My experience with Zackary Meyer was incredible. He made me feel comfortable in explaining my litigation matter that had been going on for over 5 years. You can’t imagine the frustration I’ve been dealing with for that long period of time. I explained my side of the story as he reviewed my case and he understood exactly what was going on and agreed to take my case. He also explained to me he didn’t offer any promises or guarantee on the outcome but he said he would do his very best.
When this firm offers to do their best “look out” because that is exactly what you will get. On my trial date at court, I thought I would be nervous but I wasn’t because a very polite young man by the named Ali Jaffery partner of Zackery Meyers Firm attended. He presented the facts in a very dignified manner. The facts were proven for this trail and the lawsuit against me were dismissed at its entirety. I am so grateful for this firm. Mike was beyond amazing to work with. He is an incredible attorney and we got a favorable outcome on my case. From our first phone call he listened to me and was very sympathetic for my situation. I had spoke with several lawyers prior and they were not as kind or compassionate as he is.

My employer refused to call 911 for emergency assistance and instead insisted on driving me to seek medical attention, which I declined due to my condition and understanding of my rights. When I started working with Supreeta, my employer was trying to "manage me out" after an expensive surgery (they were self-insured). Unlike other attorneys I had contacted, Supreeta was willing to help me pursue my objectives, which originally was to stay employed and to obtain fair treatment. WhenI was eventually terminated, she was willing to take on what was a very messy case against a very uncooperative and dissembling legal team, and she steered me to an excellent outcome through mediation without having to file, which I think was the best solution for me personally. Supreeta believed in me even when I did not have any witnesses and she always had my best interests in mind. I would recommend her very highly to anyone dealing with workplace discrimination. It was an extremely stressful process for us and her combination of expertise and caring was critical to getting us through.

Yes, it actually feels good to have a worthy credit profile. I want to use this time to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for bringing me out of a bad credit report that made my life miserable. 6 years ago I had perfect credit but my life spiralled out of control and was left with 50k debt. I had no way of paying for it at that time. I have been rebuilding my life for the past few months and need to fix my credit. I had 50k debt combined. 6 closed accounts with "negative pay status" "Charged off as bad debt". 550 credit score. I paid 2 of the 6 accounts off recently but the remarks are still there and nothing about my status changed on said accounts. PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST came through for me, with all negative entries removed; charge offs, late payments wiped out including closed accounts all cleared from my report and my score is now 804. I got approved for a Capital one credit card with a $10,000 limit and have been pre-approved for another $30,000 limit. I spent quite a bit of time looking for a good lawyer with his specialties and once I learned about his experience and capabilities, I knew that I would not be satisfied if any other lawyer were to take on my case. I am pleased to say that he accepted my case after our initial consultation phone call.
Morris knew exactly what was needed to win my case. Shortly after we submitted a specific statement that Morris told me to get, the agency signed a settlement agreement with me, in my favor. I would also add that Morris exceeded the amount of legal work performed compared to the fees for my case.

After talking with Tim , I subsequently switched to Tim’s law group. Tim had to take on a WELL established Massachusetts law firm which could be intimidating; he was definitely up for this tough challenge. Other lawyers would not take this case after my previous lawyer’s handling and were afraid of losing this case. Tim was different, he wanted to help right a wrong as best as he could knowing what was being handed to him.
It was quickly apparent that Tim took his job to heart unlike my previous lawyer. Tim put the opposition law firm on notice that he was about the business of winning my case and not losing. Tim had a tough challenge because he had to rectify the mess made by previous lawyer who had my case on track to be a loss.
The best way to summarize how Tim handled my case could be explained by using terminology from the 1960s Batman TV series. In response to Tim’s introduction and demand letter to the opposition, Tim was hit with a response that was a BOOM. Tim responded and hit back with a KA-BOOM. Next time they hit Tim with a POW and Tim responded with a POW-POW; Tim did NOT back down. Tim worked hard and fought hard for my case. He kept me informed with every step of my case unlike my previous lawyer. He was honest with and didn’t sugarcoat what I needed to hear about my case. He did a hell of a good job with my case considering the mess he had to work with. I would absolutely recommend the Upper Charles Law Group as my experience was absolutely pleasurable with this law group. You will get a team of qualified lawyers who will fight for you and be honest with you, don’t hesitate to hire this law firm.
