then i would probably get more money on my own without an attorney and the fees associated. She didn’t try to push me to sign with them, unlike all the other places i called. This is why i ultimately decided to go with them.
Throughout the whole process, Amanda and her team kept me updated on everything and answered any questions i had in a timely manner. They did a lot of legwork for me, which relieved me of the stress of dealing with insurance. They were able to get me the max amount from the insurance companies. It was enough to cover all my medical expenses, attorney fees, and there was even quite a bit left for myself. They definitely made me whole again. The whole process did take a while (mainly due to my insurance company), but they never left my side even though they already got their share of the settlement. They continued to help me and see things through to the very end. I would 100% recommend GLP, Amanda and her team to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney. Thank you Amanda, Cheryl, Lauren, and GLP for everything!

Ben Ferguson was so wonderful to work with. He kept me in the loop with major updates, but also just took my case and independently drove it forward without making it burdensome on my life. I loved how he approached things, informing me of important information without inundating me with noise. His prep sessions were helpful and he was always super kind. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain things to me even though he’s definitely the expert and I’d always defer to his judgment. My case reached a fair settlement despite opposing counsel being difficult to work with because Ben was diligent and kept pressure on them to keep things moving. I'm 65 years old and have worked hard Construction Labor for most of my life until I injured my shoulder at the end of 2018. That is when I opened my first "Workers Comp Claim" and
after many Exams, Tests and Scans, an Orthopedic Surgeon told me that I had "Stage 4 Osteoarthritis" on top of other serious complications that would have caused me to need a Shoulder Replacement in the very near future, especially if I kept working at my trade.
I did not seek any legal counsel at the time and had to go back to work "light duty" in spite of my ongoing condition. I then was immediately reinjured after being taken off of "light duty" in middle of 2019! I saw the "Company's Preferred Doctor" that wouldn't even prescribe pain medication, despite the obvious pain I was in. I decided to call a good friend of mine that is an Employment Attorney in Portland to ask his advice. He told me that he would find me good Attorney in Spokane and through his research he gave me a short list and Nick Pontarolo's name was right on top. I called Nick and he took immediate action and control as he represented and guided me through a maze of "BUREAUCRATIC RED TAPE" involving Doctors, Employers, Attorneys, Therapists, Vocational Rehabilitation Councilors and even more.
Because of Nick's connections, I have had one of the premier Shoulder Surgeons in the Country replace my shoulder and some of the best rehabilitation experts throughout the region working with me as well. While all this was going on, I never missed a "Time Loss' compensation check for 4+ years.
I'm now retired, and my claim just closed and without Nick's professional representation and expertise for these last 4+ years, I truly believe that I would have lost everything I've ever worked for my entire life.

My husband was heavily medicated as he was under hospice care for stage 4 cancer. I was medicated due to depression. Mr Curran was recommended to us by Spokane Hospice as someone who would come to our house to update my husband's will. I do not believe Mr Curran did his best work for us. My husband was very distraught and agitated, I did my best not to upset him anymore than necessary, and signed off on his will. Unfortunately, even though he asked if I understood what I was signing off on, I still signed, walked away crying and let the witnesses finish up with the lawyer. I understood that the will said everything was going to his children, but I also assumed I could contest the will, as signing was an act of kindness to a dying man, who repeatedly told me not to worry, that I was being taken care of. When Mr Curran left our home, he took my phone with him. It was three days of me looking before he called to say he had it.
When my husband passed away his sisters were the executors of the estate. Imagine my suprise when 5 weeks after his passing, after living in this house for 10 years, I was served with an eviction notice... 3 days to get out, served on me by his sister and written up by none other than Mr Curran. Was he my husband's lawyer or his sister's lawyer? I felt there was some conflict of interest... probably wrong on that point, but still I don't think he took in my husband's mental state, or mine, into consideration. He most certainly did not consider what happened to me afterwards, and Oh My Gosh. He took my phone.

Tom handled my husband’s L&I claim for 8 years, ultimately helping him win a lifetime pension. Injuries and claims are life changing experiences, and can be extremely difficult to navigate. We were hit by a drunk driver on the highway between Ferndale and Bellingham. Unfortunately the driver did not have insurance so we have to use our under-insured motorists insurance. We hired Tario and Associates to help us with the claim process. Our experience had been great from the beginning to the end. Michael Tario is professional with years of experience. His team was caring, patient, attentive, and followed my medical and chiropractic treatments with great details.
Michael went the extra mile (with amazing knowledge and skills) in fighting us a settlement which was nearly 150% over the original settlement amount offered by the insurance company. I called him our "miracle lawyer!"
