I felt compelled to write this review! I want anyone in the state of California looking for an injury lawyer to be so BLESSED to have this firm stand behind them! I urge you to stop looking. You're going to waste your time anywhere else. Sure, everybody says that in reviews when they are happy with a company. I'm not just happy. I feel like I had my own family fighting for me and they wanted my suffering to stop. Most firms and lawyers are a bunch of hot air and lots of ego!! Let's face it. But when you have a lawyer go above and beyond to make you feel cared about and like you are family, then you want only the same for others. Mr. Sherwin Arzani was more than my lawyer, he was on my side and wasn't settling no matter what. I never felt rushed and I could tell he genuinely cared about me from his hard work, phone calls and keeping me completely informed of everything going on. I was in a very severe accident. A man on his phone, driving towards a backed up off ramp, did not stop and was going 60+ mph blindly hit me from behind without breaks!! I was at a complete standstill. He did not care to help me and took off from the scene. I tried having friends and family talk to the insurance company and saw extremely quickly that I needed an attorney. They wouldn't give me information like what my benefits were. So I looked up Citywide Law and that was the start of my road to recovery. From the day I called, I felt nothing but compassion and understanding from the entire office. I had to wait 2 days to call them as the whiplash locked my jaw shut!! They took the frustration and headache of dealing with the insurance company off my hands that day, right then and there. I knew without a shadow of a doubt they could be trusted to take this on for me. Their kindness, as well as, professionalism are OUTSTANDING!! I had to immediately begin seeing doctors. They made all my appointments. I was thoroughly taken care of by their professionals. As I was not getting better with the treatments, I was sent out for further testing. We found I have lifelong permanent injuries. Mr. Arzani called me to discuss what to do and he was clear, thorough, and professional. From the news of my injuries I was very saddened that I will have this for the rest of my life. We were on the phone and he listened to me express my pain. Not just physical pain but the suffering that has come from this man stealing my life from me.....I can handle pain. I can handle suffering, but when you can't play with your kids anymore like you could before you feel a huge sense of loss and he was very supportive. Yes!!!! I said Mr. Arzani was supportive and there for me like a good friend would be. I urge and implore you to give yourself the best odds at winning your settlement with this firm. I know you will not be unhappy with the results..... Mr. Arzani fought and won my maximum benefits. I was the victim of a real estate fraud, and Mr. Arzani's firm was able to reverse the fraudulent transaction and get my name back on title. The best part was that I even got some of my legal fees back from the other side when we settled the case.

taking a moment to say what an awesome attorney Erik is although it's been a couple years since he did work for me. He's on my mind as I just referred a colleague to him for a personal injury matter. I have referred more people to him than I can count, in a variety of areas, but particularly personal injury and landlord tenant. the first thing I will say is that he genuinely seemed to care about my situation (a nightmare of a landlord tenant situation - me the tenant without much power). I was in a traumatizing and debilitating traffic collision. I found Nicole and company through a friend of a friend. I had multiple injuries that were preventing me from living my life and maintaining my responsibilities. My injuries were more than intimidating, and my situation was extremely overwhelming and confusing. Nicole gave me peace of mind through effective communication and always making herself available when I would freak out about my situation. Her assertive and reassuring demeanor made me feel confident that everything was going to work out. I don't know how I would have survived this without Nicole and her associates. They made the entire process feel almost effortless, and by "process," I mean three years of medical appointments, physical therapy, surgery, more therapy, etc. Despite having to endure all of that, I had conviction that everything would be okay, even when I was on bed rest and could barely walk. I can't adequately express how positive my experience has been with Nicole and her associates. We're almost done with the entire process, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Nicole delivered! My injuries were treated by amazing physicians, and I'm anticipating a full recovery! All of my medical bills are paid, and I have more than enough to compensate for my expenses incurred because of the traffic collision. The best part of it all is Nicole didn't make me feel like a client or paycheck. She expressed genuine concern every step of the way and explained every possible avenue and their respective possible outcomes. She made me feel like a priority, and didn't push me to do anything. I am more than impressed with the exceptional quality of care I received through the entire process. I hope I never have to experience a personal injury like this ever again, but I know exactly who I'm going to call if I do.

I was in an accident a few years back and got badly injured. Unfortunately, I made the silly decision of handling my claim with the insurance company myself at first. After the insurance company strung me along for months though, I decided to hire a lawyer and I asked a friend if he knew anybody good. He recommended Torsten and Nicole, who had helped my friend out in the past. When I called Torsten and Nicole, I wasn't sure what I'd be getting into. I'd never had a lawyer before, but they talked to me about my case on the phone and then we met in person and I felt at ease. They never pushed me to do anything and were happy to meet with me to discuss my case whether I hired them or not. Of course, I ended up retaining them, and I couldn't be happier. Nicole and Torsten worked so hard for me on my case and ended up filing a lawsuit and battling with the insurance company for about a year in court. Along the way, the insurance company kept tossing BS offers at us and I was getting really frustrated with the entire process. It seemed that the insurance company would never pay me what I deserved. But Torsten and Nicole kept assuring me that the insurance company would come up with more money and that this was just the game they always played with people's lives. It turns out, they were right. After pushing and pushing through the lawsuit, the insurance company finally gave in and offered me a great settlement a few weeks before trial just as Torsten and Nicole predicted. Obviously, I'm happy that I got the money I deserved. But I was even happier with who got me the money. Torsten and Nicole were not just my lawyers. They were my friends. They took the time to listen to me and understand my problems and they stood up for me until the end. There were ups and downs for me emotionally throughout the process, and if it weren't for them, I'd probably have broken down completely and taken one of the insurance company's BS offers. In the end, I know I got what I deserved because of Nicole and Torsten. They are wonderful people and made me feel confident that I had great attorneys in my corner.

I've never been in an car accident in my life, either as a driver or pedustrian until one night on my way to work. As I was crossing the street a car came around the corner and hit me and dragged me down the street. It left me with a dislocated arm, head and face injuries. I was hospitalized for 6 days and couldn't return to work. I hired a lawyer who I could tell did not have my best interest at heart and would not answer my calls or emails. It's bad enough I'm in a healing process and now I felt hit by him too. So I fired him and hired another firm who had Jeff Crissman to represent my case. In no time soon Jeff hit the floor running. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Naylor for the past 13 years on different cases. I first contacted Mr. Naylor shortly after my husband suffered a work related injury while working as a formen on the waterfront. Sadly our case escalated from a work comp. injury to a wrongful death case within days and needless to say, reaching a settlemet not just with the employer but with one of the big three auto manufacturers took time. He was prompt to inform me of our rights under work comp. laws and made sure our benefits where in good standing at all time. He was engaged and sought assitance from other coucil when needed and remained the liaison when ever needed between, the employer, benefits office and any other council involved. Mr. Long did a jury trial for a family member of mine and was very well prepared and aggressive. As a college student, I had no idea how the legal process worked when dealing with a car accident/personal injuries. Ryan was extremely helpful in making this process as smooth as possible for me. I was in an injury issue where I got hurt, in short. It was not my fault, so I needed representation, and I went to a different lawyer. That was my biggest mistake. I then met Andrew and hist team. This was the best accidental meeting. I changed lawyers immediately, and found the difference to be staggering. Andrew remembered my name, everything I told him, all bills and everything were scanned in and in a neat file, it was like night and day (Andrew being a very sunny day) whereas my previous representation, well, it was dark. Anyhow, it was one of the easiest experiences ever. I followed direction, did what I needed to do, and my case was probably the simplest thing I have ever completed. I would recommend him to anyone, and have already recommend him to my cycle club for anyone that needs representation, and will continue to do so as long as he is practicing and I have breath in my lungs.

Julia Vlahos started as my attorney but ended as my friend. I truly am at a loss to explain all the support, concern and advice she gave me, over more than two years. We cannot control how slow this process goes, but I would want to share this with her every time regardless. There were times, where I was upset, or angry or frustrated and she always consoled or prepared me for the next step with measured advice, but intuitive advice; she anticipated how I would feel. I was 74 years old when I was diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma. At the time of my diagnosis I was a retired nurse. I was never occupationally exposed to asbestos. However I did breathe in asbestos fibers at home when I laundered my husband's dirty work clothes. My husband had worked in a foundry and at a ship–dismantling yard in Richmond, California. When we first consulted with another well–known asbestos law firm in California, and were disappointed when that firm rejected their case. We called Clapper, Patti, Schweizer & Mason, they determined that we were entitled to compensation. We sued my husband's employers. Clapper Patti Schweizer and Mason were able to develop evidence to prove that my husband's employers should have known about the hazards of asbestos, and should have taken steps to protect my husband's and our family members from being exposed to asbestos fibers. Clapper Patti Schweizer and Mason argued that my husband's employers had a duty to protect me from the asbestos my husband encountered at work, and that they failed to take any steps to prevent me from being exposed. Clapper Patti Schweizer and Mason argued that my husband's employers should have instructed their employees about asbestos hazards, that they should have provided them with breathing protection, and that they should have provided changing rooms and laundry facilities so the employees did not bring home fibers home to their families. We settled with the responsible companies just before trial for a total of $4.4 million.

My young family was in a car accident recently. Thankfully, our injuries were not severe. However, we had to deal with a severely damaged car, minor injuries to my wife and I and the stress of dealing with our two boys (both under the age of 4) who were certainly shaken by the experience. After some initial back and forth with the insurance company on my own, the insurance adjuster made its "final" offer of payment. I was not comfortable with the process and made an appointment with Ms. Holm. She took the time to understand my case (even though I am sure it was a very minor matter for her office). She put together a comprehensive demand letter to the insurance company....and lo and behold....the insurance company DOUBLED their payment offer!!
