When I first contacted Christian (a friend of a friend referred) we spoke for over an hour about my incidents at work and firing. He listened and cared about what I had gone through at work. My sister and I went to Mr. Forman 12/8/18. He is very knowledgable, patient, a good listener, etc. We only have good things to say about him. I had reached out to Jean to discuss/review a separation agreement that I received from my employer. She was very accessible - I was able to speak with her directly on my first outreach (vs. many other firms who required a detailed questionnaire or discussion with a paralegal). When a person is wrongly terminated it takes away more than your job. You loose the essence of who you are, your confidence, your trust in people, how you interact with the outside world. You feel ashamed. But, Jean was able to change all that for me and my termination turned out to be a blessing. Jean gave me hope from the very first conversation. Mr. Reyes is an outstanding attorney. Last year my mom was involved in a car accident which caused her to be hospitalized for 5 days. Unfortunately, our insurance decided to blame my mom for the accident before getting the police report. After 15 years of having this major insurance carrier, we didn't feel as we were in "safe hands". It was a nightmare. Thankfully, we contacted Mr. Reyes and he started his own investigation. He was very persistent and researched everything about the accident to better understand the situation. Somehow, Mr. Reyes got a hold of a couple of witnesses that confirmed that it was the other individual's fault. A couple of weeks later, the police report corroborated that it was the other driver's fault. Mr. Reyes' dedication paid off. After eight months, we closed the case and the other driver's insurance has agreed to pay the maximum allowed for this case. I recently met with Mr. Hannah to discuss my EEOC discrimination case, against a governmental agency. I explained to Mr. Hannah that we needed to file the case within 90 days, but he explained to me that if he doesn’t meet the deadline we have a 4 year statue of limitation to file. Mr, Hannah was very knowledgeable, professional, organized, and gave me his undivided attention. After our consultation, I hired Mr. Hannah to represent me. Mr. Hannah explained the process and kept me abreast throughout the case. Approximately two weeks later, Mr. Hannah sent me an email informing me of the steps and that he needed to speak to me for clarification before he generate the complaint. Mr. Hannah stated he would generate the complaint and send it to me for his review. After our second meeting, Mr. Hannah said that he reviewed most of my case file and had a few questions. I answered his questions and he stated he would work in my civil complaint and email me a draft to review. During that conversation, I asked Mr. Hannah could he make sure that we meet the deadline. Mr. Hannah also ordered my case file from the EEOC and said he’ll work on my complaint. Three days before the deadline, Mr, Hannah sent me an email stating that he needed to ask more questions about my case before he generate my civil complaint. Mr. Hannah explained that he will not be able to meet my deadline on September 5th, 2021. Mr. Hannah explained that he will be going out of town on vacation and won’t be back until September 17,2021. Mr. Hannah and I spoke, I believe on September 2, 2021 regarding my case. Mr. Hannah stated that after careful review of my case, he believe that I needed a civil rights attorney and workers Comp attorney and he didn’t feel comfortable moving forward on my case. He offered to assist me with finding an attorney. Initially, I declined because I was going back to California, but I decided to stay in Florida, I sent Mr. Hannah an email requesting his assistance in finding an attorney. Although I was disappointed that he didn’t represent me, I appreciate the effort made in assisting me. Mr. Hannah refunded my retainer fees, and files. He also sent a nice letter breaking down his cost, statue of limitations date, and explaining what type of lawyer that I needed.
I really wished that Mr. Hannah would have pursued my case and hired a Civil rights attorney to assist him. He has proven himself to be trust worthy and that’s my biggest fear I hiring the right attorney. I have confident that he would have prevailed i my case, but I certainly respect his decision. Although it didn’t work out, I would still recommend his services.

With this new employer, I became the top salesman in a very short period of time. My customer service skills are stellar. I had so many 5 star yelp reviews I lost count. This was in spite of the difficulties I endured during my tenure working for a business owner who, initially, was kind. Saddened, stressed. What do i do now, I have bills, rent . It was just a terrible time. The reason I was given for my termination made absolutely no sense. We had more business than we could handle. I found myself in desperate need of a lawyer after I was sexually assaulted by a coworker/long time friend of mine. Every avenue I had gone through to hold him accountable led nowhere. I went to our HR department and they did nothing. I went to law enforcement, the DA denied my case. I went to file a restraining order against him so at least he would be removed from the workplace and he lawyered up immediately. I walked into our first hearing by myself and his big shot defense attorney absolutely wiped the floor with me. My restraining order was denied. So I searched and searched for my own legal counsel when I discovered Russell. He was the first person with any kind of power who actually treated me like a human being. The first person who didnt know me from Adam to show any empathy. After being fired from my employer he successfully navigated a sizeable settlement for me in as little as a couple months timeframe from start to finish. I can't thank Daniel Snyder and his team enough for helping me through the most traumatizing experience in my career. Living with a disability is already difficult itself, but then to have an employer that discriminates against you is devastating.
