Roger was the attorney that reached out to me after I contacted his office regarding my disability insurance policy. After meeting with Roger and his paralegal I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Roger was very knowledgeable and able to explain the different aspects of my policy and how we could proceed to move forward from there. I appreciated the game plan that was put in place and how effectively it was executed. There was always direct intention to keep the ball moving and have appropriate information gathered to make our case stronger. Over the course of two years I never felt that an aspect of my case had been forgotten or that I myself was an afterthought to a bigger case they may have had.
The entire two years I had the privilege of working with Roger communication has always been prompt and easy. He did a great job of keeping me informed and I always felt that I was a part of the discussion and that my opinion mattered. He was very compassionate and understanding about how our case was effecting us personally and I was very grateful for this.

My 19 year old son was killed on his second day at work at Pacific Top Soil. Because the L&I laws were written long ago, it was very difficult to find a wrongful death attorney to take on our case. Finally after a year of looking for representation, I was referred to Rodger Davidheiser from Friedman & Rubin in Seattle. Before meeting Rodger Davidheiser, he reviewed our case carefully. After several months of reviewing endless documents, my husband and I met with Rodger Davidheiser. My husband and I signed a fee agreement with him and his company and felt confident in Rodger Davidheiser’s professional knowledge of how to approach this case and come to a resolution. Over the course of a year, I remained in close contact with Rodger Davidheiser. He was always available by phone or email if I had questions and he always kept me updated when progress was being made. He always informed me if he would be unavailable due to other client cases or out of Town/State travel. Rodger Davidheiser was able to bring all parties involved in my son’s death to mediation. I interviewed 2 other attorneys, but I knew when I met David Richardson that he was the one I wanted to represent me
I have also sent a friend to him & will continue to do this as he is terrific.
When we went to mediation he drove way out of his way in the snow to pick me up. That meant he had to go from Seattle to Bellevue then back to Seattle, then brought me back home then he had to go back to Seattle where he lives. All this in the snow, I don't know anyone that would go way out of their way to do this for a client, it just speaks of his professional way of taking care of his client
When ever I had a question he always got right back to me, never made me feel I was bothering him

I do not write lightly when I say David B. Richardson is trustworthy, (highly) knowledgeable and an overachiever. His representation has helped me moved on with my life during the whole case proceeding. Please note I said I moved on with my life "during" and not after the case was closed. The stress and negativity from the beginning was lifted off from my shoulders. I did not have to worry if Item A was completed, if Item B was given notice, if Item C received X and so forth. My worries and sleepless nights ended when Mr. Richardson represented my family and I.
He treated us with the utmost respect and always gave us his undivided attention. There were many hoops and hurdles, and although at times it was very stressful, David B. I was put in touch with Monte Willis by a family member who noticed I was trying to sort through and handle everything that comes along with dealing with insurance companies. I was hit by a car that had run a stop sign while I was on my bike, and Monte was fantastic in helping me any way he could in this case that ended up being open for well over a year. After my accident I did not know to do. I was a busy college student who could not afford to spend hours on the phone talking with the insurance company. Monte Willis stepped in and took over talking with them for me. He also answered any questions I had about what was going on with my claim. He helped me understand what was happening, explained the steps and the process. He asked how I was doing at the beginning of every conversation. I was in a hit and run accident. My insurance company is known for paying out very little and most times having to be sued instead of settling.
I did not have "PIP" but did have uninsured motorist. I was informed by the insurance company when I signed up that I really did not need PIP because I had medical included in my coverage. Turned out after my accident it really was not much due to the fact that I have permanent damage and will be on medication for the rest of my life and require more treatments. Mike Jacobs fought for me. My payout was the "MAXIMUM" amount of coverage I had for my medical and in addition a payout of almost $14,000.00 to fix my automobile "without totaling my car". This was all settled out of court.
I'm so grateful Mike took my case.
He was always so respectful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

As I put pen to paper I realize I have no words to do justice to the battle waged on my behalf by Rick and his dedicated team of justice fighters. I am simply not capable of putting into words the gratitude and respect I have for them as professionals, people and warriors.

Evil comes in all shapes, colors and sizes and often disguises itself as good. As long as we go forward with the truth and there are honorable warriors to fight on our behalf, as you and your team have proven to be, the truth will prevail no matter how powerful and deceptive the opponent may be.
The team of men and women led by Rick Friedman are dedicated to doing the right thing. Why? Because that’s what men and women of honor do.
As Rick and his team prosecuted the truth on our behalf, the financial resources afforded my wife and I by the jury’s verdict has allowed us to better focus on adapting and living with the struggles of long term care associated with my traumatic brain injury.
I want to thank Rick for taking the time to remove his attorney hat and speak to me as a friend about how to best move forward in rebuilding my life with a brain injury.
