About a year and a half ago I found myself in a malpractice situation, I didn't know where to go or what to do. I felt lost, Thankfully I found David Kleczek. First I called to make an appointment, which was quick and easy. Upon meeting him, I immediately felt at ease. Throughout the process he has always went above and beyond and helped me with everything and anything I needed. Although suing somebody, and the things that come along with it such as depositions, court, and going through all your personal information can be a bit uncomfortable and overwhelming. David has always went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and stress free. I felt educated and informed the entire process. I would use and recommend him over and over again!

David listened to my situation and created a strategy to get me compensated. At first it looked like I had no case until he started asking the probing questions. My answers revealed information that he used to create the case. He engaged another Attorney to assist him in my case. I was T-boned very badly. Joe helped my PI case and I got my paycheck in 3 months. Joe is a dedicated, selfless lawyer. He always answered any and all questions and would call/text back so fast. He’s a no nonsense type of lawyer. He is smart and thinks ahead to determine the best course of action for your case. I was injured at work and needed surgery. I was handling my case myself up to the point that my surgery failed and my doctor was saying that I was fine and could go back to work even though I was not fine. Mr. Morris found me a much better doctor. After a second surgery I feel better although not 100%. Mr. Morris did a good job of keeping me informed during the process. In the end my case settled. I am happy with my settlement. Mr. Morris did a great job.

I was completely surprised when Mr. Vaziri called to tell me the outcome of my case. It was much more than I expected! I've never experienced that before. He, was celebrating with me!.Usually law firms are happy to see you leave.
In particular, I want to praised Ruth Marin! I don't think I couldn't have survived with her!! You'll love her also. Although, im not certain or her position. I'm hoping she is the closest thing to being a case manager. I'm thinking, she should be a partner!

Mr. Naime was my 4th and last attorney in a nearly 4 year divorce. Now I know what makes a great family law attorney. Mr. Naime knows and cares about the law and his clients. He relies on his superior intelligence and knowledge of the law to win your case. I believe he was the only attorney I had who was actually honest with me and worked hard on my case. He allowed me to make my own decisions about my case. The other attorneys I used seemed to keep me dark in order to make their job easier. I had contacted The Beliz Law Firm as I was in need of legal counsel. In my line of work, I deal with attorneys with regularity. Dealing with Michael Beliz was refreshing as he didn't have the arrogance or "know it all" attitude I have been accustomed to when dealing with attorneys.

I interviewed two lawyers after fracturing my shoulder to help determine if I should pursue a personal injury claim. Professional, kind and reassuring was CB Hallen who took the case. We met at his office, a beautiful location in Cardiff, and signed off to proceed. The initial value Brad provided was a formal letter detailing what to expect during the process, and the timelines. Brad will also accomodate virtual meetings, conveniently alleviating the commute to his office - although my preference was to interact directly. The process is long with elements of vulnerability, however Brad always remained available to answer questions. He exudes patience, kindness, diligence, and is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. This is very reassuring to those unfamiliar with the law surrounding personal injury issues. I consigned a vintage car in an action. It sold. The auction house delayed paying me the hammer price. When I enquired about the delay they told me the buyer was disputing the provenance of the car.
