I first met Loren Gold in 2019 when I hired him as my personal injury attorney for a trip and fall case. With his knowledge, years of experience and excellent negotiation skills I received a much larger settlement then I ever expected. But I’m writing this review for another reason. After my son was arrested just two days before Thanksgiving, I wasn’t sure what to do as I was out of town and have never experienced this before. I decided to reach out to Mr Gold for advice and as soon as I texted him he responded right away to tell me he’d get back to me soon. Later that evening, he began to text me asking questions about the arrest and even called me to talk about it! Not only did he remember me after four years but he took the time to call and spend quite a while with me answering all of my questions and giving me very good advice which we did. Loren Gold goes above and beyond for his clients. I hope and pray I never need his services again, but if I do he’s the BEST choice

I have been trying to find out about a med mal case and attorneys i have contacted really dont answer my questions and its usually not an attorney, just a rep or their paralegal. Mr Loren Gold not only answered my question i posted online, but called me and actually discussed my situation giving me clarity as to what the deal is with med mal in florida! While i may not have a case, he personally took the time to talk to me and explain how med mal works in florida! I would have ZERO issues hiring him as an attorney! He is very straight up and honest!!

No one wants to be in an accident, let alone get attorneys involved. But, when the bills start flooding in and insurance companies, along with hospitals keep calling it can be overwhelming. 10 minutes into my consultation with Angela Zervos and I felt the weight lift off my shoulders. Zervos & Calta isn’t a giant law firm that requires you to correspond online because they don’t have time for you. I could call at any time and have answers within seconds. Stephanie, (Super paralegal), kept me apprised of my situation on a timely basis, so I was always in the loop. Bottom line, this firm treated me like a family member and not a case number. I would highly recommend Zervos & Calta if you’re ever in need of an equalizer!

I was in a lawsuit for over 2 years with a prior attorney and referred to Angela by a mutual friend. She was immediately there & ready to help me. We FaceTimed before I got the chance to meet her in person & from that call alone, I dropped my prior attorney and had Angela represent me. Lauren represented us after my husband was involved in a motorcycle accident. When I tell you that she knows her $#!+ she really knows her $#!+! She was in constant contact with us and let us know exactly what was going on the entire time she was working on our case. She checked in on my husband during his hospitalizations, surgeries and recovery. She truly cares about him and what he is going through. Not only does she care about her clients, she's an amazing attorney too! She was direct with the at fault party's insurance company with what he expected. If you need a personal injury lawyer I can highly recommend Charles “Chuck” Philips. He just won a case for me and I was very impressed with his legal skills and his caring personality. David Mitchell is a total Class Act!
He has integrity, is extremely adept in this field, very detailed and trustworthy. When he says he's going to call back he actually calls back and in a reasonable amount of time.
He always had my file pulled up to discuss details and prior notes.
Sounds simple but no one else did it. Others kept me on the phone while guessing answers to my questions... in other words attorneysplaning.
I had very bad experiences with other attorneys obviously.
Not with David, he is straight up honest and direct in a very professional manner that earned my respect from the very beginning and till the present.
He fought for the most we could get and was very efficient. His office staff and partner are equally praised.

We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough.
