Walking into Rodi’s office for the first time, I was nervous. I was staring down what was certain to be a long, nasty, complex divorce and I needed to make sure I had the best representation possible. But, I also had to know I could trust and relate to whoever might provide that.
Rodi commanded the room with her presence, nevertheless, she immediately put me at ease. Within no time at all I could tell she understood where I was coming from, what my children and I were going through, and how my ex figured into these things. She got up to speed on my particularly complicated/unique situation extremely quickly, and I knew at once I had an ally. And a determined, smart, experienced, relentless, caring one at that. I knew she had my back from day one.
And she never once faltered. Through the countless, pointless and malicious deviations, distractions, and motions my ex threw up to complicate things; the endless diatribe of slander and lies, the messy and ugly, Rodi was my rock. She – and her equally amazing and dedicated paralegal – gave me confidence, kept me informed, and put everything into perspective. John Wilson and the staff at RHHK was by my side for almost six years as we had to file suit against 2 insurance companies and deal with Covid. He was optimistic but also realistic. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

Tim is extremely helpful to fight back to insurance companies. After paid my medical bills, I am still getting money for return. I am glad I went wit him because before I hired him, insurance wanted me to sign off for $1200 to pay my medical bills. Instead, in the end I got over $4000 after the medical bills.

Nelson Boyd Attorneys represented me in a bicycle crash and did an excellent job. They are a caring, professional team, where I got the benefit of them both working on my case together. Each brought their individual strengths to my representation.
As much as a legal intervention is an inherently stressful undertaking, Nelson Boyd made the experience as low-stress as possible. They did this by being good listeners, providing assurances that they were fighting for me, providing prompt and excellent communications, and always doing what they said they would do.
My suit was settled satisfactorily (they worked on contingency) prior to reaching court, which was preferable since it took nearly two years to get to that point-- though not due to any fault of Nelson Boyd. Going to court would likely have taken another six months or longer. My case involved personal injury and I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing this sort of representation -- and probably other issues, as well. At minimum, it will be worth your while to call them to discuss your problem.

After an accident which wasn’t my fault we sought help from a law firm. The first few contacted did not appeal. However, when we contacted Swanson+Gardner+Meyers we were impressed. After a conversation with Mr. Meyers we were convinced and set up an in person appointment. This proved pivotal in our year long relationship. They have always been there for us giving the needed timely advice and followup. Most of the personal contact was with Jennifer but both Mr. Meyers and Mr. Gardner where available when needed. At the end of January 2020 I was involved in a car accident which damaged my neck. I started seeking treatment for my neck pain and was not really able to get a result then the pandemic happened and everything closed down. It took me several years of treatment. It was about a 2 which was enough and not back to normal but I still had residual pain. I was still riding my bicycle skiing and doing whatever I could to have fun so I wouldn’t remember pain, and in the course I got injured again on my lower leg and elbow.
This case was complicated enough on his own with just the COVID-19 restrictions, but adding additional injuries to my lower extremities, made it really complicated.
Jeff was recommended to me by a family member. I hired Jeff immediately at the beginning of the case and I could definitely say that Jeff was the best decision.
There were so many things which went wrong with this case the law firm was opposing us. Jeff’s brother worked at the firm then the apposing attorney in case died after depositions.
Finally, after three years, I was able to get relief from the court. Only because I had Jeff’s help without Jeff‘s help I could not have got the resolution with my case at all.
I recommend Jeff very highly.

If MRM has been practicing 35 years we were her among her early clients. She was amazing the and still is. I have not needed an attorney much since 1981 but when I have she is the best advisor. Never has forced a litigation on any. She did took my husband I through the end of a horrid family court matter that had taken on a life of its own even after remarriages . Former attorneys had settled nothing to the satisfaction of any party, including new husband or new wife. We did prevail on a permanent maintenance beyond remarriage of the recipient or payment of attorney fees by husband. She took it to appeals and won on both. She did not further damage the already fragile relationship between divorced parents of a fragile preteen in the process. Time passes we are grandparents, everyone is the exact same personality as they were in then. She worked hard for us in an area of law that is not her specialty but she has left her mark with these appeals and by assuring we newly weds had a chance at making a marriage and eventual family find peace. For that We are eternally grateful.

Mary Ruth is a genuine, caring and extremely knowledgable lawyer. Throughout my case (which went on for 3 years) I was kept up to date on the latest developments. Ms Mann (as well as her staff) treated me as family and not just a client. She was genuinly concerned about my well being and health every step of the 3 yr ordeal. When things got heated and I needed a break or to take a time out we did. People will never truly understand how stressful a law suit and trial are until they go through it themselves! I met Dann and was impressed with his desire to help. I had a small case and yet he still took it on and fought for me.
We received a settlement offer and I followed his advice on accepting. I then find out he went back and negotiated for a larger amount than I was expecting.

Charge for reading and sending every email, even though the staff were not well trained to explain important information.
