I recently came to a final settlement, a year in the making, which almost ruined me; financially and emotionally, but for the steady, professional guidance and advocacy I received from Nate.
From the moment I reached out to him (referred by a trusted, long-time friend who is also an attorney) I was treated with respect and compassion.
Throughout the year; from my week in the hospital, to having to find a new place to live while rehabilitating my injured arm, to navigating credit agencies that threatened to ruin my credit without immediate payment; Nate took as much off my plate as possible, but also always presented me with choices; leaving the decision with me, at each stage.
Nate negotiated earnest money to pay for immediate expenses/bills, wrangled with hospital billing departments, the insurance staff, and basically helped me to be free to take care of my own business (and I had a lot to keep up with), providing me with a relatively smooth ride, in what could have been an absolute catastrophe.

Frank helped me deal with my personal injury case related to a car accident I experienced while riding in the vehicle of a friend. As soon as I left his office I was relieved that my part in this was basically over - I didn't have to worry about insurance companies anymore. It was a tough case. I wasn't easy to deal with. Scott was able to get nearly all the insurance policy, and saw this through until the impossible happened. Somehow he got a bank to give me an account. Still scratching my head as to how he did that, but let's not look gift horses in the mouth. His service was above and beyond what is required. He even got my antibiotics when I was still to sore to move. He got my 2000 dollars for a bicycle I paid 250 for and it was only worth 750 new. There were a couple parts having experienced I would have not been so head strong about. I might not rank so high if I had a client feedback... Lol, I was a pain. Scott is talented, mature, complete and stable.

I’m writing to highly endorse attorney Steve Knapp for you or your loved ones who may be seriously injured or killed by the acts of another person. Steve spent 3 ½ years helping me through a very stressful and difficult process of settling my serious and permanent injury claims with the State Department of Transportation and its contractor after I crashed my motorcycle in a construction zone one night on I-5. I’m very lucky that Steve got involved in my case early on. Steve immediately began gathering evidence to support my claim that the onramp had been left in a negligent condition which caused me to crash that night. Steve kept telling me that the facts of my case were like “spokes in a wheel” and his goal was to build me a wheel full of spokes, which he did do. The State and its contractor denied any responsibility to me for more than three years after my accident. They claimed the accident was entirely my fault or someone else’s fault other than theirs. But Steve was relentless and left no stone unturned in working up my case. He went to the DOT archives and found great records for my case; he investigated the accident scene; and he located and met with several witnesses and got written statements from them in support of my case. I was able to sit in on a few depositions of witnesses, and watching Steve was great. He was very prepared for each one, and he seemed to almost know what each witness would say, even before they said it. He was able to use the witnesses testimony to build lots of spokes in my wheel. Steve used to do defense work and he knows how the defense looks at a case, which I think gives him an edge because he can anticipate where the defense witnesses will attack his clients’ cases and he can prepare for it. Steve had me fully prepared for my own deposition by the defense attorney and for my examination by the defense doctor. Steve finally overwhelmed the DOT and its contractor with evidence that their negligence caused my accident, and we were ultimately able to reach a settlement of very high six figures. Steve is a down to earth kind of guy who is very easy to talk to. He kept in regular contact with me so I always knew what was going on with my case. I’m extremely happy with the work Steve did for me on my case and I give him my highest recommendation to anyone who has been seriously hurt or even killed by someone else’s negligence. J.

I am a lawyer in Pennsylvania and I just completed a Products Liability case in Pennsylvania involving the alleged failure of a defective bicycle part manufactured in another country. I had a jurisdictional problem whereby personal jurisdiction over the foreign manufacturer was at issue in Pennsylvania. Because the Statute of Limitations, (or time within which suit had to be filed) was expiring, I needed to file a protective action in Federal Court in Washington State at the last minute since the foreign defendant clearly did business in Washington State. Through the trial lawyer list serve on the internet I contacted Phil Arnold who practices Seattle and throughout Washington State. Phil immediately responded to me and immediately took time out of his busy schedule to act as local counsel and get the suit filed in Fed Ct and then convince the Court to have the the case stayed in Fed Ct in Washington while my case proceeded in Pennsylvania. Because of Phil Arnold's responsiveness and legal skills, in filing this protective action in Washington at the last minute, I was able to obtain a favorable resolution of my case in Pa. Phil did not have to help me, but he never hesitated a bit. That is why I am proud to be a trial lawyer and member of the American Association of Justice in which Phil is also a member. While driving southbound on I-5 in Tacoma an underinsured motorist sideswiped a dump-truck causing it to spin around and go north in the southbound lanes and hitting us head-on. We were crushed between the spinning dump truck, the car that caused the accident and the car that rear-ended us. We hired Schroeter Goldmark & Bender to represent us.
The insurance carrier for the underinsured motorist paid us the limits under their policy. Our own insurance company basically made an offer of zero to cover life-altering and permanent injuries.
Our team at SGB of Adam Berger, Sergio Garcidueñas-Sease, Lindsay Halm and Alder Burgess took over for us. One of the most important things they did was to shield us from the stone-walling, delaying tactics of our own insurance company to whom we had paid premiums for more than 30 years. From the beginning they handled the case as if it would end up in litigation. You need attorneys like SGB that have your back and are not afraid to go to court if that is what it takes.
They had the added challenge of doing this during Covid. Thank goodness for Zoom conferences. We ultimately got a court date. Two months prior to our court date, we went to mediation, via Zoom. We didn't hold out much hope for mediation, but we were willing to make an attempt. What a surprise when the insurance company came to mediation finally willing to negotiate. After a full day of the mediator going back and forth between Zoom rooms, we came to a fair monetary settlement. We are convinced that the insurance company, even then, was only willing to negotiate because, Adam and the rest of his team were well prepared bulldogs willing to go to court if mediation failed. As they like to say, "This was not their first rodeo".
A car accident is horrible. You need the best attorneys you can find to protect your interests. Besides being professional and knowing the case inside and out, Adam and the rest of his team are compassionate and truly care about their clients. We strongly recommend them to anyone who needs their service. Without Adam and SGB our insurance company would have paid us nothing.

I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.

I didn't just pick Bob out of the Yellow pages, he was recommended to me by the attorney that prepared our will. I then had by sister-in-law who is also an attorney (practicing law in Maryland) review his web-site. She said he sounded knowledgeable and showed experience in personal injury cases, something I was definitely going to need.
My case began with a Sunday morning walk in a quite neighbor just north of Manson in Lake Chelan, Wa. My brother and his wife along with my wife and I were walking along a public road when a large dog approached. His demeanor was not friendly, he was aggressive showing his teeth and lunging at us. With numerous calls to control his dog the approaching owner did nothing. When the dog's attention turn towards my wife, I collected a couple of large rocks and proceeded to through them at the dog. In doing so, I ripped the quad tendon in my right leg, causing extreme pain and injury. After surgery, I was off work for 3 months then an additional 6 months of physical therapy.
I know, some might think "you threw the rock - it was your own fault". This was not my view nor was It Bob's. Bob represented me and with his knowledge and expertise we settled with the insurance company for a fair and equitable amount.
If you are in need of a personal injury attorney to protect your rights and to represent you in a court of law, Bob would be my first choice.

With the caveat that I did not end up proceeding with litigation, I found both Mr Anderson and Mr Mitchell to be exceedingly professional and timely in their responsiveness to my inquiries. They easily could have recommended proceeding with litigation, but instead recommended against it as despite a strong case and likelihood of their own personal benefit secondary to fees, even a positive outcome was unlikely to be beneficial to me. They certainly put my interests ahead of their own.

When our son was tragically killed by a negligent driver I immediately called David. I didn’t really consider a different lawyer. He was the clear choice. David represented our family in a lawsuit where our son, a young man in his late 20s with a new wife and a baby on the way, was killed by a negligent driver while on his way to work. To that end he is extremely generous with his time. He wanted to know about our family. It was important to him to know who our family is and who our son was. He wanted to get to know our family: it wasn’t a chore. Did our son like fishing? What were his favorite hobbies? Did he enjoy playing soccer? Was he a Seahawks fan? How many children did he want? What was his personality?
David couldn't change what happened, but as a person, not just as a lawyer, he made it clear that our family came first. What he could do was find justice our son and our family. His result far exceeded our expectations and assured the security of his widow and daughter. As a 2 time client and a lawyer myself when my family had an overwhelming life changing trauma, there was only one lawyer who came to mind to help our family, that was David Beninger. David is in a league of his own. I highly recommend him.

I was in a hit-and-run accident which has left me with permanent injuries. Managing my pain requires daily medication and additional medical treatment. I did not have PIP; fortunately, I did have UIM. I was thankfully able to receive the maximum amount of UIM coverage available from the insurance company.

After I was injured by a negligent doctor, I selected Ms. Morrow as my attorney because of her history as a competent lawyer and a Registered Nurse. It was wonderful to have an attorney who was knowledgeable in the medical aspects of my case; many of the attorneys I initially consulted with had to stop me to explain what certain terms meant, and that was incredibly frustrating for me. I never had this issue with Jane.
In addition to her medical knowledge, Ms. Morrow had an instinctual and intellectual understanding of what to do at every turn in my case. She was always supportive and explained the legal things I did not understand without ever making me feel stupid or burdensome. I really believe that Ms. Morrow cares about her clients' long-term well being. How many lawyers can you truly say care about their clients as people, and not just as case statistics?
