I hired Mark Losee at Dunkley Law to help me with a dog bite injury suffered when a new neighbor's 2 pit bulls attacked me and my dog Casper. I have found them to be fair in their contracts, making sure they do not get a bigger part of the settlement than me. Mr. Corsini represented me and my running mate in a complicated and time sensitive election law matter in Superior Court in Somerville. He won the case for us, but what I was most impressed with was how accessible he was and his attention to detail. We all know lawyers can be expensive, and 90% of the time it is WELL worth it. Dennis spoke very professionally and was very informative at all times. He did explained our game plan and angle we were taking in court plus explained why so I felt like I was a part of the team. In my complex social security disability case, which involved international totalization law, I talked to many attorneys but by far David J Lyons Esq was the very best. There is no way I could have won my case without him. In fact, he won my case two (2) times as the first time the judge made a legal error so we had to go through it all again with a second hearing and he won it all again to get full SSDI benefits for me. Prior to each hearing, I could see that he over prepared and had accurately covered all angles of the case and knew all of the evidence very well. I was injured at work and needed surgery. I was handling my case myself up to the point that my surgery failed and my doctor was saying that I was fine and could go back to work even though I was not fine. Mr. Morris found me a much better doctor. After a second surgery I feel better although not 100%. Mr. Morris did a good job of keeping me informed during the process. In the end my case settled. I am happy with my settlement. Mr. Morris did a great job.

Robert and Robin are a team that treats you as a person and listens and acts upon your legal troubles. Robert was successful in overcoming a denied hearing loss claim with the Federal Government. His and contacts research was instrumental in getting the Governments top appeals staff (Judges, not regular appeals people) to advise that my case was clearly legitimate.
Another time Robert and Robin met me at the nursing home where my Mother was at, to notarize some important papers. They came about 15 miles on their lunch hour and didn't charge me a dime for it. I hired Adam Werner when I was seriously injured at work. Before I found him I had almost given up trying to fight Workers Comp. I couldn't get medical care, couldn't work, was barely able to walk, and wasn't receiving anything from my job or Work Comp. Within a week or so if talking to him and hiring him to represent me I had doctors appointments, rides to and from when I needed, and started receiving indemnity benefits (pay checks). It was a nightmare before he helped me. Work Comp does everything they can to give you the least amount of care and spend the least amount of money helping injured workers. If you need somebody to fight for you that knows the system and how to use the law to force comp to take care of you talk with Adam. I was able to reach him 7 days a week when I needed to and he was always there. Adam and his long time Paralegal Linda are an awesom team.
