My son unfortunately ran into a double felony case with inhancements. After talking to many lawyers about his case I was referred to Kevin from another Law firm. After meeting with him we hired him for the juvenile case. Kevin is intelligent, has good respect within the juvenile courts and is a great communicator. He negotiated the plea deal down and also the inhancements disappeared and my son was able to get probation and after a year his record expunged. My son now has a clean record and can move forward in life. I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin Adamson.

I would recommend Kevin J. Adamson to anyone who needs representation in juvenile court cases. The first time we met him we knew we had an attorney who would advocate for our son, and he did! The system is confusing and can be very intimidating for all parties involved. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process of the juvenile court system, so there were no surprises. First off, he’s super nice. I was calmed down immediately when talking to him the first time. Kevin knew exactly what would happen in my sons case and explained everything. Mr. Abel helped me when I was falsely accused of a felony crime. He was appointed to me by the court at first and was able to get the case dismissed, but the DA decided to refile lesser charges on me (sore loser). Mr. Abel had done such a good job with my felony case that I decided to hire him on my new refiled lesser charges and he made quick work of them and got all of my charges dismissed. Mr. Abel hung tough with me through two courts. I never in my life thought I would be falsely accused of a crime but I was extremely lucky to get Abel as my lawyer! He was also a prosecutor for some time so he has relationships with people in the courts that some lawyers don’t. He did an excellent job and if you have the opportunity to hire him I think you’d be foolish not to. He’s really good and his paralegal Kory was very attentive and helpful throughout a very stressful time in my life.

Bill Knox was referred to me by several people so I gave him a call and met with him to consult about my sons cases. People who complain about her pricing, truly mind-blowing! People should NOT bargain shop when trying to fight for custody of their children, the outcome will be less than desired.
Over the last year, Lynn has given me 110% during a very stressful custody case. A case that involved my children being taken to Florida without me knowing and false abuse accusations. Mr. Voss is by fair an amazing attorney. He takes the time to a actually hear your concerns without interrupting you, which is very uncommon in these kind of situations. Allen has worked tiredlessly over the last 2 years of my on going custody & child support case. He’s been 100% honest & upfront with me on the things I ask vs the things that will happen. My case is not an easy with considering my former spouse is a very difficult individual & has been dragging me back & forth into court for the last 5 years once a year. Whenever my ex filed false charges for harassing communications and I ended up being arrested, Allen was there 20 minutes after I got to the jail. Michael Phillips was a savior in my DUI case. I would not have received the right judgments without him. He went through my case throughly and knew that I was treated unfairly. He went above and beyond all expectations. I won my DMV Court Hearing, which saved me from losing my license. To be honest if I lost the DMV court hearing I would of lost my job and my long distance relationship with my now husband would of suffered. He lived in San Diego and I lived in Huntington Beach, so driving to see each other was important. My court case was then dropped from a DUI to a Wet In Reckless.
Now he is helping me expunge my case for a great price. I don't really need the expungement because I own my business but for such a great price, I can't say no to the offer.

Mr. Phillips is one of two lawyers who handled my DUI case. I was immediately impressed, as he was willing to take my consultation call after hours, and was very straight-forward with no sales pitch, scare tactics, or too-good-to-be-true promises. Mr Wehunt was extremely helpful and very dependable. He truly helped me with my case and I had 2 felonies and really thought I was going spend more time jail and truly thought I would really be always assumed as a terrible criminal and he got me a great plea deal. This law office is completely unequipped to handle modern employment law cases. The attorney was shockingly uneducated on clear-cut workplace retaliation, ADA violations, HIPAA privacy breaches, and discrimination law. Instead of recognizing textbook legal violations, he was dismissive, condescending, and gaslighting—forcing me to explain basic legal concepts, only to victim shame me for staying in a job where I was financially and medically trapped.
Rather than advocating for employee rights, he made me justify my own case, despite having prepared over 500 pages of documentation and proof of clear violations, retaliation, and systemic discrimination—questioning clear ADA noncompliance and disability discrimination. I even had to explicitly explain how multiple diagnoses and conditions are legally protected, and he still failed to recognize obvious retaliation. He clearly does not understand modern workplace environments or employment law beyond the most basic level.
On top of that, I was financially and physically displaced due to a Hurricane Helene, another concept that didn’t warrant even the slightest bit of compassion or understanding from him.
I came in for a consultation prepared to pay $400 for solid legal advice but ended up wasting my time repeating myself, trying to explain the nature of modern remote work environments, cloud computing, and corporate tech consulting. He should have paid me for educating him on these concepts—even though I doubt he remembered anything that was discussed after I left the room.
If you are looking for a lawyer who is compassionate, understands nuance, and is actually familiar with employment law from this century, look elsewhere. You should not have to repeat yourself multiple times, be further gaslit, or feel more exhausted after a legal consultation than you did before it.
The lack of competence extends beyond legal matters. If you expect a law office that at least knows how to update their own Google business listing, provide clear office directions, or even put up a sign so clients can find them, you’ll be disappointed there too. If they can’t even manage basic business operations, how can they be trusted with a complex legal case?
Do not waste your time.

I never needed a lawyer in my life, wc insurance company changed all that. I had no clue on where to turn when the insurance company unilaterally closed out my wc claim and left my future, health, and supporting my family in doubt and in a dark place.
While in my research for a lawyer, I came across Mr White ( Jimmy). What caught my attention was Jimmy had experience in both the insurance end as an insurance claims lawyer, but also as a lawyer in advocating for wc claimant’s. Basically, best of both disciplines.
OMG, what a decision I made in putting my future in such capable hands!!!
Jimmy was the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring individual. He always told it like it is, never sugar coated anything, told me the honest truth, and always conveyed possible paths forward, good and bad, noting was ever a surprise on wc insurance tactics.

Having to navigate a lawsuit can be a daunting process without proper representation. I’m lucky that I found the Office of James White. Between attorney White and his paralegal Kristie Goyer the process was easy. There needs to be a lot of follow-up in a lawsuit or small things will fall through the cracks and that can affect the case. This office checks that box. And you need FaceTime with your attorney. With a lot of the “big firms”, you never meet anybody. These firms look at their clients as a number. You may never meet anyone from a firm like that unless you are heading to court.
I couldn’t be happier with the result I had with Jim White and Kristy Goyer and I would highly recommend them.

We were looking randomly online for a lawyer for my daughter who had felonies charges and Jesse Duran name appeared and we gave him a call. He talked to my husband and daughter and explained to them about her case. We hired him and he got to work on my daughter case. When she was feeling down Jesse reassure he was going to do his best and that is exactly what he did. He got all the charges dropped against her!! Mark Jordan, Steven Nelson and their team are the best hands down! No need to look elsewhere. When they tell you what it will cost, you will probably be think that its too good to be true. Well ITS TRUE! I first hired Steven Nelson 20+ years ago, I remember being in court and the judge did a few other cases of people with attorneys. He then noticed Mr Nelson and apologized to him and said he would have taken his case first but he didnt see him. I knew thats who I wanted after I saw that. I hired him, and he delivered. Since then, I had to use their services 3 other times. Mark Jordan did my last two which were 17 years apart. I was falsely charged in 2021 for marijuana distribution & was facing up to 5 years in the Big House. A couple months ago, Mark Jordan got the prosecutor to offer me a plea of disorderly person, waive the fine, and $23 court cost. I DENIED THE PLEA OFFER! Mr Jordan told me its up to me, and was very transparent & said if it goes to trial it would cost much more in attorney fees than $23, but that he was confident we couldnt lose the case. We never went to trial, so it wasnt any additional atrorney fee, and the case was dismissed. Ive referred 4 or 5 other people to their office, and every single one of them was more than happy. It doesnt matter if its a felony in superior court or misdeameanor/oridnance/tickets, etc in municipal court. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!

I Absolute LOVE Block Legal Services. Mariah is very professional and sweet. My Attorney Nick DiUlio is wonderful. He was hired to handled two major issues for me, and I will continue to be a client of this Law firm.
The fees I was charged were fair, and the services I received were outstanding. I needed some repairs done on my home and needed to take out a loan. I was told that it wasn't going to happen until I went to probate court. Esq Nick DiUlio advised me that I did not need probate court, alI I needed was a simple form it took 24 hours and it was done.
When the company I presented the form to rejected it. Nick jumped right in and advise the company he disagreed with their assessment and educated them on the law. It was beautiful to watch. He did not play any games with this company.
