Mr. J T Hagans was an absolute miracle in my life. I had gotten into a car accident not too long after my sister had passed away and then shortly after I was diagnosed with a heart condition. When a car hit me, I just went blank and I didn't know where or what to do. I just kept driving which was a wrongdoing on my part. However, not only was he emotionally supportive and understanding, but he was was professional and provided me with knowledge about the law and what I could possibly be facing in terms of fines and fees. He basically broke every single thing down for me. He answered every phone call and email as busy as he was to reassure me that everything would be alright. He guided me throughout the entire process. If there is ANY attorney that I could ever recommend to a person whom is facing a traffic violation of some sort, I would STRONGLY recommend this humble, kind, intelligent and wonderful man. He is trustworthy and honest. I hate to say it but not many attorneys truly conduct their business in this fashion. What struck me most was that it was not so much about the dollar for him. Mr. Hagans TRULY wants and does assist to the best of his ability while educating and keeping you updated throughout the legal process. If there were more than 5 stars to give him, I would. Brad was wonderful to work with through my case. I was in such a difficult place after my issue with previous homeowners and I felt like I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. What can i say, Steven, Alla and Rebecca were all amazing from the start to the end. When i first entered the office Alla made it clear they are basically a Boutique law and provide a high level of service. Lance got me 50% more than the Insurance company was originally willing to pay. The man went to bat for me. Like you would treat a good friend or someone that you really cared about. Anytime I contacted him he responded immediately even if to say he’d have to get back to me a little later. Extremely smart individual worthy of the super lawyer title. Able to converse regarding any subject matter knowledgeably. Pre-divorce I owned a company with hundreds of employees and a worldwide presence. It was my practice to hire exceptional people such as Lance. However in 25 years I only hired four people doubling their salary to get them to leave their current profession and position and work for me. If I still had that company I would’ve paid Lance whatever he wanted to work for me.
Lance took the nastyness out of the situation I was in, added a lot of humor and quickly became my friend.
Whatever game he plays, he’s at the very top of it. Who wouldn’t want an individual like that to represent them?

I met chris in his office and presented my case. I was hit by an escaped convict that hit a guard over the head with a shovel. The convict stole a f350 pickup and led police on a high speed chase. The convict hit me at 85 mph, and flipped me 3 1/2 times. I had multiple herniated discs in my neck and back. Chris got me with a great neurologist . And helped me get set up with a spine surgeon.
