I can't say enough about Dean Reed, I am so happy I picked him to handle my bankruptcy case. I had a rather complex case and he answered my zillions of questions and always responded quickly and eased my mind every step of the way. He never got aggravated or short with me on any question I had and was always kind and patient. He knows his stuff and is a pro and stays on top of your case!!! While I was searching for an attorney I read some other attorney reviews before I found Dean and some complaints of those other attorney's were questions not being answered, no call backs and being left in the dark. I was rear ended on April 28, 2016 and had injuries to my neck. I did not want to be stuck with medical bills so I knew I had to find a personal injury attorney. I chose an attorney that did not have a billboard. I found William Schneikart on line. Little did I know Bill would put the gloves on for me and fight for what was right and just. Bill was compassionate to me and took his time obtaining the information. He was patient and has a calming demeanor. I could tell right away he was passionate about his job and believed in what he did. Bill walked me through step by step and informed me that the case could take six months or longer. Bill always kept me updated on the progress of my case. Bill worked tirelessly obtaining all my medical records, the accident report, information from the at fault insurance company and my insurance company. My insurance company stepped up to the plate. He referred me to the best medical/chiropractor clinics. I had to get an MRI of my neck (the first one ever). I went to all my medical appointments, physical therapy, and I had procedures (facet blocks, epidural, disc decompression) to ease my headaches and neck pain. I had headaches most days. Bill kept me going because there were times when I wanted to give up since the at fault insurance company offered a low ball settlement which would not begin to cover my medical bills. I was stressed out and depressed. Bill (and his assistant Kelsey) gave me words of encouragement. The at fault insurance company refused to give what was right. The case would have to go to court. Although Bill is an excellent litigator, he knew this may be a long drawn out case. Bill brought in a married attorney team that had ALOT of experience dealing with the at fault insurance company to help with the fight. Bill works with this attorney team often. My case was resolved by May 19, 2017. It just took a little while to get the details worked out, and then we were delayed by the court for about a month. The at fault insurance company agreed to pay the maximum. I was relieved, since the medical bills will be covered and after attorney fees I will have enough for future treatments if needed. Bill will fight for you! I would hire him again in a heart beat!

I live in Texas and received a speeding ticket while returning from Spring Break in Florida - doing 110 in a 70 mph zone, which makes things a lot worse in terms of fines and points since the speed was more than 35 mph higher than the speed limit. My fault and everything, road was very clear and I wasn't paying attention to the speedometer, and the device used was a laser gun. Also when stopped I had my old insurance papers (had just renewed it, but I forgot to print the new ones) so that was another ticket. I hired Estrella ticket defense since it would have been very difficult to fly or drive to Florida to attend the court date. They took care of everything for me and got the speeding ticket ruling to be "withheld adjudication", with no points or fines, paying only court fees; and for the insurance one they presented the proof of insurance and had the ticket dropped. The judge wanted me to pay court fees for the insurance citation, but they had the court fees dropped as well after filing a motion since I could prove I had valid insurance at the time of the citation, just didn't have the paperwork on me.
Overall I am very pleased with how they represented me in this matter and how they kept me informed. Their cost was high but this is due to the ticket nature, and were half that of another well reviewed firm on Avvo. Overall very pleased - hopefully i won't need them again, but if I do I, will definitely use them again.

Brett Bressler just handled the diminished value claim on my 4 month old Acura TSX which was t-boned on the right passenger side. He came highly recommended by the body shop that repaired my car. Not really knowing much about diminished value, however, I figured the process would take months. Not so! After a quick damage analysis and appraisal, he submitted a demand letter to the counterparty's insurance and obtained the full amount demanded within 2-3 weeks. Ms. Mikolaitis was more than excellent. She saved me from being completely victimized by a person with no apparent character. I purchased a dog for breeding from a breeder in Florida. The dog's testicles did not descend. The breeder tried every trick in the book to avoid remedy for the unfit for purchase dog and Ms. Mikolaitis stopped every attempt. Ms. Mikolaitis was completely available to me, returning every call in a timely manner, she was completely competent and professional and stayed on top of every maneuver the breeder attempted to avoid remedy and there were many. I could not ever find the words to say what an excellent job she did in protecting my rights and keeping me informed. She protected me and saved me from the victimization that had already occurred. A week before closing, I received a call from my agent that the Buyers were trying to cancel my real estate contract on a $450K deal, and wanted to offer me half the escrow deposit. I was sick over it. Justine reviewed the contract, advised me to deny the cancellation their agent was sending over and refuse to sign it. I got a ticket in Naples, FL, Collier County, and was looking for a lawyer to get my ticket dismissed. Talked to about half dozen lawyers, from ones that were sarcastic to ones that just wanted your money, to do what I could myself. I finally got in touch with the law office of Michael R. Gorman, who was truly a good person and a knowledgeable lawyer. He explained to me that it is a waste of money to hire a lawyer because in Collier County the chances of dismissing a ticket are extremely slim. Furthermore he walked me step by step to what I need to do to avoid points and insurance price increase. Mr. Gorman could have taken my money and did all of that but he did not, instead he looked out for me. I highly recommend the law office of Michael R. Gorman.

Forget your preconceived notions about attorneys!
I must admit going in, I thought they might be more concerned about getting a case and getting their fee than they were in making me whole again. This was the warning from so many others that had traveled this road before me.

I was a victim of an under insured motorist- damage to my car and injury to my back.

Marvin Schulman handled a personal injury case for me. I was involved in an automobile accident resulting in significant damage to my vehicle and injuries to my knee. The insurance company sent out an adjuster the next day who started playing hardball right from the beginning.
