We were only looking for advice not thinking we had a case when we got in contact with attorney Eric Lambdin. After explaining our situation we were told we did have a case and he gave us great legal advice.
This was our first time dealing with a legal situation and we were very stressed to say the least and Eric was so incredibly helpful. He genuinely cared about our situation and was happy to answer all the questions we had. He guided us through the whole ordeal always staying in contact and always a quick response.

My mother-in-law passed away in June 2016, and although she had a will and a trust, we knew that family members would be an issue. We knew that it really didn’t matter what was in the documents she left, someone would fight the process.
The first thing we did was to contract Mr. Wojcik to determine what the next step was. After speaking with him and his paralegal Regina, they put out minds at ease and we decided to retain their services. During the entire process which took over a year because of her accounts, possessions, and house, the process went smooth. The correspondence provided from Mr. Wojcik through Regina was always spot on. It was obvious that they knew the law and human nature at the same time. On numerous occasions, letters came from opposing lawyers which appeared to be issues, but our minds were put to ease by the responses.
If you ever have to go through a process like this for a loved one, it only makes sense to hire someone that understands the process and has human compassion. I highly recommend Mr. Wojcik and his staff. They understand the law and the fees were very reasonable. Thanks again to the team.

I was put on the streets so I could not fight a case against police when the police illegally impounded my RV I was living in. I was getting harassed everyday by them, now homeless until I was able to put enough money together and bought a truck. 2 weeks after buying this truck outright from dealer for $3000, I was pulled over for no reason. It was literally just so they could impound my brand new truck again and keep me on the street homeless. I spent all I had on truck so I could not get it out of impound and they sold it at auction leaving me homeless with nothing once again. Completely unaware that the cops actually wrote a ticket for this incident, I missed the court date because of them leaving me homeless with nothing for the second time and can’t get mail. They are charging me with misdemeanor drug possession, misdemeanor possession of tear gas. Like wtf (I had a can of pepper spray on a keychain under the seat. There also was no drugs so no paraphernalia want to plead not guilty and fight the case but I don’t want to lose my bed at homeless shelter by going to jail until court date. How can I do this?

Rich Falcone is a superb attorney and client advocate. He is also very skilled at negotiation and mediation. In addition, Rich is a super trial attorney and litigator. We were lucky to find Deanna Stone and Aaron Morris of Morris and Stone Law Firm!
I was being named in an Anti-Slapp case by Senator Catherine Blakespear. Morris and Stone jumped in, wrote the Judge a very well thought out and detailed statement with supporting evidence from previous Supreme Court cases demonstrating that I should not be named in the Anti-SLAPP.
In the end the judge agreed with Morris & Stone's statement in its "Entirety". It was obvious the judge was impressed with Morris and Stone's defense.
If I ever have any legal issues in the future I will certainly contact Aaron Morris and Deanna Stone. If you're reading this review I recommend you call them as well, they give a great consultation are extremely knowledgeable and fair.

Deanna is very professional and willing to help. I called for a free consultation and was surprised that my question was answered so thoroughly that I was able to proceed without a lawyer. Deanna answered all of my questions and at no time did I feel she was waiting for me to hire her. She was genuinely interested in my problem and spent about 45 minutes talking to me and even told me to call her back if I had any other questions. Her advice was spot on and did not cost me a dime. In the event I do need an attorney in the future, I will definitely call Deanna again.

I worked with Kyle Nordrehaug and Jon Zacharias on a case concerning unpaid overtime wages. They were extremely knowledgeable about this matter. As a seasoned business professional, I have retained at least 10 attorneys in the past for matters such as bankruptcy creditor actions, partnership disputers, labor law defense, customs disputes, commercial real estate and copyright actions.
Of all the law firms my businesses have retained, Sally and her team at West Themis are by far, the most astonishing. They work 10x faster and more efficient than all of the attorneys and law firms that I've used. Sally's methods are very concise, methodical, and strategic. She filed a certain motion in a case that my former attorneys at a larger firm never did. With her firm, I got answers, strategy, and results at much lower rates.
Sally is the managing partner at West Themis Law. This law firm has a team of attorneys and professionals that handle different related areas of law that helps them strategize and attack each matter with different areas of law. They don't do copyright.
All in all, I am very impressed. I think their secret to delivering quality, fast, and affordable representation is because of Sally's management style and use of technology. Also, I am sure that not locating themselves in a high riser definitely translates to savings to their clients. Like I said, highly recommended.

My case involved a large institution and employment status. I am very pleased with the settlement agreement Ryan was able to obtain for me as a worker. I had an employment law case with some co-workers and we were seeking unpaid wages and overtime. We had some other attorneys who had worked on the case for 2 years who all of a sudden just abruptly quit on us. So I checked google for employment attorneys and found Hoyer and Associates. Richard Hoyer personally called me back and agreed to take our case free of any up front cost. He paid all the fees to file the lawsuit and they reached a settlement that was above all our expectations. This law firm did what they said they would do. Mr. Maroko was my Family Law Attorney more that 30 years ago advising and helping me in matters related to child custody and child support. Although his practice has expanded far beyond what my needs were back then I just wanted to say in reflection these many years later how his honesty, ethics, and skill in the courtroom resolved satisfactorily what was best for my baby daughter. He always put the best interest of my daughter first. And the best advice he ever gave me as a single parent was, "Never Lie To Your Child, because if you do you will undermine your child's trust in you, and then who can your child trust?" And, "never speak badly of your child's father to your child because that will only create unnecessary conflict for your child."

I had contacted legal aid regarding family law advice and was given a few references. Larry was the only one over the phone that made me feel like a person he genuinely cared about and wanted to help. I was not looking to hire an attorney at the time, but just to get advice and assistance on the steps I should take for filing. After a couple months my situation got a little more complicated for someone with no legal expertise to continue on their own so I made an appointment to meet with Larry in person. As in most divorce cases, my ex was pretty hostile and I felt I had no one to turn to and help me thru the situation emotionally. Larry was available anytime day or night if I had questions/concerns and never failed to make me feel at ease. Thanks to my lawyer, Lorenzo Esteban Herrera, aka, "Larry Herrera," I felt really confident hiring him as my defense laywer over a lawsuit of "Grandparents visitation rights." I was misled by my dealership and car manufacturer about my car being a lemon and was told I had no recourse. Larry gave me a free and fair appraisal of my case and told me he could help me out. I really felt that if he couldn't help me, he would be honest with me and not waste my time. A few months later Larry got everything taken care of and a buy back for my car. Larry took care of everything and I didn't have to do much more than sign a few documents and fax some papers to him. Most importantly his fee doesn't come out of your Lemon Law settlement. Couldn't recommend Mr. Hoddick enough.

We hired Ms. Stratton to assist us with a contractor we hired to remodel our home. They tried to serve us a bill nearly 50% more than our original bid. This is not an unusual practice when it comes to home building, but these guys were hiding costs and doubling time and supplies unnecessarily. We were unable to see how they were coming to the amount of the final bill. Ms. Stratton took our case and reviewed all the documentation of the remodel, such as change orders, how they were provided, how they calculated their hours and supervision and, through her expertise, brought transparency and clarity to our case. She ended up uncovering change orders that were not written correctly or given to us in a timely fashion per the law. She also discovered that we were being billed at a 300% mark up over our original contract vs. doubling the cost and time as how the billing should have been done. We wouldn't have been able to successfully dispute these charges without her expertise in the laws of business. She maintained professionalism and respect for all sides during our dispute. John Schaffer was absolutely fantastic! Our lawsuit was a very time consuming frivolous suit brought against our daughter by a delusional aquaintance who was upset with her and happens to be a lawyer himself.
