The last thing a business owner wants is to face problems with or even a lawsuit with employees. Because I have employees and hire outside contractors she was able to help me figure out the criteria need for each. Developing contracts that keep me out of trouble and making sure I know how to do it right with each person. Josh was referred to me by another attorney.
Essentially my case revolved around a mid-2020 cancel culture event with my employer. This resulted in my wrongful termination along with Josh unpacking a number of other claims as we sifted through my almost four years of employment.
My understanding was that the employer, over the years, had mistreated me. Josh knew the law and precedents that tied to the mistreatment. The list of claims was long.
At its core, my case was about an employer that irrationally reacted to a troll site post on social media tied to a post from me. While the company had invited everyone to share ideas, because it declared it was open to receiving ideas, I posted a further sharing of conservative ideas. This did not suit the political views of the employer. Not only was I wrongfully terminated, but the employer also defamed me in the process.
After almost a year of pre-trial litigation, Josh was able to secure a very good outcome that resulted in an excellent economic settlement and resolution of non-monetary issues. Josh cared about my non-monetary issues and not just the financial settlement. That meant a lot to me

Mr. Lipinsky, demonstrated excellent analytical skills and experience in the area of law for my particular problem. I was impressed at how quickly he was able to logically process the facts, apply specific experience and relevant labor laws to my particular problem. Faced with the daunting task of having just days to file before the statute of limitations ran out, I was impressed with how quickly he was able to make reasonable judgments and assumptions about my case and file such a compelling complaint and other documents before the deadline.
Mr. Lipinsky applied his excellent interpersonal skills to develop a trusting relationship. It’s very difficult to trust others to look out for you specifically when you are going through a battle surrounded by distrust. He understood and conveyed to me the strengths and weakness of my case and worked directly with me to achieve positive results. He involved me in the creation of a resolution without placing his opinions above mine. He patiently educated me through how the litigation process works. He sincerely owned my problem, and encouraged a belief that he would do everything possible to help me succeed. He was willing to learn about my expected goals and outcomes, explaining what he would do for me.
During mediation Mr. Lipinsky’s skill as a negotiator was remarkable. I was the victim of harassment at my place of work, based on my same sex relationship and my status as a gay male. I was taunted, called names, humiliated infront of co-workers by my supervisors and manager. When I told my H.R rep and district H.R they did nothing. The last straw was when my H.R and supervisor started telling the general workforce about my sexual status and if they've ever seen me in any lued acts. That's when I took legal acting against the company. Daren was recommend to me by a friend, so i looked him up and read his profile. I was looking for a lawyer who had experience in labor relations, sexual harassment and harassment based on sexual orientation and he fit the bill.
From our first meeting, he made me feel comfortable discussing the full details of what was happening to me at work. He took notes and kept me composed during every meeting we had. He gave me realistic time frames for what was to come moving forward. Standing up to my harassers was not easy but Daren assured me that I was making things better for myself and others.
Fast forward several months.... Litigation time. He prepared me about the environment we were about to enter. I was extremely nervous and excited at the same time. I wanted to tell the "Big Brown company" I have worked for and still do what they've done to me and how wrong they were to treat me and many others like me that way. So they had the TEAM of lawyers and the district H.R manger on one side and Daren and I on the other. Daren's words were sharp, clear and to the point. To make a long story short, we came to a very fare settlement. I did not loose any wages and still had my job which I've held for 17 yrs.
In the end I left really good for what I've done and I owe it all to Daren, for taking my case, knowing the law and caring for peoples rights in today's society.

I hired Wilmer and his team to handle my employment case and we were able to push for a settlement 2 years after the first complaint filed. I was rejected by many many other attorneys at first since my profession is hard to understand by straight forward illustrations. Many other attorneys told me my case will be hard to be comprehended by jury if we go to trial. I went with another 5 star attorney at first and he dropped me after 1 st complaint filed. Wilmer was the 1st attorney who told me he would take my case. After the other attorney dropped me, I went back and asked Wilmer if he would accept me, Wilmer accepted me and he cured the mess ever since. Not only he was experienced and empathetic, he was very smart and learned about my case in a professional way. Before Stan, I had searched or talked to other lawyers and these lawyers kinda talked down to me and made me feel like my case was pointless without hearing my statement. They just assumed. When I came across Stan, he responded immediately and sat and listened to my every word. Made me feel like I was truly valued and that my case wasent something "pointless". Robert Wasserman is a wonderful lawyer, from the first phone call to the last he has never stopped caring and fighting for what was fair for me and my case. At times I would get frustrated (though not at Robert, also being pregnant didn’t help) because there was so much information that needed to be shared and discussed but unfortunately that’s just the process. I was so beaten down and depressed from the complex wrongful termination from my work, that it was difficult for me to explain to James what happened to me.

It is easy to dismiss a 'perfect' review, but my results were what I needed and not over the top in fees or drama. I employed Ms. Fruchtman to intervene on an employment issue that had be washed over by previous attorneys as too insignificant or politically charged in the non-profit sector. My concerns were taken to heart, letters written, conversations had, and in the end, that is what I wanted. I did not want to go to court or sue over a sexual harassment claim. I wanted to be heard and apologized to by the employer. I wanted the perpetrator fired. I wanted them to acknowledge that they were wrong and that I was still watching them to prevent future misdeeds. They were scared. They listened. I was heard. Finally, I was able to sleep again. The perpetrator was 'retired' and women will be safe at that location. I owe that to her calm and relentless professional pursuit of the truth. They listened. That's what I needed. No court, no drama, just a good result for everyone.

This firm and its lawyers do not care for their clients at all. They take months to reply to emails. They constantly give unacceptable excuses (fracture, holidaying with grandchildren, sick, computer broke down, assistant is away, the list goes on). The management are equally uninterested. They have still not closed a rather straightforward matter of mine and it’s been nearly 5 years with no end in sight. Save yourself some trouble and go to some other firm.

Robert is and is not a lawer. Robert IS a lawyer in the sense that he knows his technical stuff. Robert IS NOT a lawyer in the sense that he does not have a money gouging attitude that one sees in some lawyers. Robert remains focused enough to speak and advise where he needs to in a constructive manner and he will tell the 2 spouses to work things out by and for themselves [ due to subject matter involving personal preferences ]. I had published books, represented my institution here and abroad and organized major colloquiums.
