Richard is a great lawyer. He handles cases with the utmost care and concern. He also returns telephone calls and responds to his own emails.
He litigated my case against a large insurance company when they refused to pay me for my substantial loss. In the end, the insurance company lost all of its motions in court and the case was ultimately resolved in my favor.

I was unexpectedly hit by a car from behind by a woman going 40 miles per hour and slid into two other SUV’s on I-5 resulting in a four car accident. My car being the only one to get totaled. I suffered horrendous neck and back problems within days of the accident and underwent three years of constant doctor’s appointments and pain.
What was so upsetting was the fact that the insurance company hadn’t reviewed my file when it came time to offer me a resolution. I had new insurance adjusters assigned to my case constantly and they only cared about offering me the least amount of money possible. They didn’t care about my medical bills, pain or what I had been through.
My car accident lawyer, Brian Ellis was very helpful throughout the process. I’m so thankful I had Brian Ellis and his wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with my car insurance company. My insurance didn't want to pay for the coverage that I had paid to them for years just in case an accident would happen. Once the accident happened, it was upsetting to see how little my insurance company cared or wanted to help. I would highly recommend calling Brian to discuss your case if you’ve been in a car accident or suffered and injuries.
I think it’s a big mistake to not have someone on your side and to try and handle a serisous matter yourself or with someone who may be unqualified.
Brian Ellis is a qualified personal injury attorney in Temecula. It would be wise to call the firm to discuss your case if you’ve been hurt by the negligence of someone else.

I was in a car accident and got side swiped by another car. I was in the hospital for two weeks recovering from my injuries. My hospital bills were tremendous. I used Mr. Puritz in a case involving a young man rear ending me in Paradise. I had a previous back injury and surgery so the insurance claimed prior injuries. Larry stood by me and ultimately they found that the fuse in my back from surgery had broken in the accident and we settled out of court for much more than I ever thought we would.

Paul Matiasic represented me in an accident case where I almost got ripped off by the insurance company. The case took a little longer, but Paul and his team (Justin White) never gave up on me. They called/email every week to make sure I was feeling okay and gave me the status of the case.

I found Mr. Matiasic online and he was the only one of three other lawyers who responded wanting more info. The others did not want to persue the case, thinking it hard to prove. Mr. Matiasic was the only one who asked to meet with me personally to discuss the case and it was only with Mr. Matiasic asking questions and explaining to me the what we needed to prove, that I was able to give him the solid information (photos) that resulted in a successful settlement. He worked with and for me from the initial contact in May 2007 until the settlement in Dec 2007, keeping me appraised at every step of the negotiations. I was more than pleased with the result.

I reached out to a number of different attorneys before retaining Jeffrey Marquart. When explaining the details of my accident most were not interested due to nature of the case or never returned my calls.
Not only did Jeff return my call, he spent about 35 to 40 minutes on the phone with me and answered every question I had asked. During the initial office consultation, he was not only extremely knowledgeable in product design defects but also extremely professional and friendly putting my wife and I completely at ease.
I had never retained an attorney prior to this nor had I ever been involved with any type of other legal matter, so I was very unsure and apprehensive of what I should expect. Jeff was very clear in laying out our expectations related to the general procedure, time frame, possible outcome, etc...

Dean took on my challenging personal injury case after four other 'highly rated' attorneys declined to represent me. He acknowledged that it would not be easy yet, he was willing to fight for me against the odds. He cared about me as a person, not merely as a client. I felt vindicated when his tireless efforts and ingenious presentation of our supporting evidence (ironically, the same 'evidence' the police reviewed and retained on file to support their own erroneous conclusions) ultimately convinced the heavyweight opposing counsel to relent and settle. Mr.Ananian was highly recommended to me by a couple of friends who both have used him as their representation in the past.
Unfortunately, this was not my first accident. And unfortunately, Mr.Ananian wasn't my representation for my first accident.
As a lawyer he has a few extremely rare characteristics I wish not only more lawyers would possess, but also just more everyday people. When you meet Mr. Ananian for the first time you can tell he's genuinely a good person! For about 8 years my job included interviewing and screening strangers to conclude whether they were "good" people - Trust me, when I tell you he's genuinely good and kind, he really is. With him, I never had the feeling that I was a money-making-machine, but rather that I was a person who had the misfortune of going through a horrible experience due to the accident.
He is the only lawyer that took his time with me. Not only did he answer all of my questions into detail, every single time, but he was just as attentive to my husband. So many times I called his office, and to my surprise when he was at the office, he would take my calls. The fact that my lawyer would take my calls immediately or get back to me in a timely manner was just shocking... in a very pleasant way. That was a very new experience for me and certainly unique to Ananian Law Group. I know I won't receive this kind of care at any other law firm - Sadly so.
Mr.Ananian monitors your case very closely. No matter at which stage my case was, he was always on top of it. He kept me updated on the progress of my case - something I had to run after in the past with other lawyers.
Mr. Ananian and Ananian Law Group is extremely well organized and punctual, unfortunately both features are not that common in law firms. Lawyers I have dealt with in the past, with the exception of Mr.Ananian, have usually this flair of slight arrogance. I'm not sure if that's strategy, but I just prefer down-to-earth people. With that said, I don't appreciate it when businesses book appointments only to have you arrive and make you wait half an hour in the lobby. Punctuality is my pet peeve and that is just a disrespectful and unprofessional way of doing business. Thankfully, my experiences with Ananian Law Group and Mr.Ananian himself was always with utmost respect to my time.
As you can tell, I really had a great experience with Ananian Law Group and Mr.Ananian himself. I do recommend him highly! You owe it to yourself to book a consultation with him, just so you can affirm my review. I really hope I won't ever need a Personal Injury lawyer, but it's safe to say not only would I hire him again, but I'd recommend him to all my family and friends, as well.

When other Lawyers were researched the deciding factor was that Scott Hanssler's persona was benevolent, yet professional. He is not only "in the know" regarding his profession, he is also a very understanding gentleman. I was about to be foreclosed on and didn't have a clue who to use. Now someone mentioned another lawyer but when I went on line I saw all the same name so I didn't know which one they were talkig about. So I basically picked on. I was blessed that I ended up picking a good one. I only had about 5 days or even less before the sale date and when i got the call back, they gave me all my options, they were very honest and that let me know what decision i had to make. i decided to file the bankruptcy and they got the paperwork done and sent out and that stopped the sale. Ryan, actually helped my wife and i with a car accident. It was fairly basic case, but where can you go to an Atty and get honest, fast, reliable help? Only at the Mccabe law firm. If you want an atty that knows what he is talking about, an atty that is upfront and is not mainly interested in how much he will be make right off the bat than call Ryan. Most atty wont even answer your calls unless you have given them money and than more money before you even know if you have a chance or not.

Oliver and Sherwin did an amazing job with my case! I was hit by a truck while on my bicycle, I was even in a bike lane in Santa Monica. My husband and I are an over-the-road trucking team that owns and operates a one-truck business. In March 2019 we were involved in a highway collision in Oregon that resulted in our truck and trailer being totaled, and both of us being injured. We were out of work for over a year.
We were not at fault but knew we had to find representation. Since the crash took place outside of our home state, we began calling lawyers in the Oregon area. We had no luck. I would like to recommend Mr. Sanford Cipinko who represented me in a personal injury law suit concerning a significant claim involving a large established insurance company. Mr. Cipinko with the assistance of his well trained office staff handled the case with alacrity. All court and other legal filings where accomplished quickly and I was kept well informed as to the meaning and progress of the proceedings. As expected, the Insurance Company pulled every trick they could, including intimidation by suggesting that I lied and was carless enough that I purposely ran into the cross walk and thus was hit by their client’s oncoming car.
