The best recommendations always seem to come from someone you know, and this was no different. I was hit from behind by a drunk driver. Our previous attorney was a nightmare with no communication, no solutions, no experience, just a lot of bills. I hired Charley Krawczyk at Finkel Law Firm to try and save a case that my previous attorney had blundered. Charley was first class, he was forthcoming with opinions and did a fantastic job representing me and my case. She helped me from afar with an insurance policy that should not have been cancelled without my notice after my mother had suddenly passed it was an insurance policy for a vehicle. She took the time to listen to the story she took the time to understand and figure out what needed to be done in order to make it right and I could not be more grateful to have found an attorney with such honesty and eagerness to help and make it right. If in any other cases I will definitely call on her. No one ever thinks that the worst can happen to them or their family, or that they may find themselves in the middle of a devastating personal tragedy; unfortunately terrible things can happen to anyone without notice.
A few years ago such a tragedy happened to me, taking one of my beloved parents prematurely. It's an almost indescribable feeling to be thrust into such an situation with no warning. While attempting to digest the grief, sorrow, and crushing sadness, responsibilities still nag at a person and can be very overwhelming.

Will knew every aspect of insurance law and helped me achieve an unexpected result from the very beginning of my large-scale apartment loss. My insurer said my loss wasn't covered, and Will ultimately determined they relied on provisions that didn't exist in my policy to deny my claim. Attorney Carr was there for me when I was taken advantage of by a family who was renting my then recently deceased mothers home. After nearly a year of having no luck with insurance company. We hired Jason to deal with our minor child's, not at fault car accident in which he had another minor passenger. He took both kids cases in dealing with the at faults, non responsive insurance company.
Everything was handled in a timely, professional, confidential manner. He explained to the kids what his objective was, handled their questioning with ease & respect & explained the process. When it came time for court.... he eased their nerves w/again explaining the process.. they knew what to expect so it made their "day in court" easier.
The sitting judge also paid a compliment to Jason at the end of the hearing which helped assure us, we had made the right decision in counsel.

Adam has helped me in a number of situations. In some cases it was just procedural, such as helping to properly setup a trust account, but in another case I had a long time (multi-year) issue with a collections company that was wrongly claiming that I had a debt and was unwilling to work to resolve it.
