September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

Muy mal organizados, mandan los papeles sin firmar a migración. Le echan la culpa al de migración se retrasa el proceso, tardan mucho en volver a hacer todo después se olvidan de uno. Migración manda documentos y ellos ni siquiera saben que ya los tienen. Cuanto más tiempo para que los manden nadie sabe por que según mo hay nada en el sistema cuando la carta dice que fue entregada en frontera desk con el tracking number.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my unfortunate experience with Dolan Law Firm. I also appreciate the time the case manager, Mercedes, took to briefly listen to my concerns. I didn't expect to receive services from Dolan Law Firm from the questions I was asked during the information (intake) gathering. I messaged them since their website was advertised on another website as a possible law firm for civil rights cases. I read their reviews and a lot of reviews seem to be accident (personal injury) cases. Possibly there's a quota that needs to be fulfilled or the documentation that was requested that I emailed to the case manager was reviewed and or searched possibly for a statement regarding a accident and or personal injury, I am uncertain. I would have preferred to have received an email message regarding the type of case(s) the law firm is/was currently interested in taking.I realize not every person and or potential clients can be 'pleased'. However, the few negative reviews listed for this law firm have concerning and possibly valid points that I think potential clients may (or may not) want to consider. I did not receive services from this company/law firm, so I would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.

While we are in the process of appealing an EDD case, I am confident that the result will be what could have been expected by any attorney. Ms Aboushi was amazing! She worked hard for about 6 years on my son's case! Whatever she needed, I got and she would go straight to work. Even after the case was handled, she still gives advice when we need it and my kid is always on her mind! You get treated with so much respect and just knowing that someone is willing to go all out for you, especially when seeing justice! I would recommend her in a heart beat. It was always about what was best for my child, not for her. As long as we were happy, she would push through. I don't believe anyone would work harder than her. She took on my case after another firm had a hold on it for almost a year and did nothing. She on the other hand, took it and was off.

Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

I’m beyond grateful and thankful for meeting Mr. Cairone a few years ago. Words truly can’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with. My husband passed away from a 100% service connected disability and I was at a loss at which direction to go after his passing for legal matters that needed addressed. Being a young widow I feel that many attorneys/lawyers took advantage of me when it came to all I was facing. I met Mr. Cairone in 2016, almost a year after my husband passed, and started opening up to him about the hurdles I was trying to go over with certain legal matters. He took to my story and without question told me to bring all the files to his house so we could go over everything and see how we could approach this case. He was very open, honest, and communicative through the entire process. He never gave up on me. He never took advantage of me. He was the greatest blessing that came into my life and put in so many hours of work on my case with my best interest always at the forefront. We were almost at the four year mark of my husbands passing and he reached out to me saying let’s give this a shot and file a lawsuit against this company. I almost didn’t do it because at this point I was discouraged by all the legal ups and downs I had dealt with to this point through other attorneys. He told me to sleep on it and advise by end of week. After a few conversations with my parents and much contemplation, I felt that if anyone was going to be able to help it would be Mr. Cairone. He worked diligently on the draft for the lawsuit and sent over for my review. I felt that it was above and beyond and an amazing chance to have in this case. The next day he sent me another draft (even though I approved the first haha) and again I was blown away by the thought and detail that went into this revised case that would be submitted. He filed the lawsuit and talked me through what could or couldn’t happen. He said this can take time, like it has to this point. He always kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything that was going on. A few weeks after the suit was filed he called with a very positive call. He said that it looks like who we filed the lawsuit against wanted to settle out of court. I was blown away but not surprised because I felt the case he submitted was very meticulous with detail and an amazing representation of everything that my husband suffered through. Within a month and half total the case was settled and we won the settlement. The appreciation I have for Mr. Cairone is life changing. I faced many obstacles on my own after my husbands passing. Mr. Cairone 100% changed my life. He has allowed me the opportunity to pick myself up from all that I’ve been trying to rebuild since my husbands passing. And again, he never gave up on me. I can’t recommend Mr.Cairone enough. If I ever run into another legal matter I will contact him without a doubt for advice or representation. Thank you so much Mr. Cairone for changing my life. You have blessed me and I hope to bless people the way you do until I’m no longer on this earth.

After lost hope and frustrations I was put in contact with Attorney Cairone. I had a consult regarding my legal issues and subsequently was retained. Attorney Cairone from the beginning was empathetic, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Since I was the only White Collar member of the Blue Collar Union Local which I helped form to protect the people who work for the Motor Vehicle Emissions Laboratory in Ann Arbor Michigan, when I needed a Lawyer I went to the President of my Union. He recommended Edward Passman who is a Washington D.C. Attorney. I selected A Washington D.C. Attorney because my case should be adjudicated to help not just me but all other people who have been assaulted as I have been by the USEPA and other Government Agencies and must be settled in Washington D.C.. Mr. Passman turned out to be one of the few Attorneys I have met who I could trust 100% and we thought so much alike that we could complete each other’s sentences when we were working together, though I have never met him in person. If I am really lucky some day I will meet Mr. Passman.

I retained Mr. Passman to represent me for disability discrimination in my federal workplace. Mr. Passman was extremely thorough, honest, fair, professional and always looked out for my best interest. Mr. Passman’s billing is beyond fair as he does not nickel and dime his hourly billing. There are many times Mr. Passman either did not charge for communication, or charged a fraction of what should have been billed. I worked for one of the largest tech firms in Silicon Valley and was subjected to discrimination. Luckily I knew Sarah from my network, and she advocated for me through a 6 month process that ended with a favorable settlement for myself. Although I have no direct comparison, it is difficult to imagine a better lawyer to have on your side. Most importantly, at every step and decision, Sarah was clearly advocating and recommending the best outcome for myself, not trying to maximize or speed her gain. This included her supporting me “walking away” from a significant offer, despite months of work from herself. Unfortunately, the discrimination continued, but fortunately I had Sarah as a continued advocate. She provided immediate guidance, responded within minutes to incidents, and ultimately secured a substantial offer with every detail negotiated for my benefit. Apparently Sarah took vacation during my discrimination ordeal, but I would never have know given her responsiveness.
Sarah is not only extremely competent and hard working; she is selfless and displays tremendous empathy. I can not imagine a better legal experience during employment torment.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Attorney Victor Bermudez. He is one of the most professional and hardworking attorneys we have worked with. Yes, it actually feels good to have a worthy credit profile. I want to use this time to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for bringing me out of a bad credit report that made my life miserable. 6 years ago I had perfect credit but my life spiralled out of control and was left with 50k debt. I had no way of paying for it at that time. I have been rebuilding my life for the past few months and need to fix my credit. I had 50k debt combined. 6 closed accounts with "negative pay status" "Charged off as bad debt". 550 credit score. I paid 2 of the 6 accounts off recently but the remarks are still there and nothing about my status changed on said accounts. Ray Sterling has been my legal counsel in an employment related matter for the past few months. Working with Walt and his team was great. I will be using him again for any legal needs I may encounter in the future. My family came to Ryan with a fairly uncommon problem. We needed his help transferring the guardianship of an adult from one state to another and also from one co-guardian to a new co-guardian. Sounds simple right? Ryan does not specialize in this type of law (I don't think many do), but he didn't bat an eye. We hired Ryan, and he was able to find out everything he needed to make our complex request He filed everything in a timely manner to get us in front of a judge and to get our matter handled.
