From the moment Attorney Menzer took my case — auto accident, medical and other costs pursued by the other driver — I felt that I was in good hands. He was professional and pleasant, knowledgeable so that I knew from the start what the likely outcome would be as well as the appropriate paths that would be taken to reach that outcome. We had a complicated case concerning a nursing home, so we went to several lawyers concerning this case. We were not impressed by any of them. Not until we met Matt Menzer that we knew instantly that he was the cream of the crop. He was by far the best!! Matt was extraordinarily intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, and also very likable. He was a good listener, communicator, and he explained things in a way that we could grasp and understand. If you’re in doubt, just call Dubin Law. I was hit by an SUV as a pedestrian that caused a traumatic brain injury and they were absolutely indispensable in helping me recover. Coming back from all my injuries to this capacity wouldn’t have been possible without them. They stressed my physical wellness and took care of all the legal headaches I hadn’t any bandwidth for and I’m so grateful they did.
My lawyers Betsylew and Josh were personable, courteous and very effective. After talking to lawyers from other firms, my introductory meeting with Josh made hiring them an easy decision. Mr. Dubin seemed like a good guy with a brilliant smile. I only met him in passing. My caseworkers were always on point and never let me hang. The office manager Vivian Wang is one of my favorite people. Beyond being a tremendous human being, she went out of her way to make sure I was ok. I never write reviews, but make an exception because David Abeyta and his law firm deserve an excellent review. My husband was the victim of a dog attack in 2022. We’ve lived in a quiet Ellensburg neighborhood for about 15 years and my husband uses a walker. When he exited our fenced area to our mailbox on the street, a neighbor’s dog came out of nowhere from behind, and threw my husband to the pavement, leaving him immobile with a broken pelvis and in extreme pain. He spent two weeks in the hospital and it took him a good six months to recover. We sought legal help from Abeyta Nelson, and David and his staff did an excellent job.
People sometimes think they can do everything themselves and don’t need a lawyer or think it will cost too much. But someone in an injury crisis may not have good judgment when upset and distracted. Good legal representation is needed and is well worth the cost of the services.
Insurance companies often pressure people to settle quickly for a low dollar amount, before the full extent of injury is known. Settling too quickly can be a serious mistake.
Here are the reasons I chose Abeyta Nelson to help us through this crisis to a good settlement figure:

I was impressed by Beau and the experience he offered my friend in her injury crash. The entire staff at Beau Harlan Law Firm was professional and followed through before/during/and after the trial. Anybody injured in a car accident should hire Beau Harlan if they can. My friend was rewarded over 160k more than the original settlement offered. Beau and his team fought hard for her case, and what was rightfully owed to her. I hired The Harlan Law Firm to handle a matter where I was injured by a driver that ran a red light and t-boned my vehicle. Prior to trial the defendant’s insurance company offered to settle the case for $38,000.00. This was the second time I had talked with them and they were very informational they were definitely willing to try to help me the first time the second time they were as well even though with certain circumstances given that most other law firms probably wouldn't continue to try to take up my case they still were willing to to review everything again to see if they could help me I much appreciate them although my case was never really handled by any attorney overall cuz none of them wanted to take my case unfortunately cuz there was no homeowners insurance so it seems like it's hard to get a lawyer to kind of want to go down different road or different path to help the victim out but this one by far was willing to go an extra step even if it was for not

After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. We were overwhelmed with dealing with the police, work, hospitals and insurance companies - plus dealing with our own injuries. My friend recommended getting in touch with Davis Law Group. I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache.
In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration. I was recently involved in a very challenging legal matter that I was told was essentially unwinnable by several trusted confidants. I turned to the Osborn Machler firm based on their reputation with difficult and complex cases, and Austin Neff was assigned as the lead attorney in my case.
From the beginning, Mr. Neff and his colleagues concurred that my case was indeed an uphill battle. But Austin immediately began to outline a legal strategy he calculated would maximize our chances of success. What stood out initially to me was his ability to explain complex legal terms and processes in a way that I could easily understand, which helped alleviate much of my anxiety—which, I admit, was through the roof.
As someone with very little exposure to the legal system, much of the strategy Austin constructed seemed almost counterintuitive to me at first. But he was very patient in explaining the reasoning for his approach at every step of the way, as I peppered him with endless layman’s questions about the law. By the time we were ready for the hearing, I almost felt like I had a couple semesters of law school under my belt.
I realize that all attorneys have multiple cases they are working on at any given moment. And I realize that they simply cannot be as emotionally involved in each of their cases as their clients are, of course. But I’ll have to admit that my level of optimism went up a notch or two when Austin looked up from a response he was reading from opposing counsel and paused and stated, “I’m starting to take this personally.”
The hearing itself was the first time I had seen Austin Neff in action in the courtroom. For moral support, the founding partner of the firm, Sim Osborn, was also at the defense table—I felt like I had a whole team behind me. Austin’s presentation of our side of the case was impressive. His arguments were incredibly articulate, nuanced, well-crafted, incisive, and on point. It was a master class in legal exposition, and even to me as a layman it was clear that he had shifted the law and the facts to our side.
Thanks to Austin Neff's hard work and tenacity, we achieved a clear, convincing, and completely favorable outcome that day. I didn’t think it was possible--I remember thinking when the judge rendered her decision, “Wait, what? We won??” The result has had a profound impact on my life, and I cannot thank Austin and the Osborn Machler firm enough for their support and expertise.

In my profession (Police Detective Seattle Police) its sometimes hard to find legal advice that you can really trust. I did not hire John as he was able to assist me without retaining him. Mr. Harkins represented me in a fair and competent manor and extracted the full amount of compensation my insurance policy allowed. The insurance company had only offered 46% of my personal injury amount under my policy. Christopher Cazares is the best military lawyer I could have hired. I was facing a drug court-martial as part of a “drug ring.” I watched Christopher outperform every lawyer in the room, including the senior prosecutor. His confidence and experience were levels above what I could have hoped for. After several days in court, my case was ultimately dismissed and I have resumed my career as if this investigation and court-martial never happened. I had both Christopher and a military appointed lawyer and the difference in experience was night and day. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I only had a military attorney. Several of the people in the ring went with just military attorneys and they either plead guilty or were found guilty. Christopher gave me confidence in my case and would always check up on me during this long process. He was calm and gave me good advice that lead to my innocence. I slipped and fell on ice at a business that didn't take precautions for their patrons safety on the sidewalks or parking lot. I was hurt quite badly. I was treated rudely by the manager and made to feel like it was my fault I fell and was humiliated! My sister convinced me to call an attorney for advise because of my injuries. I looked up attorneys and made a call. I told him what happened and he said that Lloyd Herman is the attorney I need to get in contact with. I called him and right away he took action. The very next day he went out to the place I fell and took pictures of where I fell. He could prove that the grounds had ice and snow build up and was not safe for the people walking on it. He had me see the doctors I need to see for my injuries and at times drove me to my appointments. He was absolutely wonderful. Lloyd Herman and his staff treat you like family and honestly care about what you are going through. My case seemed to be impossible with having been turned down by 6 other law firms since the auto accident and the deadline to file an insurance claim only days away. The first attorneys told me “we don’t see this case as being reasonable”, and the others asked, “why did you wait so long”, all of which were incredibly frustrating. I had been to numerous Doctor Appointments and referred to a variety of Specialists. There were countless Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy appointments. I was prescribed an array of medications and had a regiment of at home exercises, ice pack and heating pad treatments with nothing helping the pain I was in. Kristi came highly recommended by a long time District Court Judge. He described her legal ability as second to none in the area. Following a vicious pit bull attack while on duty as a Deputy Sheriff, I retained Kristi who works as a team with Jay Flynn. Rob represented me when a negligent driver ran a red light. I did not see it coming and there was nothing I could do to avoid the collision. The collision happened while I was on the job. Since the case happened while I was on the job we had to deal with the insurance company for workman’s comp and the insurance company who represented the negligent driver.
The process was very complicated and I was totally confused and frustrated after trying to deal with both insurance companies. It was clear that they were not there to help me. I was walking in a neighborhood below my house when I was attacked by two German Shepard dogs. One bite me hard on my leg and broke the skin. I was dazed and in pain and called my husband who immediately came to pick me up. I called Animal Control and gave the officer all the required information. A few days later, I contacted Attorney, Rob Crary. He came highly recommended through mutual friends and associates. I was advised to seek legal action because these dogs attacked unprovoked and were loose.

Very impressed... I contacted them for help with an L&I claim. They spent time reviewing the file and provided guidance on how to proceed, along with work product. Liz was our constant support and advisor during our case against a hospital that did not provide standard of care for my husband resulting in a significantly shortened lifespan as well as a difficult one.
Liz was the one we first called or emailed with questions -- and we had lots! Never did she seem we were taking too much of her time, and she always provided her expert opinion and advice in an easy to understand, thoughtful and kind manner.
While our attorneys got to know a lot about our lives, they shared some about their own, so we enjoyed learning about Liz's children, one of whom she gave birth to during the process.
Through depositions and a mediation Liz informed us very well about the process so we weren't taken by surprise in any way. She and her colleagues (a senior attorney and paralegal) were excellent legal support. They guided us to a successful settlement while understanding that we'd trade the money for the injury to have never happened.
We struggled at first because we understood that accidents do happen, even in medicine. But Liz and her colleague made it clear that the number of errors that added up to our end result required both change and some recompense. This guy deserves so much more than just 5 stars.
I meat Matt through a mutual friend because of a 17 year old bench warrant came calling. I also work in the legal field and it was messing with my job, my daughter was getting married in the same state as this warrant and i couldnt do the 10 days of jail. This was a Failure to Comply Bench Warrant 10 Days Jail-No Bond for a DWLS 3rd Degree. Needless to say the prosecutor was not making any deals. Matt prepared a Motion and set the hearing. I of course was a nervious wreck. However, the judge found in favor for defense because Matt did his homework. He was respectful, professional and was not afraid to argue the case out against the State. HE'S AWESOME and i cant thank him enough for what he has done for me. The outcome for me was a recalled bench warrant and my 40 hrs of community service reinstated. If you want someone that will fight for you and go the extra mile for you, this guy is it. I am an 80 year old woman who tripped and fell on some raised concrete in front of the house I'm renting. Injuries included a broken right hand finger. The rental lease I signed has a clause in it that states I am responsible/liable for any damage in and on the property or personal injury. In 2009, I went through a terrible divorce and my counselor at that time mentioned “the children are young enough you can leave now and they won’t remember you.” Had I met Nelson nd had him as my attorney from day one I am confident I would’ve been the sole custodian of the children. Mr. Berry is a complete professional, in every sense of the word. Compassionate, honest, prudent and versatile in matters of law. I am a single mom and very able, competent and successful. I was in a pretty bad car accident back in October of 2013. After consulting with Ashley Armstrong, I made the decision to hire her.
I had sustained a severe back injury from my accident, Ashely felt confident that she knew exactly how to handle the case, as I informed her I had previous accidents and other back issues in the past. Back in May of 2018, I was rear-ended at a stoplight. While I only suffered minor injuries, my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company.
Since I had been involved in a similar car accident nearly 10 years earlier I thought why not skip the attorney become a DIY (Do It Yourself), attorney. I could just deal with the Insurance Company on my own and keep more money this way. Not a good idea.
After 3-4 months of agonizing discussions, the insurance company finally made me an offer that was embarrassing low. I think they figured I would just go away. Their offer was far less than my previous car accident 10 years prior and I felt that I was being rear-ended for a 2nd time.
So, I reached out to Parker Reich. While my case was a pretty small case he willingly took it anyway, much to my surprise. I had spoken with two other attorneys who basically said it was not worth their time.
So, I sat back and just let Parker do what attorney’s do. Aside from the occasional call to get some details from me, I really did nothing. I was not in a hurry.
After nearly a year, Parker reached a settlement that was nearly 6x more than my original settlement offer. I was thrilled. He and his staff did an excellent job of getting a fair settlement. I was never looking to get rich; I was simply trying to find a fair settlement for the situation.
Lessons learned:
1.) If you think you can just do it yourself and save the attorney fees. Think again.
2.) If you try to do it yourself, you will probably create problems when you eventually do hire an attorney down the road. They will have to clean up your mess.
3.) Get more than one opinion if you are unsure about your case. Parker may have taken on my small case today, but if I ever get in a situation with far higher dollar figures involved, I know where to go. If my friends ask me for a referral, I will refer Parker.
Parker and his team did an excellent job and always kept me informed of what reality looked like and helped by setting expectations. I understood the process, the potential outcome and the results were not just as predicted but better.

Did I mention integrity? Mr. Shultz came recommended by an attorney in Spokane. When meeting with him, he explains the pros and cons of each option, with patience and clarity, often providing examples from his decades of experience. He is well connected in the legal and business communities. He follows up on his commitments EXACTLY as agreed upon. He usually takes calls out of the blue, and when he doesn't, he readily returns calls, generally that day. He has never talked down to my wife or I, and is a gentleman to the core. He is a extremely pleasant individual with a great sense of humor. After hiring him to resolve an issue with a deadbeat contractor, which he did, he has provided me advice on other legal concerns without asking for reimbursement. Overall, his time and cost charges are extremely fair and reasonable. We put 5K down as a retainer, and received a good portion back after the issue was resolved. He has in depth knowledge and experience in a wide swath of legal areas. In the legal field of the Tri City area, Mr. Schultz is a blinding white beacon among a plethora of dim lights. He is the ONLY lawyer I would recommend PERIOD.
