First, I’d like to start off by saying that if I could give The Accident Guys 8 stars I would. I have never experienced so much professionalism and punctuality in my entire life. The lawyer that took on my case was Eliot M. Houman. He is the best of the best for the following reasons:
1. Eliot is a MAN OF HIS WORD. If Eliot says that he is going to do something, HE WILL. That is a priceless trait.
2. My accident took place in September 2016. Eliot scheduled me to see the investigator the following day after my accident. That is unheard of.
3. Eliot was very prompt! He answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. I had many questions because I just moved to California from Boston and it was a very traumatizing experience.
4. He gave me updates about my case and took care of everything. He went out of his way to help me obtain the documents pertinent to my case.
5. He’s very honest. He walked me through my case and gave me great advice.
6. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS! He frequently called me to ask how physical therapy was going. It’s those little things that mean the world to me and show me that this was more than just a case to him.

John is very smart and successfully have represented me in two different occasions with a couple accidents while riding my Vespas. In each occasion he provided me with strong recommendations, and would explain all the details in layman’s term. In the beginning of this year I was unfortunately rear ended by a cab driver. A friend of mine had recommended to call John instead of just going through insurance myself and it was definitely the best decision I have made. Not only was he incredibly helpful but so was his staff. They were always there to answer my questions in added provided great recommendations for all my service providers and even arranged me appointments.
In addition John also made sure I received a fair settlement.

Mr. Meisner was thorough and insightful and did a great job advancing and settling the cases for my daughter and myself after a violent car accident.

I came to Mr. Tomasik from another attorney who was not capable of handling my particular case. I found his website while searching the internet for a personal injury attorney. I called the office and briefly spoke to Jessie, the assistant who was so polite and patient with me on the phone. She informed me that Mr. Tomasik agreed to meet up with me the same day. On my way to Berkley, I was very nervous as to how things were going to turn out because after all, I had such a bad experience with my previous lawyer. IAt the same time, I had serious painful health issues resulting from my car accident with which I had to deal with on a daily basis. Having to deal with terrible physical pain and looking for a different attorney for myself was very stressful for me. I arrived to Mr. Tomasik's Berkley office and upon entering I almost immediately felt comfortable. Mr. Tomasik got some information from me about my situation and how unhappy and disappointed I was in my previous lawyer. Like I said, at the time of my meeting with him, I was feeling very sick due to my injuries but Mr. Tomasik made me feel so comfortable. I was so glad that he was willing to take on my case. From then on, I don't have anything but all the positive things to say about Mr. Tomasik. He was always there to answer any questions I had along the way. I could reach him at all times. I couldn't reach my previous lawyer for weeks and I am not exagerating. I thought that was normal for lawyers not to call back promptly until I hired Mr. Tomasik. Most importantly, Mr. Tomasik treated me like family. He fought so hard for me to the end. Upon reading the other testimonials, I have come to realize that each case Mr. Tomasik takes on, he takes it very seriously and does not give up until he gets the best compensation. In my case, the process was very, very long but at the end he won a great settlement on my behalf. I appreciate all his help so much. I don't have a lot of experience with lawyers aside from my previous lawyer but I know that Mr. Tomasik is above the rest. Seth was communicative and clear, he always made me feel comfortable with the progression of my case and "broke it down" so I didn't feel like any lawyer-ese was too dense. The most difficult part was waiting for dates to come due to COVID delays, but Seth and his team made it pretty painless. The deposition was much easier than I prepared myself for it to be (due in part to Seth's pre-depo explanation and info sharing).
The final result was a great one, and I was very glad to have everything behind me. Joshua really went to bat for me in my motorcycle accident case. The party that hit me had bare bone, limited liability, insurance. And with broken bones my medical bills were really high. Mike Kelly is amazing! I was a pedestrian hit by a car in the middle of a crosswalk. I was referred to Mike by a friend who highly recommended him. I was in extreme crisis when we contacted Mike. After sustaining severe injuries in an accident, Chris was recommended by a mutual friend. Chris visited me in the hospital and although not in the right frame of mind to pursue a lawsuit, he started doing needed investigation for me and my family.

We were lucky enough to come across Henry through another lawyer bringing him in to our case, because of his reputation with high profile cases. My mother was hit at a stop on the freeway in standing traffic at 45 mph from behind. There were five cars involved in this crash and due to the severity of the hit and the injuries my mother sustained, she became stricken with Dementia from the accident. The insurance wanted to settle for the cost of the car!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
Henry worked in very specific ways to obtain doctors who could medically prove my mothers condition was not age related, but due to the accident. He went above and beyond in checking on us, in helping to schedule appointments and flights with the doctors, follow up was crucial and he never dropped the ball. Henry peacor, was brought into my case for trial and for added support against a county transit in washington state. Henry Peacor may look young, but he is Brilliant! He is an excellent Lawyer! He thoroughly studies your case to know how to fight for you and he does! He sincerely cares about his clients (like family), and what your needs and expectations are regarding your case. He is very easy to talk to and allows you to text or email him anytime and always returns a response with specific information.
When we went through our deposition, Henry was right by our side defending us against any question that the opposing council could devise to try to trick us, he did not allow them to do that, and helped us to feel secure and at ease which allowed us to explain what happened without feeling pressured.

I had hired Richard Spencer as an attorney for an accident case I had, which Richard had successfully litigated and won. Where do I begin? Greyson exceeded my expectations! From the first day I met him - he took a genuine interest in my life, my injuries & getting to know me. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me he would fight for me. And fight for me he did!
I was injured in a slip and fall nearly 5 years ago, it was an independent cleaning company that was mopping. They denied any liability and actually tried to place the blame on me. I sustained a spinal cord injury, nerve damage and was also diagnosed with a tricky hard to explain pain syndrome CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome). So when we went to trial Greyson had his work cut out for him. He had to prove that the cleaning company should be found liable and then fight for my damages.

In August 2012, I suffered several major injuries after falling from a third story window that had not been properly kept up to current safety code regulations. I had gone to dinner with a guy I had just started dating a few weeks prior and decided to sleep at this house instead of driving home after drinking a couple glasses of wine. Some time after we had gone to sleep, I woke up in a daze on the ground - my hands were dangling from my wrists, I couldn't remember where I was, and I was trying to get help. It wasn't until later in the ER that I found out I had fractured several vertebrae that resulted in me needing a large spinal fusion, I had fractured my sacrum and sternum, and severely fractured both wrists which needed to be repaired through the insertion of hardware. I had fallen from a window that could be pushed open with less than three pounds of pressure and that had a windowsill 19 inches in height (which fell right at my kneecap). My entire world had changed overnight--I felt like I was 22 going on 90 and knew my life would never really be the same again.
Two years later, I was in contact with Greyson at the Simon Law Group to help me prove that the building owners' negligence was the direct cause of my injuries. I'm not going to sugarcoat this--going into litigation after suffering a traumatic injury through a traumatic event is like signing yourself up for voluntary PTSD. You're constantly forced to relive and retell and recall bits and pieces of information that you've shoved down into the depths of your mind because we're humans and thats what we do in order to self-preserve. I called Drew's firm to request a PI case representation. First off, I need you to know this is the very best law office in the entire Butte County area. They are extremely courteous, polite, professional and business oriented. Stewart is very upfront about what he thinks and never ever tells you what you want to hear. Brutal honesty is his policy. I had a very stale case that had been basically sitting for almost 2 years. I contacted Stewart and he informed me that it's not gonna be an easy settlement. However in the end he ended up getting all my bills paid, medical, MRI's, loans and still able to put cash in my pocket. I had an attorney before and they never returned calls, never answered questions and acted as though I was causing an issue when I did call. I never experienced this with Stewart's office. In 2009 I was in a serious car accident where an uninsured drunk driver doing 85mph hit the car I was driving from behind as I was at a stand still on the 5 fwy. It was a nasty wreak. After getting out of the hospital I was lucky enough to have someone refer Mr. Dawson to me. He met with me immediately and treated me like my case was his number 1 priority. He was very straight with me about what to expect with the process. The insurance on the car I was driving was less than great, only had minimal coverage and like I stated the other driver was uninsured so it was going to be a fight. After all the medical treatment I received over the months to come it totalled out to around $38,000 and the policy only covered $30,000. That doesn't even count for the cost of the car and what Jeff Dawson's legal fee's would be. Jeff and his entire staff stayed in contact with me throughout the claim. It I had a question it either got answered right away or at most within 24 hours. They were all on top of their A game! When the case got settled I was worried about getting everything payed because it was way over the policy limits but Jeff said he would work with the doctors and insurance to get it handled. In the end, all my medical and the car got paid. I even got a call to swing by his office to pick up a check. I still have no clue how he did it but he had a check for $11,000 for me. He had explained in the beginning that if I would have set up my insurance differently, he would have been able to get me a lot more. Jeff is one of the brightess persons that I have met. He genuinely cares about your case and how your handling the situation you've been thrust into. He surrounds himself with the smartest people, great doctor referrals and made a horrible situation a lot less stressful. I have absolutely the utmost admiration for Jeff and the staff he employs. I have recommended him to family and friends. I can't give this guy enough credit, simply an amazing attorney and genuine person. Thanks Jeff Dawson!!!
