Response! As you can see from his Response that he has lack of understanding and did not listen to understand but listen to respond which is an horrible trait. If he would have ask why I'm looking for a person down south than he would have understand that I was told they had better litigation lawyers down south. Sir, you was rude and very loud to me. When people calling you it's never for anything good. Who call you happy they had to get a bankruptcy attorney? Than he saying it's a scam? Is advise advice a scam, sir? I work for myself and step away from nursing because of my injuries until sometime this year when I'm back practicing, and able to stand up the twelve hour shifts. Sir, empathy, moral and respect, goes a long ways in life. If I use whatever you said I was using must be very good since I file myself and going after my creditors that is violating the stay. Even doe you talk to me very bad I still wish you well and hope you treat your other potential clientsWe have their dignity and respect that you didn't give me.

My wife and I were hit in the rear by an 18 wheeler, that was loaded with bricks. Fortunately we were able to walk away, but I sustained damage to my back and neck. They could not get my name on at a time of great need representing Morgan and Morgan I expected way more than just someone who could not get my name right could not get the names of my doctors or doctors assistance right could not get the orders right.
Leaving me to have multiple tripsps for the same things the.
I must say the are not on top of the game they are not for the people I am living suffering proof.
don't they understand the pain and suffering at the people are going through and they depend on these attorneys for help.
and then they can't get nobody's name right they can't answer any telephone calls when regards I was in the emergency room and they had the information required to save a lot more discomfort and radiation.
I just don't know what to do when I only understand the one language I believe I speak well,
and then ask for one thing help with my medical situation that is the first thing I asked for.
Who wants to be paralyzed who wants to be in constant pain
who wants to be promised that they will get the help they're asking for to find out they get nothing but a incompetent at best paralegal who cannot get my name right cause me Mr cook cannot tell Bernice from brunette.
When it's an emergency they forget about you at the emergency room while my family frantically is trying to contact them and given the experience line.
I honestly don't understand I was told this was a good attorney but yet I am seeing something totally different.
I specifically asked for Morgan & Morgan because I thought they had more medical resources which forgot to be the absolute opposite.
All medical help that I received with prior to and after Morgan & Morgan it took them over two weeks just to get the paperwork wrong and the name wrong.

No one wants to be in an accident, let alone get attorneys involved. But, when the bills start flooding in and insurance companies, along with hospitals keep calling it can be overwhelming. 10 minutes into my consultation with Angela Zervos and I felt the weight lift off my shoulders. Zervos & Calta isn’t a giant law firm that requires you to correspond online because they don’t have time for you. I could call at any time and have answers within seconds. Stephanie, (Super paralegal), kept me apprised of my situation on a timely basis, so I was always in the loop. Bottom line, this firm treated me like a family member and not a case number. Lauren calta did an amazing job with my auto accident law suit. This unfortunately wasn’t my first accident and the lawyers I’ve had before have never delivered the way she did and didn’t fight as hard as she did. We hired Lauren after a fall that resulted in a broken leg for my daughter (who played soccer in school) and surgery to repair it. While this was a stressful time for us Lauren was compassionate and thorough every step of the way. She asked the right questions and even went to take pictures of the scene herself.
