I met Patrick when he was appointed by the court as the attorney for a juvenile who was the subject of a lawsuit between two parents, my ex and me. His job was to investigate the evidence given by both sides and then report his findings and his recommendation to the court regarding what was in the best interest of his client, the juvenile. Patrick was very diligent in his efforts, handled himself professionally, was available for questions and further information gathering on a reasonable basis, and made sure the evidence supported his final recommendation to the court. Neither side could refute his findings. I would highly recommend Patrick.

Patrick Rice handled my case with due diligence in order to make sure that the outcome was desirable. I was in a motorcycle accident. Mike guided me through the process fairly and with great judgement and timing in my opinion. He was personable, yet firm. He offered guidance not direction which made him ethically sound in my opinion. Without Mike's guidance, I would have not been able to recover even close to a fair amount for my claim. He did not direct any of my actions. His ethics guided my direction. Frank was wreck amended by a friend (in the firm) and the interview was set up by him. So we thought what do we have to loose we went to the office and had a conference with Frank. We explained what happened and gave Frank all the information and he said he thought he could something. So we left it in Frank's hands not knowing what the out come would be if anything. My family encouraged me to file for Social Security Disability, I kept putting it off because I didn't feel good and felt overwhelmed when I would log on to the SSDI site to start a claim. I stopped by Roger Ousey's office after a doctor appointment one day. Cheryl Ousey met with me right away, then looked up my information and pointed out I only had about a month to get it started before I missed a time frame to file! So I went home and filled out by hand many pages to file, and turned those over with an immense pile of doctor reports, test results, etc. - and they inputted all of those for me. Roger Ousey kept me informed along the way - and he or his staff were always there to answer any questions for me - no matter how trivial. Their work ethic is above and beyond - especially taking on a case without knowing for certain I would receive benefits - and they would then get paid.
When my court date finally came up - Mr. Ousey was with me - as he had been all through the long process of waiting to get to court.
And I was so pleased that I received my benefits!

Throughout my entire case he made sure that I received all information needed for any questions that I had he also made sure they were answered. I give Albert Allen Smith my highest endorsement in his profession as an attorney. I had three major dealings with Mr. Smith. All were in regard to my brother. First he guided me to become my brother’s legal guardian in probate court. Then he supplied the written answers to another court’s questionnaire concerning my brother’s financial matters. Lastly Mr. Smith helped immensely after my brother died with both probate court and the bank.
I trust him for four reasons. First he spoke succinctly. Secondly he acted promptly. For example he answered the court’s 20 plus financial questions in less than 30 minutes. Smith did not say this is what we need to do. No. He just performed immediately. Third he did not present arrogance. He never implied that he was smarter than the system. Fourth Mr. Smith led in a good clean manner. He was professional but reassuring. Albert Allen Smith has an ease and a command at the same time.
Again I unequivocally give him my highest grade.

I had never been injured on the job and had NO knowledge about worker's compensation claims. I contacted Mr. Walwyn randomly after an internet search for attorneys in my area and I believe that I hit the jackpot by hiring him. Robert really helped me through a tough time. He was always available to answer my questions and really tried hard to make sure that I got my money and medical treatment. I became a client of this firm and Attorney Kademenos back in 2008. I had already undergone one shoulder surgery (which my employer fought) and was facing the need for another. Of course, my employer fought against paying for the 2nd surgery but Attorney Kademenos, through the hearing process, got it approved for me and thereafter was able to get me a permanent partial disability award as well.
