taking a moment to say what an awesome attorney Erik is although it's been a couple years since he did work for me. He's on my mind as I just referred a colleague to him for a personal injury matter. I have referred more people to him than I can count, in a variety of areas, but particularly personal injury and landlord tenant. the first thing I will say is that he genuinely seemed to care about my situation (a nightmare of a landlord tenant situation - me the tenant without much power). I felt like he wanted to get my problem solved and compensate me for my economic loss and stress along the way and that's exactly what he did. He completely understood my aversion to litigation, despite the fact that I am also a lawyer ha! He crafted a very persuasive demand letter and got me 100% of what I asked for. Our adult son was hit by a car while on vacation in San Rafael CA. We recieved the call the night before Thanksgiving 2022. We flew from MPLS to San Fransisco and got to the hospital where our son was. He was injured badly, after emergency brain surgery he was placed in a medically induced coma he woke up after three day's. We decided as a family to contact an attorney. I interviewed two lawyers after fracturing my shoulder to help determine if I should pursue a personal injury claim. Professional, kind and reassuring was CB Hallen who took the case. We met at his office, a beautiful location in Cardiff, and signed off to proceed. The initial value Brad provided was a formal letter detailing what to expect during the process, and the timelines. Brad will also accomodate virtual meetings, conveniently alleviating the commute to his office - although my preference was to interact directly. The process is long with elements of vulnerability, however Brad always remained available to answer questions. He exudes patience, kindness, diligence, and is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. This is very reassuring to those unfamiliar with the law surrounding personal injury issues. The case settled with a favorable outcome. I felt so grateful we persevered and definitely cherish having had the opportunity to work with CB Hallen. Jim Spearing was there for me and listened when no one else would. He was passionate and took care of myself and my family and my issue and understood everything that was happening to me and fought for me like no one else ever could. Just listening to my issue was a blessing as I was at my wits end and just needed someone in my corner. Jim was there along with Donna. Called this firm to see what my options were after my truck was hit. Spoke with Andres and guided me through everything and assisted me with what to do to get my truck fixed. Will definitely come back if I need it!
Also, I am a ESL individual. English is my second language. So there was times I had trouble so I was able to speak with Andres in Spanish . Luckily he speaks Spanish too and that was very helpful.
I really recommend this place and like I said will definitely come back if needed.

Jordan was and is one of the worst lawyers I ever had to deal with in my life.
I contacted him because he was a referral from a friend seeking help for being wrongfully terminated from a job.
At first he seemed very caring and understanding and on my side and then as the days went by it was like I was an annoyance to him.
Anytime I would ask a question through text about something he was doing he would talk down to me like I was a child.
He has a huge ego and on a high horse.
At one point my family advised me to ask a question about something he was doing and oh my god did I get a wrath from him, even Jordan saying "is your mother a lawyer? I am a lawyer, do not question my actions"
I just couldn't even believe it, it went from telling me that I was going to get a huge settlement to making me feel worthless and the enemy in the case. After a few months of Jordan going ghost he had his office message me that they were not going to continue with the case and gave me a referral.
It was more then 6 months waste of time and I couldn't even do anything after that it was too late to even have a case after that long of waiting
The owner of the place I was wrongfully terminated even offered a settlement and Jordan refused it saying he could get more money.
So in the end I got absolutely nothing because he didn't want to take the case anymore. Highly do not recommend this guy. Some lawyers especially this one are way to high on a horse to be brought down to reality.

Worst most unethical attorney I have had the displeasure to have been associated with. He was my former wife's first attorney (until she fired him). Does the typical dance that unethical family law attorneys do which is to try to create chaos and havoc and hatred. We were attempting to have an amicable divorce but he did everything in his power (lying, restraining order) to cause a war. He even, get this as this is unbelievable, whispered in the ear of my attorney, "should we get them to sell the property." I overheard this in the hall of the courthouse. It was well discussed that the mutually owned property was going to be put in a trust for our son. He even admitted that he makes more money litigating.
Word of caution, with his smooth talking and accent he can be convincing but don't believe a word he says.
Don't say I didn't warn you.
