Beth was the best attorney I could've hired to protect my son and myself and always put our best interests first. I cannot recommend Mari Kishimoto Doi enough. She is professional, compassionate, organized, an excellent communicator, experienced and knowledgeable about family law and child custody, and above all, puts her client's needs and wants above her own feelings and opinions. I trusted her judgement completely while going through a contentious divorce & custody battle and felt that every step of the way, she had my & my infant's physical & emotional wellbeing at the forefront of everything she did. Mari was excellent at dealing with the high-conflict opposing party and did not get derailed by frivolous or irrelevant claims that had no bearing on the child's physical or legal custody or on my parenting. This review is way past due. Huilin was my godsend. If not for her, my ex spouse and his unethical lawyer would have dragged my divorce out more than the two years they have already had. I had two previous attorneys before finding Huilin and although they promised to keep the cost down, they lied. If you would like to know who the other attorneys involved where please respond. Anyway Huilin cut through all the bs and had me divorce fairly within 3 months. She is the best Honolulu has and I will always have her back as she had mine. You'd be insane not to hire her.

In a difficult time in my life, Attorney HuiLin Dong handled my divorce case, She is patient & a true professional in her field. Karen was exactly who I needed as I struggled through my divorce, custody, support and all the questions that come with it. Jill and her team are very good at what they do. I went through a divorce from multiple states away never stepping foot in GA. Everything was completed in a very timely fashion and Jill was there every step of the way. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process even though we only communicated via email and phone calls. I would recommend Jill and her team you anyone. Even after everything was completed Jill still answers the occasional question in a very timely manner even though she doesnt have to. Thank you so very much Jill as well as to your team. We really enjoyed working with Jenny. She was a calming presence in the middle of our chaos. She always came prepared, provided prompt responses and gave us reliable advice. She is smart, kind (to her clients), and stands her ground in the courtroom and in the presence of aggressive attorneys. She knows the systems and has a plethora of experience.
My daughter was refusing to go to school on days she went to her dad’s house. We were able to file an emergency order and she was able to help us get a schedule with more consistency for my daughter.

I had a very contentious divorce where relocation of my child out of state was in play. I retained Toni Ross to handle my case. Sam was a relief from my crazy, stressful case. I went through a tough divorce, and things got really contentious. We thought things would be easy and amicable and then out of no where my ex started shutting down accounts, hiding money, and accusing me of everything he could think of.
She had just the right touch of when to be aggressive and when to negotiate. She was so knowledgeable and great in court. She was clearly more prepared than the other lawyer and had all the evidence ready to go!
What really stuck out to me is that she remembered my kids names, even when I called out of the blue. She was so open with me and transparent about what my options were and what it would cost. My husband Gary Hoskins and I had a very difficult case involving our granddaughter and TPR.
It is not easy for grandparents to win a case involving TPR and children. Grandparents do not have any rights to their grandchild in the state of Florida.
We went through the most difficult and extremely serious battle and I thank God to Bill Hess who fought for our grandchild as if it were his own.
When choosing Bill Hess, we had spoken with several ( 7) other attorneys that handle these types of cases and every single one of them gave me the SAME EXACT info and informed us of our rights and what they could do in court for us, which was actually not much.
We were given Bill Hess's name by someone who knew him and watched him in court..they told me, if...IFFFF YOU WANT TO WIN, YOU MUST GET WILLIAM HESS!
He knows the LAW like NO OTHER ATTORNEY OK!
everything we were told by all 7 attorneys prior to him was VERY WRONG and, in 2 weeks Bill Hess had us a party to the case( which all 7 attorneys told us was impossible by the way) and he ran the case and court room!
He saved a 4 year olds LIFE!
I'll be honest with you...Bill Hess is pure integrity and he pulls no punches! He never gave us false hope..and we were doing well in our 3 day trial and still...he gave me a 51% chance to win! I couldnt even get 52% from him after a great day in court and he said, "we had a great day today in court"
He will not tell you you're going to win! But lol lol lol HESS DOESN'T LIKE TO LOSE AND THOSE WORDS SAID IT ALL TO MY HUSBAND AND I..WE HIRED HIM AT THAT MOMENT!

Mr. Hess isn't afraid to go up against this corrupt system. His overall knowledge of how DCF operates gave us the first glimmer of hope since my grandson had been kidnapped by DCF on 2/27/14. The public 'pretender' did NOTHING to get my grandson back even though DCF committed perjury to remove him. As soon as Mr. Hess came on board, he got the ball rolling and left no stones unturned. If it hadn't been for his expertise & 'plan of attack' I'm not so sure we would have gotten my grandson 'saved' from this very corrupt system. He was truly a God send!

I had very bad and crazy divorce experience and it took almost 4 years, because my ex was totally brain washed by new boyfriend and this boyfriend is connected to crafty and greedy attorney in manhattan beach RR. this attorney RR is even famous in court room as bad and insistent lawyer. so i was recommended one of top lawyer FS in Bevery Hills at beginning but my attorney FS was so expensive and he didn't care about my case because compare to his other clients I am poor and my marriage was only 2 years.. not big deal case.
but since we were fighting with RR he drug everything unbelievably slow and judge was keep rolling eyes.., after year and half we had nothing done but attorneys fee was already $150,000. then i couldn't keep this Bevery Hills attorney FS who doesn't care about my case and enjoying spending unnecessary time with my ex's attorney RR.
after i let FS go i hire other attorney CC, she was nice about she offered me payment option but she said she came from criminal fields and i guess she didn't have much experience in family law and she was not strong enough to stop RR. so ends up it took another 2years with this attorney CC and i got few bad judgements and even payment option i spent crazy amount of money..
but finally i met William Glavin thru my friend in manhattan beach and william stopped crazy and greedy RR's attack and very honest charge. i went thru divorce and used 3-4 attorneys and interviewed many attorneys. but i have to say 90% of family attorneys are money hungry and don't care about me. but finally I found this this guy William and his associate Adam!
they are strong but honest get into the point and save your money and i can trust 100%!!

Attorney Elder actually listened! I have consulted a few attorneys in my child support matter and they seem to never listen. This kind of law can be heated and ordinarily has lots of innuendo and emotions that go hand-in-hand with the cases. Other attorneys were detached and didn't effectively represent or fight for what I wanted. With Attorney Elder I truly feel like I have an advocate because she represented my specific needs!
