Compassion should be Casey’s middle name. All she cared about from our first conversation was the well being of my children as if they were her own. She was extremely responsive and helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. She handled my case with such grace and dignity at a time when I needed her the most. My previous lawyer steered me so wrong so it was a blessing I found her. She was very honest about outcomes and I’m glad to say I thought of her as a friend. She is amazing and she puts her heart into her cases and gets results. I was dealing with a narcissist and someone who lied compulsively and she was able to get the judge to see through all of it and get to the truth. I would recommend her to anyone, I’m in NY now and wish I could take her with me to fight the big fight here but she has gotten me so far in this fight and I’m forever grateful to her and her team. I was given a referral by a friend to retain Neil Cahn and from the first consultation I knew I had made the right decision. He really put me at ease and explained everything to me in such a thorough and knowledgeable manner. He was extremely professional and definitely had the best interest for myself and my son, and always went above and beyond in every way possible. As a young mother going through a divorce, I had many questions, little knowledge about family law, and he was able to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable. He has made himself available to me during emergency situations when I needed his expert advice or to "talk me down" from exploding. Brandon provided hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible... A 10 year case of complex issues that Brandon stepped into on year 8. Not only was he able to defend us, but he has guided myself to remain calm with an empathetic demeanor. My needs and rights as a good parent were put among my childs, which always was Brandon's first concern. I was treated with respect and as a person rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. If I was looking at things in the wrong way, Brandon was honest enough to tell me exactly that and that honesty wins my entire faith within this terrible Family Law system I have dreaded almost as much as those making such decisions probably do. I have quite a few steps in my battle but Brandon has somehow made this ordeal a battle for the best interest of child rather than allowing the typical back and forth BS.
If you're dishonest and unable to to put your child first, I'd highly not recommend Brandon.
If you're an honest parent willing to trust in order to be trusted that wants to whole heartedly fight if need be, compromise, stipulate or litigate if it means your family is in good hands.... Then I hereby recommend Brandon without any reservation.
Btw...if like myself.... Money was a huge factor in my decision making and first off.... Yes, of course family law is expensive and when I learned the hard way it truly does matter whether you go ProSe or not... I researched until my mind couldn't handle anymore. I retained Brandon after MANY consultations and my case's paperwork began within a week. 2 years later I unfortunately researched again knowing my case was a complex case that could no longer be "stipulated" and knew I needed someone that was going to litigate shall it lead there due to contempt and my child's emotional and psychological welfare in question. Brandon is entirely commited to believing in our children and their needs moreso than parents and I respect that so very much.
Again, my research all lead me back to my number 1attorney! I look so very forward to my case have an opinion and order via the court based upon my sons best interest and I have absolutely no doubt Brandon will be just as ready that day as he was years ago.
You can't go wrong with an attorney such as Brandon O'donnell! An added compliment is his compassion and incredible sense of style to boot haha!

Ryan Lane and his office staff are to be commended. Mr. Lane represented me to modify a divorce regarding child support. I truly experienced justice with him. I told him several different outcomes I wanted as far as child support. He thoroughly explained why some things would I wanted were in line with child support law and why some things wouldn’t be good because they weren’t in line with the law. The only thing worse than a custody battle is a custody battle throughout Covid. The courts were a nightmare and the process was so broken. With all of that said, Jonathan Corey guided me through it with poise, grace, patience, and professionalism. Without his guidance I cannot imagine how I would have gotten through it all. It was clear from the start that I could trust Jonathan throughout the process. Whenever anything seemed dire, he was able to calm my nerves by knowing the best play to lead with or react with. I hate writing reviews; I mean, I REALLY HATE writing them. When you find a professional that stands out from the crowd, however, it's only appropriate to give praise as deserved.
Steve has been extremely patient throughout my legal journey and continues to provide sound advise and creative solutions for a difficult situation. What's most impressive, however, is his ability to think quickly on his feet, using his wit, skills (the man is absurdly smart and could write a book based on his in-depth knowledge and experience), and appropriately-timed sarcasm to deliver the message in a compelling and easily-understandable way.
If you're looking for someone who will sugar-coat things, Steve isn't your guy, though. We've had a lot of tough conversations and haven't always seen the case the same way. He's objective, taking the emotions out of the legal issues, yet still somehow seems to be more empathetic than most. Why do I mention this? If you want good representation, you can't work with someone who always tells you what you want to hear. Instead, you need someone in your camp who will help you through the emotions of the situation but more than that, keep you in the game; Steve is that person.

Steven Klein came highly recommended to me by numerous people when I found myself in a child custody matter with my ex husband. I contacted him right away as my court appearance was in the very near future and he was accomodating and eager to take on my case. Reached out to Mr. Longino for assistance for a very, very difficult child support case between two states. After two TX, and two California attorney's, and no end in sight because of the difficulty of my case, Mr. Longino was very knowledgeable in this area and was able to assist and get us closer to the finish line that we had never been in 4 years. As frustrated as I have been going from court in CA, TX, and back to CA, I am now better prepared to fight this battle with the help from Mr. Longino.

It was a very detailed and unusual case, involving coordination with Juvenile Justice and serving papers to a very unwilling party. Publicly I have know shame but there is a child in question and I firmly believe that our Lord put me in the direction of Mrs. Hutton for a reason. She was straight forward about it but at the same time listened to my concern and was willing to go above and beyond. I feel she was honest and caring. All I have to say is wow....just wow. Obviously, attorneys can be intimidating, but that's their job, right? We hire an attorney to do take care of our stressful situation...and that is indeed what Ms. Hutton did! She clearly went step by step on building up my child custody case these past several years and at first I was frustrated and had no idea why. Based on my experience with Ms Proffitt and her team, I’m convinced that the negative reviews must be other side who got beat or someone who thought this team should work for free. I always received communication, Ms Proffitt kicked my ex’s butt (he refers clients to her now), she discounted or didn’t charge for work she completed, and her entire team is top notch. I hired Ms Proffitt in the middle of this pandemic. She explained to me that the courts were operating under very different rules and timeframes, but that she would do everything in her power to help my children and me through an abusive and financially draining situation. Her and her staff were always responsive. I followed their direction to send messages through their office portal (MyCase) and I never had difficulties gets answers. I have read some of the negative reviews and this was simply not my experience. Her entire staff is helpful beyond measure. Ms Proffitt has compassion for her clients. She truly loves her job. Additionally, she was very generous with her time. I know she could have charged me much more than she did. I highly recommend this attorney.

Ask opinion and Howard was the 1st one who responded with such a words. You just could feel it if the person is real or not. Decided to call him, spoke to him and he calmed me down saying everything should be fine. He would taking care of it well. He spoke by heart!!! That’s the most important. Bottom line, the case dismissed as he promised earlier. It just took me total of 20 minutes in court the I was heading home. Very recommended! You won’t be dissapointed.

Interestingly enough I met atty Daniel Grey on an off chance. He was at mediation that I was not a party to, and I was in the building for other reasons. As we crossed paths and began speaking he gave me his business card and said something to the effect of “you never know when you may need my services”. As I walked away I thought ‘how did he know’. Long story short within 6months I needed his services. That was about 13 years ago. He not only was a great attorney but he advocated for all sides which is not like many family law attorneys. He helped me see things from my child’s perspective and my spouse at the time. In doing so it made the divorcing with children much more smoother for all parties involved. Over the years I have referred over a dozen of friends & colleagues to him during their time of need and he has always shown great detail and concern to them in the same manner he showed to me. I am only writing this review now because I recently referred someone to him. Though he could not represent the guy due to the county he lived in he still took the time to call him after work hours and be a calming voice and help him him understand the process, ease his mind and refer him to two other lawyers that specialized in that county. I am blown away by this. No charge and he gained nothing other than respect and this review. So many other lawyers won’t even talk to paying clients during the day and a night call is not a thing. So for Daniel to do this was going beyond the pale. I am so thankful for our chance encounter all of those years ago and all the help he has provided to me and to all that have been referred. If you want a lawyer who shoots straight and treats each client even opposing counsel as family & friend to work on a fair settlement he is your guy. This is not about money for him, he truly cares. I have unfortunately been in family court too many times, but Wendy Wood is by far the best, most prepared, smart board certified family lawyer I have ever experienced, and one whom I can say earned EVERY dollar. If you want the best you are going to pay for it. In Wendy's case it is completely worth it. I was referered to Ms.Rowland by a another attorney who felt that she was a better fit for my case. My case started out as a CPS case with a protection order later added. Ms.Rowland on our 1st court date won and my custody order remained unchanged. Then instead of having to attend court the next day over a protective order she was able to get that withdrew and held mediation instead which resulted only in minimal changes. Ms.Rowland was always very upfront with me and always gave me the choices of very best outcome or the worst outcome. She was always a phone call away no matter the day or time. Can I tell Seth gave me my life back after being severely abused and surviving and getting to a safe space. Going through a divorce was the most painful and difficult event in my life to date, but more importantly the future of our daughter Marley was heavy on my mind. As a father/man I felt there was no hope for me seeing our daughter more than I was(few hours a week) and being a part of the decision making in her life due to the way my ex talked to me and threated me. This was a false idea in my head and they were patient and understanding towards my fears and concerns. Sarah, Hailey, Kaitlyn, Alex, and the whole team helped me through every step of the process. I was emotional over many parts of the divorce and they were calming when I needed it and direct with certain things when I need it. I applaud the entire team for being knowledgeable about family law. The divorce took 2+ years, but I was granted joint custody of our daughter with the final decision being mine to make if my ex and I can't agree about education, health, mental health, and other major life decisions for out daughter. I also was granted the right for my home address being where our daughter goes to school along with the the custodial parent's schedule. It was extremely tough to go through a final hearing/trail with a judge, but Sarah and her team were able to display the truth and facts about what was happening and ultimately provide our daughter with the most stable future possible. Divorce is hard, but a lot harder when you are a caring and supportive father who does not want to be away from your children. Karen helped me obtain a fair divorce in which custody and support were split evenly between both of us. This definitely took some effort to obtain. It kind of confuses me when I read bad reviews about this lawyer like he was reading paperwork in a car, etc. etc. I think people need to realize that sometimes disorganization can occur when someone is first starting up a new business. He is not like this today. He works with a team of professionals and they all accomplish a lot. If you have ever observed ants building a hill, bees in a hive, or wasps on a mission you will know what I am talking about. His team is very productive. He is a good leader and a great communicator. As far as his prices "being too high," well that is what happens sometimes when starting a new business. Over time I'm sure his prices will have gone down and will go down more but until then he's like every other human being just trying to make ends meet. Lawyers are human beings too. We had a few of our ups and downs but honestly I was grateful to have hired a lawyer who tells the truth. I never got mad at him for telling me the truth. I only got mad when he assumed I didn't know the truth. Kind of like that phrase "Hey tell me something I don't know." I know I need help. Lots of people do. However, there are better ways to express your dissatisfaction with something than telling me something I already know and sending that email of your confrontation to everyone in the office. Maybe some of his staff can help him with learning how to word things better to clients. I feel like his staff have helped make him into the success he is today. Great work ethic combined with team work and excellent communication among him and his staff provide for a speedy job and you get your money's worth. He just needs to research better ways of communicating with clients and when something bothers him he needs to voice his discontent immediately versus holding it all in and letting it build up over time. When you hold things in and then explode it does not look good on you. It makes it look like you can't handle yourself. If you can't handle yourself because of emails how will you handle uncomfortable emotions in court? That's all I'm saying. I hope his team goes to court with him because, like everyone else, he needs help.

Hired Bryce to handle a child support termination. He did an amazing job of communicating directly with me via email (only talked to his staff to pay the bill). This is very rare! Most attorney’s barely talk to you and 90% of your communication goes through a paralegal.
In addition to be a great communicator, he did a great job of preparing and arguing the case which resulted in a victory. I’d hire him again; no question.

Two kids; one house; one dog; and a divorce. It wasnt that complicated but to her it was the end of the world… ww3 and it had already been going on for years when I first hired Mr. Salamone. To Say I should’ve hired him first as an understatement. I had my first lawyer, because all he did was talk about how much he “saw” in my case and how much he could fight and get for me. In the end, it just cost me money. Salamone is different. What it is he always showed how he could get me out of this with my shirt still on my back. I highly recommend him.
