Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK.
The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family.
The thing that also stands out is how hard he worked for us in getting our claim settled for the amount he said he was going to get. Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. The attorney I used was Brett Kurland and he and his whole staff are just simply incredible. From the second, I made the phone call to the office to inquire about using their services. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough. I can’t express how important that is when you make a phone call and they call you back in two seconds. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with Berneese and Angie are the case managers, who take care of all the research information. The two of them are the sweetest, nicest, kindest people and so personable that each time I had to call I felt like I was speaking to my sister. It was impressive to have the opportunity to actually speak with Ms Lopez at the beginning. She was wonderful. As time went by, Staff stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. If I called, they either took the call or returned it quickly. Everyone involved along the way was patient, kind, understanding and explained all details, sometimes 2 or 3 times if I needed it! I only wanted my hospital bills and PT covered and only minimum insurance was available. Imagine my surprise when Suzanne called and said I would be receiving a check! That will help greatly with treatment going forward!

I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.

I met chris in his office and presented my case. I was hit by an escaped convict that hit a guard over the head with a shovel. The convict stole a f350 pickup and led police on a high speed chase. The convict hit me at 85 mph, and flipped me 3 1/2 times. I had multiple herniated discs in my neck and back. Chris got me with a great neurologist . And helped me get set up with a spine surgeon. He was able to recover me 1.1 million dollars in a settlement. I appreciate the work he and his staff did. I would reccomend chris if you need a personal injury atty.
