Christine Adams supported me during a particularly tenuous time, in the aftermath of the pandemic and after a prolonged, painful and incredibly debilitating experience with discrimination and retaliation. She is brilliant, dedicated and highly skilled at what she does. Her intelligence, exactitude, thoroughness, (appropriate/advantageous) aggressiveness, and expediency are traits I sought and hoped for in a high-quality attorney. Those altogether make her an excellent lawyer. But what I did not expect to encounter in this relationship, what I truly appreciate and am most deeply impacted by - is her genuine integrity, humanity and compassion. From the beginning to the end, she listened to me, and considered me as an individual. She was attentive, receptive, caring, efficient, strategic and diligent. Particularly for my case, it was an alleviation and inspiration to have someone on my side who really saw me, and honored my convictions and motivations for pursuing my claim. When I discovered that my former employer had fabricated complete lies about my conduct at work and attempted to slander my name and also succeeded in getting my rightful unemployment denied to me I was at a complete loss of what to do.
I called a number of lawyers who were all dismissive and/or told me I didn't have a case. I was starting to feel really disheartened and didn't think there would be a way out of this and that my former company would get away with all of these heinous untruths and lack of justice.
Then - Assaf called me back after leaving a message at his firm.
He was incredibly willing and open to speak to me and hear all of the particulars of the case completely. His energy was fantastic and he said we have a case!
Throughout the weeks leading up to the hearing he was always available and we spoke many times and he was always willing to give me an enormous amount of his time and energy.
He guided me through the entire process and helped me to see what was important and what wasn't in regards to the case.
On the day of the hearing we were prepared and ready and we laid out the entire truth of the whole situation to the judge.
A few days later we got the decision - we had won!
I honestly don't believe I would have made it without him because he was emotionally supportive and prevented me from giving up. His fee was reasonable and his willingness to work with my financial situation was admirable.
He was pretty much fantastic. He also helped me to keep all of my integrity and honesty and we won fair and square.
I would want him to help me in any legal matters whatsoever. He is a real honest guy and he changed my life with his counsel.

I had been ripped off by my previous employers, and for a whole year, they refused to answer a demand letter sent to them by the first attorney. When I got to Mr. Assaf Lichtash, he was very welcoming and positive about getting me my unpaid wages. In a short time, he sent communication to the parties and aggressively pursued the case. They would use underhanded tactics like failing to reply in time, until he took them court. They finally agreed to settle out of court, and Mr. Lichtash successfully negotiated a reasonable settlement on my behalf.
I am really grateful to him, his wonderful staff, and the professional manner in which he handled case.
I highly recommend Mr. Assaf Lichtash to all those with unpaid wages claims. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Della Shaker is the THE LAWYER in Los Angeles, simply the best! I have to write this review because something like her is rare! Even though words can not describe, I'll give it a try... She is sharp, on point, detail orientated, she fights for your rights until the end with the same energy. After a rotten six month expired product shattered one of my teeth, the Grocery chain store (name of Richie Cunningham's ginger friend). .. promised to help, but ended up stalling and blowing me off... Don stepped in and got results. He dotted more "I" s and crossed more "T"s than I could have done, and he not only got the settlement, but I'm positive his professionalism in this case, made that grocery store/food manufacturer be that much more careful that they don't endanger the public again. Here’s my experience with Mr. Donald Green:
So where do I start? Of course no one likes to talk about divorce and all the ugliness of the process, but when the unfortunate occasion does show up, it will drain you mentally and financially. So, you’ve tried to hold it together and pay all community debts that you owe but, the financial stability you once had is now gone. Now debtors are serving you with court summons, harassing you with phone calls, and without notice creditor pulls money directly from your bank saving account. You’re feeling so defeated that you’re certain you don’t have the energy to fight the legal fight. That’s how it was for me and I’m sure, if you’re reading my post, this probably describes you, too.
With incredible luck, I discovered The Law Office of Donald Green. In record time, Attorney Green successfully negotiated settlements with all my creditors or collectors. I appreciate the opportunity to share my unfortunate experience with Dolan Law Firm. I also appreciate the time the case manager, Mercedes, took to briefly listen to my concerns. I didn't expect to receive services from Dolan Law Firm from the questions I was asked during the information (intake) gathering. I messaged them since their website was advertised on another website as a possible law firm for civil rights cases. I read their reviews and a lot of reviews seem to be accident (personal injury) cases. Possibly there's a quota that needs to be fulfilled or the documentation that was requested that I emailed to the case manager was reviewed and or searched possibly for a statement regarding a accident and or personal injury, I am uncertain. I would have preferred to have received an email message regarding the type of case(s) the law firm is/was currently interested in taking.I realize not every person and or potential clients can be 'pleased'. However, the few negative reviews listed for this law firm have concerning and possibly valid points that I think potential clients may (or may not) want to consider. I did not receive services from this company/law firm, so I would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.

Honestly one of the best attorneys I have dealt with. I hired Mr. Fard to handle my brother's suspected DUI case and not only did he keep me informed of all court proceedings but he would answer all my calls and questions whenever I contacted him. My brother was very nervous and unsettled with having caught a case but in the end, Mr. Fard was able to get my brother's DUI case dismissed. If you're looking to hire an attorney who will be dedicated to your case, Mr. Fard should definitely be your one and only choice. He's definitely being kept in my contacts in case I ever need him for anything (although I hope that won't be necessary).

I hired Kevin Fard as my DUI Attorney and had both my cases DISMISSED. My dmv hearing was won and also my court hearing for the criminal DUI. Mr Fard is beyond knowledgeable in his abilities as an attorney and goes above and beyond to protect you and your rights. Mr Fard gathered evidence and conducted himself in court extremely competent and sharp . He also showed great composer and confidence in what he represented and within my rights of the law towards the DA and Judge. Mr. Fard was also very good at communicating and getting back to me in a quick and efficient manner. If your seeking strong legal counsel, who can explain things clearly and give you the best shot in your case I highly and strongly recommend Mr. Kevin Fard. There are many attorneys out there that basically just want your money and have you plea to a deal with the DA, This wasn't the case for me, Mr Fard did everything in his power and beyond to make sure if there was any percentage of winning over the case that it was done. I worked for one of the largest tech firms in Silicon Valley and was subjected to discrimination. Luckily I knew Sarah from my network, and she advocated for me through a 6 month process that ended with a favorable settlement for myself. Although I have no direct comparison, it is difficult to imagine a better lawyer to have on your side. Most importantly, at every step and decision, Sarah was clearly advocating and recommending the best outcome for myself, not trying to maximize or speed her gain. This included her supporting me “walking away” from a significant offer, despite months of work from herself. Unfortunately, the discrimination continued, but fortunately I had Sarah as a continued advocate. She provided immediate guidance, responded within minutes to incidents, and ultimately secured a substantial offer with every detail negotiated for my benefit. Apparently Sarah took vacation during my discrimination ordeal, but I would never have know given her responsiveness.
Sarah is not only extremely competent and hard working; she is selfless and displays tremendous empathy. I can not imagine a better legal experience during employment torment.

We lucked out with lawyer Jeffrey Cowan. Beginning with what we thought would be a fairly straightforward dispute, Mr. Cowan represented us in a business lawsuit that turned out to be very complex and required immense involvement before we effectively won. Each concern was heard and understood, important questions and explanations of the court processes were explained, and we always felt like we were in very capable hands. Mr. Cowan’s attention to detail, preparation, and commitment to his clients is something we saw were not traits shared by all attorneys. Reached out to Jennifer needing assistance with commission/monies owed and a potential Work Visa issue due to a contract not being honoured, very combative firm/management.
Jennifer proposed a strategy that was not aggressive, offered them options to avoid accruing legal fees with lots of back & forth. When they refused to come to the table she stepped in and in a matter of weeks I was paid the exact amount we discussed and legal separation was signed off on.
A highly stressful & sensitive situation and she walked me through it and went into bat for me when needed.

A friend of mine referred Jenny to me prior to my termination. When I was abruptly terminated, Jenny called my employer immediately to let them know I was already represented by council even though she had a deposition to go to that day. She made time for me when I needed her help most. This did not change through the ten-month process to come to a settlement. The other side all but ignored our communications and attempts at settlement hoping we would just go away. But Jenny does not go away, she stays and fights for her clients. She ultimately drafted a well-researched and very strategic complaint and gave them a short window of time to either respond or she would file the complaint in Superior Court. They immediately responded and the case was settled within a week. I ultimately received about 2.7 times my original severance offer which represented a very significant settlement. Jenny always worked with me on the fees which I felt were very fair. She is a dedicated, intelligent and experienced attorney who can keep things in perspective and reassure you when you have doubts. I don’t think I would have ever been able to get through this process and with this outcome with anyone other than Jenny.

So far so good! I owe a big thank you to Brian here. My manager to make a long story short terminated my brother and suspended me for calling out some serious safety concerns in our work environment and said the reasons for the discipline were unrelated. And its been quite a challenge to find anyone that will at least hear my brother and I out, until I came across Brian. When a person is wrongly terminated it takes away more than your job. You loose the essence of who you are, your confidence, your trust in people, how you interact with the outside world. You feel ashamed. But, Jean was able to change all that for me and my termination turned out to be a blessing. Jean gave me hope from the very first conversation. With this new employer, I became the top salesman in a very short period of time. My customer service skills are stellar. I had so many 5 star yelp reviews I lost count. I found myself in desperate need of a lawyer after I was sexually assaulted by a coworker/long time friend of mine. Every avenue I had gone through to hold him accountable led nowhere. I went to our HR department and they did nothing. I went to law enforcement, the DA denied my case. I went to file a restraining order against him so at least he would be removed from the workplace and he lawyered up immediately.
