My wife was injured in an automobile accident. We found ourselves in need of legal advice, and we contacted. a local law firm, where we were introduced to Doug Keberle. He agreed to take the case, and quickly got things moving in the right direction.
Doug was very helpful, and explained the process to us in detail, answering all of our questions, and putting our minds at ease. During the process, he kept in touch, and kept us posted on the progress of the case. He was always available to speak on the phone whenever we needed to contact him. Although I thought of hiring a Milwaukee law firm, I had heard Keberle, Patrykus & Laufenberg only handle injury cases and have had great results. My mom passed away from ovarian cancer in 2015. Mr. Keberle took on her case before she died (she hired him) and that gave her hope. After she passed, the lawsuit was forwarded onto me. Attorney Keberle co-counseled with another firm and now her case is in the federal MDL. When the hospital treating my mom could not find her slides, Attorney Doug was persistent and got the necessary medical documentation to move the case forward. Mr. Keberle is organized, very intelligent, hard-working and works well with others on a collaborative front - especially in co-counsel situations when dealing with BIG companies. We had a new employee with less than 90 days service, and after 5 weeks of classroom and OJT training, violate one of our most stringent work rules----twice. The first time we gave her a written warning, the second time it happened we terminated her employment. She filed complaints with both the Federal EEOC and the State ERD claiming discrimination based on her sex, age, harassment, and religion. The State ERD deferred to the EEOC to investigate and they found no merit in her charges. They then dismissed and issued a Right to Sue letter. The claimant filed suit in Federal Court and we engaged our attorney Al Seneczko to help us defend against it. He provided excellent advice, some of which was quite unique and effective with the court. He also handled all court documents and provided superb and very responsive service. We would definitely hire Al again to help us with an employee relations issue.

Mark Weinstein was referred to me by a lawyer at Turnberry Associates, with whom he had worked. She was very impressed with him, with good reason, given the stories I'd heard about other lawyers in his field.
Mark succeeded in allaying all my fears regarding the litigation process - I was hesitant and fearful of taking any sort of action. It was our great fortune that Mark Weinstein came into our life. Looking back on our situation, and having had the time to consider circumstances and events that presented a dire need for his unequivical competence at what he does it had to have been fate as well. When you need someone who is thoughtful, considerate of your situation and ready to give you all there is to really resolve what you need stop right here. He did all he could and more, he never gave us cause to question his judgement. In the end the legal justice we did achieve the legal justice we so badly wanted. Mr. Weinstein led us through the legal consequences of the unnecessary loss of our 23- year -old daughter from medical malpractice. 5 different doctors , many nurses and the hospital were responsible for letting her die. After 3 years of unbelieveable preparation and presentations by Mr. Weinstein, we were victorious on all counts.
We had the choice of being invoved in the process as our emotions would allow. He was respectful of our feelings and we could not have endured the process with out the human touch we recieved during the darkess time of our lives.
You often hear about the monies that attorneys make in these cases. He deserverd and earned every dime he was paid. God Bless Mark and his family!

Discovering I had cancer, very shortly after spinal surgery, was more than anyone could bare. After filing for Social Security Disability, I knew right away that I was going to need legal advice. I needed advice regarding a situation my son found himself in. We had a lawyer helping with a diiferent kind of case. Hecwas able to reach Mr Wood who called me immediately. Leslie Nixon was linked to my case as I happened to be working in New Hampshire when I was ejected from a vehicle while the driver fell asleep. He knows the judicial system inside out and directs you through the myriad of courts and paperwork.

I was sent to Adam Ward by the Lawyer's Referral Service for my Personal Injury Case and help dealing with my insurance company. I left a message on a Friday afternoon and received a call back ON THE WEEKEND, on Sunday afternoon, and had an appointment Monday morning.

I met with Mr. DeCock to determine whether or not I had grounds for a wrongful discharge action. He asked many questions regarding the situation and my questions were answered truthfully and to the best of his knowledge. He shared with me everything he knew about the action I was contemplating. During our meeting, he asked if I objected to his calling another attorney with more experience in employment law. I said no, and the call was made. The three of us discussed my situation, and concluded that I would take more time to decide whether or not to file the action with all the information I had been given. My wife suffered a serious injury at work due to a reckless, immature, practical joker co-worker. I was familiar with Munley Law because their presence in NEPA is everywhere. So is their great reputation! I contacted them, thinking our situation was too small for such a large, prestigious law firm. They took our case immediately. Her workmens comp was denied. We were initially assisted by a fantastic paralegal named Sherry Jenkins. Then Caroline filed an appeal legally and assisted us through the legal maneuvering. Mr. Sapienza is the most honest, straight forward, no holds barred man I have ever met. I was hurt at work in 1999. I had 3 back surgeries between 2000 and 2002 and I was only in my early twenties and couldn't work. I applied for social security disability and was denied. I knew it was time to find an attorney and get the legal help I needed. Two small mouths at home to feed and a husband that was working 3 jobs just to keep food in our mouths was the hard journey we were facing. When I first met Mr. Sapienza he told me he would take my case, but that we had a hard fight ahead of us. He told me I had two strikes against me already, one, I was young and two, I didn't look like I was disabled. I just wanted to cry. I couldn't lift over 5lbs, I had to have help washing my hair and I could even pick up my two young daughters. Mr. Sapienza looked at and said " I said it wasn't going to be easy, but I will fight for you!" I felt a wave of relief and the journey started. I called Mr. Sapienza frequently frustrated with the slow government process and each time he took my calls or called me back within 24 hours. Each time he answered ALL my questions, explained all the technical jargon in laymans terms and would tell me to hang in there and not give up. We filled out form after form and waited patiently for the next step. In the end we ended up in Pittsburgh in front of the Workers Compensation review board, I underwent a gruelling physical and demanding questions all with my smiling, encouraging attorney by my side. I was determined disabled and started to cry. It is one thing to know you have disabilities, but its something totally different to be told that you are basically useless. I thanked Mr. Sapienza for sticking by me with all the odds against me and for putting up with all my neurotic pestering. I stayed on Disability until around 2005 and many bouts of physical therapy. I have since gone back to work, took college courses for a medical career and have been working ever since for a local doctors office. Mr. Sapienza taught me that a disability isn't my life, it's just a stepping stone along the way. Thank you again Mr. Sapienza, you are an absolutely amazing attorney, man and all around human being. Attorney Shaughnessy handled a complex law suit against my former employer. His ability to listen and quickly identify the salient points was excellent, as was his ability to clearly communicate the legal position and options. While writing my and wife's will Mr. Shaughnessy noticed that I had supplied incorrect information, information that I did not think critical to our estate. Mr. Shaughnessy explained that this certain information was indeed critical and could cause severe problems. We could not thank him enough.
Since he is the sole attorney his schedule is almost always filled, but no matter how busy he is he returns our phone calls within an hour (we have heard the same from other of his clients as well).
