My Daughter and I were unjustly accused of a crime that was never committed. I hired Adam Bolotin in February of 2020, after an unfortunate misunderstanding that led to my untimely separation from my company and a dream career that I had waited for over 35yrs:(
Due to the pandemic the city of Chicago literally shut down in March of 2020, which pushed my court dates further and further back, with the unknown and uncertainties, a widespread pandemic and no employment I found myself at a low point in my life, but through it all, Adam was extremely encouraging and reassuring by reminding me of how he was going to fight for me and that the law was there to protect me. I will forever be in this man’s debt as he time and time again rushed to represent me even after the case was dismissed, yet my new employer needed some legal final papers. Absolutely one of the best decisions I've ever made was choosing Angus Lee for my attorney. I was dealing with a serious criminal offense that I thought could potentially ruin my life. There’s saying I remember from my childhood, “be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer & supplication with thanksgiving let it your request be made known to God”. I found myself in a precarious situation that required law services which also required patience. A friend gave me Mr. Lee’s information and I proceeded to contact him. We discussed my situation and realized the gravity of the issues before me. He clearly explained each issue in laymen’s terms and let me understand that the process will take time. Mr. Lee was through and meticulous. Mr. Lee had the ability to keep me engaged in the process and kept me focused on important matters.

A year ago my life was turned upside down. I was charged with an extremely serious crime and knew the burden of proof would be on me to prove my innocence. Had a phone consult with Mr. Guest on how to proceed in a criminal citation w/a prior conviction. He laid out a few different options I could take with or without his legal assistance. I went through an eviction process in JP Court and represented myself, (I am the Landlord). I was successful, ( I thought), and judgement was granted in my favor. Instead of moving out, tenant filed an appeal, to have the case re-tried in County Court. Tenant claimed COVID protections, CARES Act protections, among many other things, and was successful in getting an appeal granted. I learned real quick that because of the times we were currently experiencing, that this was going to be a complicated, uphill battle.
I hired the Guest and Gray Law Firm to take this matter over. Scott Gray was great at getting this case together and ready for court. Robert Guest took it before the Judge and tried the case. What had been a months long horrible situation for me, was finally over, when these guys got the case before the Judge. Judgement was awarded in my favor and tenant had to vacate. These people are great, charged an extremely fair price, and did an outstanding job. Getting a case like this before a judge during these difficult times is a huge task. Scott Johnson and his partner Deric Orr have gone above and beyond.
My case started in March 2015. It is now June 2021. Everything is finally over.
Every step of the way, one factor or another slowed my case down.. Although the efforts that these two beautiful men put forth showed their worth time, and time again.
I went from facing 8+ years in prison for a crime that happened before 2008, to being sentenced with 15 days Jail and 15 days Work Crew.
I don't know the full details of all the effort they put in, although the only bad news I was ever given was that something happened to slow the case down.. Whether it be a vengeful prosecutor, or someone else's screw up. Every step was arduous and stressful, I've been a ball of anxiety... But these two never gave up. I paid an initial sum of $6,000-$8,000 (forgot the amount).. And not a single time was a requested or required to pay more.
I believe the effort put into this extremely arduous case far exceeds the price that was paid. Based on anecdotal evidence, Scott Johnson and Deric Orr are the best Defense team in all of Eastern Washington.

I consulted with numerous lawyers concerning a scenario that was ongoing. I hired Bruce Mason after reading about his selection to Super Lawyers for several consecutive years, and meeting with him. My situation compares to being lost in the jungle only to find a lion who becomes my aegis. I no longer suffered from noctambulation or constant worry because Bruce Mason was superb. He is breviloquent and eloquent simultaneously and has substantive work ethic and integrity. He is also well respected by his peers, and I suspect his intellect far surpasses that of most lawyers. If you have something going on that is incredibly important to you, I suggest hiring him. He can handle difficult cases with ease. He certainly left me in a better place after winning my case, and the only thing I would change about him is not having been in the situation I was in to begin with to need someone like him. A family friend called me distraught several months ago. Their son - young, well behaved, never before in trouble with the law - had been accused of a serious offense. The police were investigating. The family did not speak English and needed help finding a lawyer and interpreting.

Wonderful Service and Representation, exonerating of all false claims! I am not from Seattle, was traveling for business and was set up. A big portion of my job involves driving, so when I recently received a traffic infraction I decided to look into options rather than just “lying down” and allowing it to go onto my driving record. The legal system is about relationships IE prosecutor ,judge, victim mark knows this and he works those angles very well with a mixture of your case and back ground and legal maneuvers you will get a favorable result at least I did twice. both cases were dv cases one no contact violation, second dv assault result both cases were dismissed after small fine and some community service, 6 month dv class but not misdemeanors . one in king county superior court the second fife municipal court.

I can’t Thank Dave Kramer enough for defending me on my case! My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and my Kids were my witnesses. Police didn’t want to listen to me, Plus they wouldn’t interview my kids. Worse part My ex attacked me! Police will never really listen to us men! I was charged DUI and was very much worried as a family man. After seeing Kramer’s experience and initial meet with him, I gained confidence but was very nervous until the case disposed.
