September 2016 was badly injurd at work. Not getting anywhere with the insurance company on my own.Went to the law orffice of Audette Cordeiro Violette. Sat down with Bob and Aimee Audette told them how I was injurd at work and that I was getting no where dealing with the insurance company on my own .Told them I need test done to find out the extent of my injury . They said they could help me get that done they wasted no time they went to court to represented me and then I started to get the medical care that I really need .After two surgery one to remove two disk from my neck and the second surgery to my right hand carpal tunnel surgery I still was unable to go back to work .And then I hired Miss Vilotte to apply for Dissabilty .She help me fill out all the paper work needed in filling for disability to make sure every thing was accurate and on time .A few months later I was awarded disability I very much appreciated all the help I received from Aimee ,Bob ,Miss Violett great lawyers and great people I call friends

My son and I were hit by a drunk driver on Interstate 40. My truck flipped and we were both pretty banged up. The insurance company wanted to say that the drunk driver didn’t have permission to use the car he was in and weren’t going to pay anything to me or my son. We hired Doug to take over the case, and within a month he not only got the insurance company to agree to pay, he got them to pay all the money they had on the policy to us.
Without Doug we wouldn’t have gotten a thing. He’s a great lawyer and a really nice guy.

After attempting to get awarded disability from Social Security for over 18 months on my own, filling out many multiple page filing documents, while dealing with the effects of cancer and the many side effects of Radiation and Chemo Therapy. We recently moved here from Wisconsin.
I was waiting on an appeal from Wisconsin along with my Wisconsin attorney.
The decision came in stating my case go back to the Administrative Judge here in Georgia.
My Wisconsin lawyer decided he did not wish to proceed here with my case and dismissed himself after almost 4 years. I was shocked. What to do now?
I started making phone calls for SSD Attorneys here explaining my case.
Not knowing many people let alone any attorney's here, it was a hard find.
I contacted attorney's via a Google search.
I met with a few, but was either told they did not feel my case was winnable or I just flat out did not like them.
Then I met Leonard.
I spent about 2 hours in his office in our 1st meeting.
He was very likable and knowledgeable.
My new hearing was coming up soon and I needed a lawyer, but I was not going to settle for anyone.
My future was hanging in the balance.
Leonard made me feel welcome and explained to me that this was not going to be easy and we had our work cut out for both of us.
His honesty and truthfulness helped with my decision.
I felt comfortable and hired Leonard.
Many meetings later and tons of paperwork coming in from Wisconsin, our hearing date was set.
It may have been a bit overwhelming for Leonard, but he never complained.
Always reminding me, this is going to be difficult Joe. I liked that about him.
He always gave me a feeling that he knew more then he was letting onto.
Me, I was helping with getting things ordered from Wisconsin and we both settled in for a long hearing.
I was hopeful having all our paper work in order as well as all the doctors notes.
With Leonard beside me, I knew we had a good case. A winnable case!
Long story short, We Won That Hearing!
We won that hearing on Jan 15,2015.
Leonard never gave up, nor did I.

After been on medical leave for quite a few months, having denied every single proposed treatment for my injury by the workers compensation administrators I finally decided to hire a work comp attorney, I did my homework looking at different law firms, some advertised on TV and others referred to me by people I knew and after an exhaustive search I decided to give my business to Mr Almodovar, he walked me thru the process getting a good doctor to treat my injury and made me feel comfortable knowing I was in the best hands, he is still handling my case which is not over yet but at least I have the confidence that he's handling my case the best possible way, I am really happy so far with his performance, he's very assertive and trust him deeply, his staff is very courteous and very good assisting me every time I need it, sometimes is hard to get a hold of him cause he's very busy but his staff keeps on top of everything!

What can I say Sean made a very stressful situation very pleasant. He never hesitated to answer any questions I had. He really broke that attorney stigma for me and I promise he'll break that stigma for you too. Not only did represent me but he stood for me when I didn't/couldn't stand up for myself. When I picked the company that Sean works for, I didn't know which Attorney I was going to get. When he called me and talk to me he gave me the confidence that I chose the right place and Sean. He told me what he would do for me but would also support any decision about my case, even if he didn't feel it was the right course of action. He was there for me as his Client. I had complete access to him through emails, phone calls, etc. Sean listen to me offer suggestions. He gave me the stress relief I needed so I only had to work through him. After each time that I needed his help, he was there. When he was unavailable he made sure he had some there to help assist me that this made it worry-free. We hired Sean after an on the job injury for my husband. We were originally going it alone because I had a little background in Worker's Comp, so I knew enough to know how things worked. BUT... it became very clear that we were not being treated fairly, so we asked around for an attorney. Sean came HIGHLY recommended and there was a good reason for that. Sean was AMAZING!!!! He was straight forward throughout the whole process!!! Quick to respond and answer our questions. VERY knowledgeable and explained the whole process well. And could see things coming before they even happened. He helped us get everything that we should have gotten. Prior to my move to SC, I knew I had to find an attorney to represent me after relocating. I knew no one and took a chance using AVVO's website and sent an email off to Ms. Poe which provided my first surprise when I received a response within an hour acknowledging my inquiry and informing me that she was on vacation. Being the fastest response ever from an attorney, I chose to wait until she returned and I was settled to request a consultation. I recontacted her a week after settling in and realized I had a deadline approaching and hoped that a meeting to be arranged quickly to compensate for my failure to contact her earlier. I sent an email off to her and was surprised to see I had a voicemail from Keith her associate within the hour. I returned the call hoping not to sound anxious regarding my time constraints and Keith without being asked immediately offered me several times to meet in addition to offering a choice of offices that would be most convenient to my location. With little familiarity to the area he assisted me in choosing the location and I failed to make a note of the zip code. I called Keith since I was not able to find their office only to learn I was not even the right town. Before I could share my embarrassment along with the fact that a rescheduled appointment could eliminate my chances of meeting the hard deadline facing me. He had me on my way to their other office 30 minutes away and assured me not to worry and meet as planned. I was relieved and surprised by how gracious he was. I My wife and I were met by Ms. Poe and she would not allow us to be concerned about my mistake altering the time that was scheduled on our behalf. We were amazed by how welcome we felt along with providing all the time necessary to obtain all the necessary information, provide clarity about the process and insured all our questions were answered. In addition to the case issues she provided valuable information regarding some off topic questions we had concerning our move and the area. Referring to the title, I had never nor would I been able to describe a meeting with an attorney as being delightful. She inspired my confidence with her knowledge, professionalism and clarity in providing realistic expectations based on her knowledge of the local political arena that is almost always the most difficult to navigate. In addition to delightful, my wife and I left knowing we had hired an attorney that is not only the best in her field but someone that we are excited to have representing us as well as the added bonus of having met a person we can completely trust.

Dennis Beemer is my mother's attorney. I'm her power of attorney. At 81 years of age, she slipped in a puddle of water while on the job as a bookkeeper at one of her TWO little part-time jobs. She hit her head and broke her hip causing catastrophic loss of independence and physical and mental abilities. My mother had worked over a half of a century living solely independently. Because workmen's comp attorneys are so heavily governed by the state on what they can and can NOT charge for their representation, my mother (due only to her age) really didn't "pencil out" for most attorneys' bottom line. Dennis, though, upon hearing Mom's story, took the case simply "because it's the right thing to do". He makes next to nothing to represent her. But his compassion and competence are as if she's a million-dollar client. I highly recommend this sharp-as-a-tack attorney who once worked for LnI and is therefore intimately knowledgeable on the games this governmental insurance agency can play with truly injured, and deserving, workers.

Mr Morlok was a fantastic lawyer. Before any court date, we sat down and discussed the case at hand. His opinions, advice, and recommendations were excellent. After our first court date, he insisted we kept in contact, and met in person a few more times to make sure things get handled correctly. In our meetings, we went over everything more than once to make sure we were on the same page with the best direction to be going headed into court. Mr Morlok was extremely professional and explained every detail as many times as needed to make sure I understood what was going to happen while sitting on trail. We both went over my testimony over the phone when I wasent availiable, and during meetings. Very flexible hours to acme date my work schedule.
