First , after going through this workers comp ordeal I would not encourage anyone to try and navigate through that without a Attorney !!! Silberman and Lam got for me exactly what they told me they would ! I really appreciate the service they provided. I would encourage anyone to retain Silberman and Lam if you have a Workers Comp case and allow them to do their work and be patient and sleep well cause its going to be worth it in the end !

For anyone who needs an attorney that will genuinely cares and will truly be your advocate, Scott and Christine are absolutely incredible. My case has finally come to a conclusion after a decade of fighting. That said, this team took on my case after I had to fire not one, but TWO previous attorneys. Knowing that my case may not end up being very lucrative for them. Because of the care and very hard work they put in, I wouldnt recommend any other place to go. They will fight for you! Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. I was relieved and it all started from there he was professional, courteous and he did a great job on getting this company to finally compensate me. He got results quick and if I didn't get an attorney I'd still be fighting this company he had my back the whole way!

California is a difficult state to be a medical malpractice plaintiff. You're going to need the best and in my opinion, you could do no better than David Smith. Ours was a complex case, one which other attorneys had rejected due to all the difficulties of prosecuting medical malpractice in California. Once Mr. Smith agreed to take our case, he was like a bulldog! We encountered some serious obstacles and were up against a heartless insurance company law firm that tried to play some ruthless games and (in my opinion) shady legal maneuvers. But Mr. Smith was ahead of them at every step, even as they seemed intent on taking the case to trial. Ultimately, they came to realize that we had a tenacious pro on our side, and they settled.
What I can tell you is that I'm not a big fan of attorneys in general, but we really felt like we had a powerful and effective ally in Mr. Smith. It turns out he's a helluva nice guy too!

Farshad represented me in a personal injury case where the insurance company I was dealing with pushed back when I requested compensation for real costs such as lost income and gas costs for driving to/from dr appointments and treatments. We found ourselves in a situation where our tenant had not paid rent in our commercial building for 2 months, and was coming up on the 3rd. I worked w/ Dennis Stout as my attorney, though I met w/ Jim first, as his firm came recommended to me by another attorney as "the gold standard" for their services. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did for me, and the results. Dennis and his associates had to follow many paper trails and deal with J&J attorneys that made this particular case a miasma of processes to figure out. I am SO glad I did not make a "class action" choice. Dennis was quite accessible and the lengthy process was always fully explained. It took time but was ultimately worth it. I can score Kevin Kalajian top score in every phase of him helping me with injury accident in Fresno in my RV when I was traveling Solo Fulltime cross country.
He answers the phone. returns calls promptly. replies to emails promptly. experienced with the other insurance company. experienced and knew his way around my med insurance provider and medicare.. He completed all the paperwork that I couldn't have done.
He kept me updated of status and explained everything in Laymans terms . was not condescending. He facilitated a satisfactory settlement while avoiding a trial. I tried 3 other law offices and never got past the call screeners. Kevin listen to the whole problem of 3 month trip interruption in a hotel in triple digit temps in fresno not knowing anyone. all this was smoothly accomplished remotely as i was still traveling 2 months before the 2 yr statute of limitations was up. I called him April 3 2023. He was my last attempt to try another referral.. and he was a blessing. He worked hard for me but made it look easy. My settlement will help if I ever need further PT or cover diminished value if needed when sell my RV. Plus pain and suffering. He dispersed my settlement to me promptly after he received the funds.
Also. He seems very ethical. he did not send me around to doctors trying to beef up my injury claim. I Can't say enough good things about this smooth settlement experience with Kevin Kalajian.

To make this short,
I came to John, 2 weeks out of my 2nd back surgery, in dire need for legal help that I was not getting from somebody else. I was a cyclist hit in a bicycle vs. auto accident with disputed liability (50/50) over who ran the red light in an intersection in San Francisco. I was referred to Debra by a close friend and attorney.
Debra thoroughly prepared me for what lay ahead. Her compassionate and straightforward communication style made me comfortable with a process that was completely unknown to me.
Before even sending the settlement demand letter, Debra did a huge amount of work on my behalf. She collected all of my medical records, bills, and other documentation. She engaged the services of an awesome biomechanical engineer to help reconstruct the accident.
At a time when I only wanted to focus on healing, Debra helped me to understand that the accident, injuries and surgical implants in my broken tibia were only part of my suffering. She wisely advised me to visit an orthopedic surgeon, who could explain potential future mobility issues I may have. The detailed report and advice I received helped me to make the important decision to have the hardware removed that was so uncomfortable in my leg. Debra's support was empowering.

I was in a car accident back in 2019, and the driver who hit me was uninsured. I have had 2 previous back surgeries, and this car accident is now causing me to have a 3rd. I contacted Jonathan and he took my case. He not only helped me to get a significant settlement with the uninsured driver (which he did not have to do since this was a case through City Court) but he was able to secure a significant settlement for me through my own insurance company. Jonathan always kept in touch with me and was wonderful about answering my questions. He was always super responsive to my emails and phone calls. About a year and a half ago I was hit by a drunk driver and sustained some pretty serious and potentially life-altering injuries. I had a number of phone consultations with lawyers throughout the state (prioritizing competence over geographic proximity). A number of other lawyers I spoke to sounded perfectly competent, but Jon struck me as particularly thoughtful, measured, and precise in his thinking. So I ultimately chose him and am glad I did.
All I can say is that my initial impression of Jon was pretty on point. He is measured and patient in his approach to litigation, which (I think) is an absolutely crucial attribute of a personal injury lawyer, where there is the temptation to get a bit overly aggressive with the opposition and signal impatience, which then might lead to easier, quicker--but ultimately smaller settlements. Point being, Jon is cerebral, patient, and plays the long game.
Further, and maybe most importantly, his ability to formulate strong and well-researched arguments is top-notch. My case was a bit complicated, with a number of moving parts and policies. But throughout the year-or-so process, Jon went up against the legal departments of two big insurance companies, putting forward arguments that were strong enough to get both to fully capitulate (even in a case that was as anything but cut-and-dried as mine was).
There was, however, one negative point with Jon I should mention in fairness. In the little of a year long period I worked with Jon, there was a two-to-three week period where for the life of me I could not get a hold of him. I left numerous voicemails, messages with the secretary, etc, but no luck. After writing an email to him him he promptly responded and explained that he was in the midst of a court-proceeding which was pretty much all-consuming. As demanding as they are, I understood and held nothing against him. (I even debate whether I should include this in my review, but hey, full disclosure.) And after that two/three week lapse of communication he was super prompt in getting back to me and keeping in touch.
All in all, being the tough grader that I am, I'd give Jon a 9.5/10....meaning he's a mere half-point away from being a flawless and ideal attorney to have on your side. I would not only recommend, but *urge* any friend or family to hire Jon.

My family and I were in an extremely difficult and stressful situation with our landlord which involved our children. Difficult to the point where we had exhausted all options.

Exceptional is the only word I can use to describe Craig, as a person and an as attorney. If you’re lucky enough to have him take your case, that’s your first win. My case was a complicated medical nightmare that was dragged out by a stonewalling insurance company who took responsibility for the accident that caused my (life changing) spinal chord injury, but denied my injury claims, and refused pay. Stephen Waldman was highly recommended by a close family friend, after my son had received a serious injury to his knee following an auto accident when a car came through a red light and totaled our car. I was concerned that after his initial medical treatment my son's knee was still not 100% healed, Stephen advised us to see an orthopedic specialist to get a second opinion and the specialist indicated that a further course of treatment was required.
During the process of presenting a claim to the insurance company, which accepted liability, Stephen Waldman was very professional and always kept us informed as to what was happening with our claim. He has great communication skills and it was always a pleasure to talk to him or answer the odd email.
My son has now fully recovered from his injury. The initial settlement offered by the insurance company admitting liability was declined as the injury was more serious than originally anticipated. An improved settlement offer was then accepted and my son will now have some money that he can use for college etc. after his 18th. birthday.
