I just had court this week for a DUI with 8 charges. Long story short, I hit a pole then cops came afterwards at the scene of the crime. At the end, I only ended up with 2 charges. I am very satisfied with Gary's performance, I loved the way he used other cases as examples towards my case and how it's similar to my situation. You won't regret on choosing Gary as your lawyer.

Mr.Gerstenfield is an excellent attorney I am very happy that I choose him as my attorney after meeting with other lawyers. I was charged with a DWI/DUI and other criminal charges along with the DWI. The outcome of the case was astonishing because all the charges got dropped except the DUI which I was given a PBJ. I just wanna say that gary is absolutely the best lawyer at making his clients feel comfortable and confident. I just recently had a court date in which I had an amended 2nd dui charge. gary had the state amend the 2nd dui charge to a reckless driving, which only required a nominal fee of $150.00 and a $25.00 court fee. gary basically gave me a second chance at having a normal life again. thanks for everything G. the absolute best. and for anyone who needs a lawyer, and want to feel confident about their chances in front of a judge. give this man a ring..

was on probation for a second degree assault, i VOP with a dui in virginia , we went to court i got a 500 dollar fine and he got me off probation,he was very helpful. would defiantly recommended him

I'll start off by saying I was convicted of a DWI while I was on supervised probation and if convicted I would automatically receive 18 month from my prior conviction in Washington D.C. Mr. Gerstenfield blamed himself for the first loss at my DWI trial and took on my appeal pro-bono. He cared for me as if he knew me my entire life. He was more than my representation but also a friend and mentor through out the entire process. He works for his clients 24 hours a day seven days a week, even giving his personal cell phone number incase of emergencies. His paralegal Sara was great during the entire appeal process. She and Garry won appeal for me and got me everything I asked for, including a continuance so that I could take my annual family vacation that we had booked months prior. The law offices of Garry H.
