Georgias the best decision I’ve made and I wish I’d have found her sooner. I can’t stress that enough. Georgia and Alicia are incredibly responsive (Heritage Family Law). They understand my case - better than I do with details I forgot I mentioned at times.
She answers questions I come up with extremely timely. My ex husband is relentless and it’s motion after motion. I have extensive DV and child custody issues that she’s handled with compassion and grace.

I was new to this area and was in need of an attorney for a divorce, I have only met a few people here and started to ask around and I was given Brad Feit's name twice by 2 different people. So I decided to go and have a visit and after sitting down with him for just a few minutes he was so down to earth and I felt so comfortable. I have had attorney's in the past and boy most of them do not have that personality so this was a breath of fresh air to say the least. I asked for help in a payment plan as I was new to area and was living on savings till a land a job and he was so accommodating that also made me feel so much better and relieved. He knew his job and explained each step of the way that was going to happen, he also kept in touch with me via email and phone and if I had any questions he got back to me with answers. I hired Caleb as my back up for amicable mediation. When this plan failed, Caleb stepped in as my full time lawyer. In the 2 year 9 month long divorce process, I was unbelievable impressed with Caleb (and Susan, his para-legal!).

Jesse Berryman is representing me through a very long drawn out battle. He’s very efficient! He takes the time to listen to you and really cares about your case and what you’re going through. And this man will fight for you and for what you’re entitled for.
My ex and I have history of domestic violence. Jesse is not my first attorney in this case. My ex, I believe is a narcissist and will continue to take me to court forever. While we were in court and we got breaks to use the bathroom Jesse made sure he came out with me every time and kept me within sight!!! I didn’t ask him to do this nor did I ever tell him I was uncomfortable to possibly run into my ex outside the courtroom. He took it upon himself to make sure that he was with me anytime I left the court room!!! Like I said he’s not my first attorney in this case but he is the first attorney that has ever done that!
Jesse is so good that my ex’s attorney made a joke that if we didn’t get out of court before it was too late he was going to have to hire my attorney to represent him.
I can’t speak highly enough about Jesse. He’s a shark and he will not just fight for you but he will give you the strength if needed to continue to fight when you have to.
He’s very fair on his billing, i’ve learned you get what you pay for. He’s not the cheapest attorney around but you 100% get what you pay for! He does not run through your money unnecessarily and in my opinion does not bill for everything that he probably should! He takes so much time into my case and really cares and listens me when I speak to him. He’s just great and I highly recommend Jesse at The Schwartz Law Group.

Mr. Perunovich did a quality job with my case. He was prompt in responding to any concerns or questions I had. You could tell with his experience and knowledge that he was confident in resolving my case favorably. If you are looking for an attorney, don't look any further then Mr. Perunovich. He will not just take your money and try to use scare tactics or talk you into taking a bad plea deal like some lawyers in the area. He is not scared to go to trial and never said a word about being worried we would lose the case. While the previous person seemed unsatisfied with her previous attorney, Kim Corradi, and chose to blame Mr. Perunovich, I have only found him to be honest, hard working, and by all means ethical. I received monthly bills outlining everything that was done on my case so if I had any questions, I could ask right away. He also provided me with copies of every correspondence in and out of my file. He always tried to move my file forward even if the attorney on the other side was slow or non-responsive. I would highly recommend Mr. Perunovich for a family law attorney.

I was in a very unique situation and had my driver's license suspended for a whole year due to a misunderstanding where a police officer thought I had a fake ID. I was told by countless other lawyers in the area that deal with license suspensions that they have never heard of such a situation, that I had no case and that I would be wasting my money trying to fight the (in my opinion) wrongful suspension.
Todd took on my case with optimism and no judgement. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He helped me through the process of a formal hearing at the Secretary of State's office.
Best case scenario, we were hoping for my year long suspension for a fake ID to be changed to a 3 month suspension for underage drinking. I ended up getting my license back and not having to serve a 3 month suspension either. My expectations were absolutely exceeded and I highly recommend Todd as a legal representative.

Enter Todd Polito. Both he and his firm have an incredible reputation both statewide and in Will County. Long story short, my case was successfully dismissed. Richard Farnsworth is the sole reason I have my kids back in my life.
There are certain keywords a mother can utter in regards to a father in a separation that will make the legal system act in a manner that is "protective" to the child but only if the father is totally dismissed as the stereotypical caricature.
Richard was able to first expose the false accusations for what they were and get them dismissed. he worked in the best interest of my children and was able to get a fair custody split that ensures the children know the love of both parents and allows them to prosper as individuals instead of trophies in a financial dispute.

I met Laja on a pro se hearing for temporary orders on my divorce case. She was the second attorney that I had pro se and immediately I could tell she was far different from the man that had represented me the first time around. I retained her ASAP after that second hearing and I haven't had a regret about it since. Laja, while representing me and willing to do as I asked, was an amazing voice of reason in helping me make decisions on how to proceed with my case and laying out possible outcomes, as well as giving her professional opinion based on her experiences from past cases. She has a vast knowledge of Utah family law and in the end, the case worked out in my favor which is abnormal for the state I live in. She dealt swiftly with my ex through the whole thing, who was constantly dragging her feet and making things difficult.
