Chris Mcjunkin is an extremely intelligent, highly motivated attorney with a laser focus when it comes to Employment Law. He won an extremely complicated case in my favor against a corrupt system. He was brilliant in his arguments before the US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans resulting in the decision to move forward with the case. Travers and Travers literally brought our family together. We had a rather unique experience, but Travers & Travers helped us through it every step of the way. We live in South Dakota and needed a referral for a lawyer in Texas. My sister is an attorney and asked around and everyone we talked to suggested Travers and Travers. So we took a leap of faith and it paid off for us big time. My initial phone call was with Sherrie and she immediately made me feel at ease. Travers & Travers took our case head on and did not stop until we brought our daughter home. They were very professional, but were also very human and friendly- that was very important to me. Mack went with us to court and mediation and he was able to keep us calm while waiting in between everything. He was very well spoken and had good charisma in the court room. Allison and Annilee worked on the background information, researching and helping us gather the information we needed to win our case. Travers & Travers explained things to us in terms we could understand, they were willing and able to answer any questions we had and never made us feel like we were bothering them. Attorney Loretta Keller, is hands down the VERY best, most professional, efficient, effective & let’s not forget to mention, an absolute BOSS in the courtroom & outside of it. In 2016-2017 Loretta helped me fight to get my children back. The TX CPS Office we were dealing with, switched me to a different case worker- who did nothing but LIE & didnall she could to try and destroy my relationship with my children, get my rights terminated, & who wouldn’t allow me more than 2 supervised visitations a month (while I was in OK). Oh yeah, the most important part is that my children & I only lived in TX for less than 31 days- My children were with me in OK- & in no way shape or form in any danger, let alone Imminent Danger, the police proved that to the 1st case worker & ‘she didn’t believe them’ - & thus illegally custody of my children was taken & they placed them with toxic & substance abusing extended family. My aunt knew the original case worker (the one she called to get a case going, due to finding out we were moving back to OK) to remove us from the toxic, unhealthy situation & upon a judge signing the warrant to take my babies, that 1st Case Worker excused herself immediately- I’m assuming she did this so not to get caught fabricating a CPS Case for a “friend” & my children were therefore illegally seized. Loretta had her work cut out for her- My extended family is extremely narcissistic, my past is ugly, & the CPS office we were dealing with were obviously, & ‘Allegedly’ acting corruptly. She fought & pushed, & won my case 4 days before it would have gone to trial. If you ever have family problems concerning your children- you NEED & WANT Loretta Keller representing you. She does not mess around, and you better be ready to do WHATEVER she tells you. Trust her, it’s in your best interest & she is an Attorney with real morals. That is near impossible to find anymore. Seek out Loretta Keller, you will not regret it. Thanks Loretta, I never did get to thank you, or explain things that happened afterwards- but I’d love to send you a picture of My babies, Myself, My husband (still Bryan 🥹🥰) we’re one giant happy family and it’s truly all thanks to you!!!

Where to begin, from the day that we started using Gerad Rosso (2020) he was compassionate and kind. His approach is unlike any lawyer we’ve come across. Steadfast yet sincere, he has embodied what we wish most human beings would possess, Empathy and Integrity.
We have been in and out of court multiple times for our family law case. He is a results driven and fair attorney. He has never wavered from telling us exactly what to expect in court. It can be a daunting and difficult process especially when feelings surface, but he has always had the children centered as the priority, which is exactly how it should be! His concern, has and will always be what is in the Best Interest of the Children.

I contacted Ms. Meeks for some follow-on litigation resulting from a previously settled divorces. She was extremely responsive, efficient, and focused. During the consultation she isolated key issues and provided me a few courses of action with well defined advantages and disadvantages. In the end, I chose her to represent me and she worked to get the settlement I needed. I'd highly recommend her because of her professionalism, legal knowledge, and effectiveness in getting matters closed.

Richard helped from the very beginning of my seperation papers being drawn up to the divorce being finalized. Carole and her legal team are outstanding! Carole is a sharp strategist and truly cares for her clients. I always felt that my needs were met and she invested in me and my case. She was easily accessible, got back to me quickly and was aggressive in her approach with my particular case especially in the sensitive nature of child custody (main focus). How have I not reviewed Mr. Spencer on this website already? Mr. Spencer is incredible. He truly gives so much time and attention to your case and tells you exactly what his expectations are. To be honest, he has never steered me wrong in any of the custody cases (there have been way more than I’d like to admit, unfortunately) he has represented myself (and now my husband) in. In fact, he has never even been wrong in his expectations of the outcome of any of my cases thus far. He is capable of dealing with complex situations and suggesting the best approaches to difficult subjects. He is down to earth and very personable/knowledgeable.
