My mother found him first in an ad in the Alexandria Harold paper, she needed him to look at her will after my father had passed away he was so kind and understanding who would know that in a couple of months I would need an attorney also, My husband passed away and we did not have a will he was so caring and understanding he made sure I understood the laws . He would explain the law and then explain it to me so I understood it. He is very knowledgeable in all of the laws and also takes the time to get to know you personally. He knows what needs to get done and he gets it done in a timely manner and if it’s taking longer than I think it should he would always explain to me why and either call text or email to keep me informed. I hired Arlene to represent me in a case where I was trying to get money back from a business who was refusing to refund my timely return of merchandise to them. Arlene took the case and kept me updated on its progress. She not only prepared for it superbly, but was also complimented by the court for her handling of the case. I was prepared to pay her fees, but she found a point of law in which the fees would be included with the settlement from the business we were up against. I am so glad I found her to be my attorney. My wife and I heard of this great firm through a lawyer at my union. We met with her in Media in 2017 and had a complete set of Elder Wills, POA/Executor and Living Wills created. Apparently some people have different priorities in life such as cruises and sports games. We feel that it is wise to really examine our retirement years, where our assets will go and to have this Elder Will Kit for the eventual healthcare and finally our physical repose all set-up. This firm is not inexpensive. Nothing of value in life is. One saves to be able to have work done by this award winning firm.

Robert Jewett is a FANTASTIC estate and probate attorney.
I first met him in 2016 when there was an issue with a will being probated within my family. He drove to our home, sat there and spoke with my family in regards to the issue and gave us the advice free of charge. One of the biggest mistakes we made was not to go with him at that time.
Cut to May 2019 and I contacted him asking about a will being written. Not only did he have it completely done within the day, but he was also ready to file it then and there. Unfortunately, the person passed before it could be signed, but, again, I contacted him to probate this persons' existing will. From start to finish he completely probated it in less than 3 months all for a single flat fee. I was amazed especially seeing several peoples I know to take anywhere from 6 months to a year and a half.
Robert is the man to see if you need anything done!

When my mother and I first saw Charles, my father had just become ill and we felt the end was near. They did not have many assets, and I thought that there wasn't much that could be done. I couldn't have been more wrong. We started with the most likely scenario of how the next few years would play out (once again we were wrong); however, Charles worked with us and we composed new wills and moved around assets to optimize most any scenario. One word to describe Remington is.....AMAZING! My husband and I hired Attorney Remington Alessi. He isn't like most Attorney's. From the first day we spoke to him about our case to the very end. He was extremely professional, attentive, very knowledgeable and honest. He knows his stuff! He isn't arrogant, but confident! It's a reason he is named "Texas Chainsaw Lawyer" lol. I love the fact that he isn't pushy. He doesn't make you feel like you are getting on his nerves, and he always had an ear to listen. He truly makes you feel like you matter! Anytime we needed to call him, he didn't make us feel like he was so busy and rushing us off the phone. He wasn't like the saying " Money is time". He listens and is compassionate and caring. Mr. von Hoffmann handled a difficult divorce for me. There were several complex issues involved and since I wanted custody of my children (I am the father) I knew it would be an uphill battle. This lawyer helped with an adoption that I had started to do pro se, I was having a difficult time with the situation as per judges orders the staff attorneys would not advise me on the policies and or procedures. He took over my case and we were able to get the whole situation straight. He is very smart and pays meticulous attention to the details of the case. We were surprised and pleased at the time and attention Colin took with our family. We had three generations present, and his personal demeanor inspired trust, confidence and respect from all of us. John Grundy was highly recommended to us by an Ohio attorney to prepare a Certificate of Trust and various documents for my mother aged 91. We live in San Diego with my mother living in Ohio. John agreed to meet with us when my wife and I were visiting which happened to be on a holiday.
