Rafael Urquia recently represented me in a lawsuit pertaining to injuries sustained from an incident with a dog. In my experience with Jordan Taylor and his staff, I was treated very well and they were beyond helpful with my personal and legal situations. Mr. Malcolm just had to deal with a case of mine for over 5 years, where most attorneys would have just caved and would have settled for 10% of what I received. My other attorneys just floated my case to him, thinking it wasn't worth their time. Mr. Malcolm had patience and knew that I had been wronged, he fought for my case and eventually got me even more than I had ever expected. I would still trade what I had received to go back in time and delete that day, undo what happened. Mr. Gorton came highly recommended by a mutual acquaintance after I was seriously injured in a multiple vehicle collision. I had been struggling to navigate the insurance morass for more than a year before discovering my injuries had not been correctly diagnosed following several visits to doctors and dozens of painful physical therapy sessions that were making some things worse.
Once Mr. Gorton was on board, I was able to take a welcome break in not having to deal with this very confusing and frustrating issue as he took control of the case allowing me to focus on recovery. This gave me time and freedom to find a doctor who finally figured out underlying issues leading to multiple surgeries and more PT without the pressure from insurance companies to resolve the case quickly or continual questions about progress that seemed "too slow" for their company processes.
Mr. Gorton's extensive legal experience and deep understanding of the insurance profession led to a positive outcome. He used several specialists to create medical, financial and historical reports in preparation for court, which ultimately convinced the at fault party's insurance carrier to wisely settle pre-trial.
I appreciated his pace, counsel, reassurance and patience in dealing with court and insurance. His calm demeanor and tenacious advocacy were a huge plus.
This case began well before Covid hit, continuing through many months of court closures and slowdowns. He was there for me and my family every step of the way.

I was driving for LYFT and after a minor fender bender (6 months past), I was surprised to get a court summons to pay the other guys insurance company the repair bill (about $5000). I thought LYFT had taken care of it but for whatever reason, they let it slip by without settling the problem. I started calling lawyers but w/o a personal injury component most would not even discuss it. Several referred me to Chris Rounds but I was a bit worried about how much it would cost! After a free consultation, I felt much better about the initial $1500 retainer. Chris quickly made some phone calls and wrote a letter and presto, Lyft settled the issue and I got a refund of almost $1000. I would highly recommend Chris as an ethical lawyer that explains your options very well.

I was injured when I was rear ended by another car. I sustained a concussion and neck trauma. Because of the concussion, I was not mentally functioning very well. GLP Attorney's was recommended by both my doctor and massage therapist. They could see that I was not functioning well. The other person's insurance company was pressuring me to fill out forms and sign them. I couldn't even think clearly to make simple decisions. So, I and my husband met with Cydney to discuss what was happening. Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine what I would have done without her help and support. I ended up getting treatment and help all the way through this ordeal. Because of Cydney's help and support, I did not have to deal with the other insurance company. She handled everything so that I could just concentrate on getting well. In the end my doctor bills and therapy bills were paid in full and I received a small settlement for all of the difficulties I went through to get well. DUI Heroes really lives up to their name! Every member of the team lead with compassion but were highly professional. They were detail oriented, commutative and organized.
Rachel Reich was my true hero! She was top notch!!! She is firm with defense. I could tell that she truly was looking out for my best interest. I LOVED how detailed she was as I never had to question what I needed to do and what was happening. She took the scariest part out of my situation which was the unknown.
The success of the team is definitely inspired by Jonathan Dichter, the founder. He is very compassionate and his calmness and kindness helped tremendously in the beginning. My family and I were highly anxious and scared and his demeanor helped calm that down so we could make a quality decision.
I also want to thank Lexi Bryon and Christopher Wong. They were on the team that helped me and I always appreciated their updates and friendliness.
I almost forgot. They give a deal to get your breathalyzer at Lifesafer so you can save some money. This is not a cheap experience so every savings is valuable.
What mattered to me most is that they NEVER made me feel ashamed. They actually said they were proud of my accomplishments in recovery (which I entered after my DUI). I was not in a good place and this was very much needed to help me recover.

We have been working with JD and for a while now and he is still fighting this case for me after I tried to handle it with out an attorney. I wish that I would of never tried to do this on my own my wreck happened in 2018 and I have long turm issues due to it and I should of known just get An Attorney. JD is the best he took my case a few days before my 3 years was due to be up when I tried looking a couple of years after the insudent and I couldn't find anyone only JD in the end and I'm so thankful I did cause he has been fighting hard for me.

About a year and a half ago, I was hit by a car, as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Steve Angles' was recommended to me by one of the doctors I was seeing for treatment after I was struck by a car and received a serious blow to the head. From our first moment sitting together his experience and depth of knowledge of brain injuries was obvious and he was able to aid me both in my medical recovery direction and legal assessment and follow-up. Both insights were beneficial to me in the short and long run. The financial settlement came in at 100% from the driver who struck me personal insurance company.
