We were ticketed on the Taconic on our way north, and the town court was much too far away to contest the ticket in person.
After research, we chose Jonathan Katz to represent us in town court. Jonathan's office explained the process clearly, and communicated promptly. The ticket was reduced from a 4 point unjust result to a 0 point non-moving violation (improper parking), and we paid the fine by website the same day. Excellent result.

I had a very complicated case. The first time , I looked at him and said to myself ,He is too young ,does He have experience. Then a found out He is an expert, a very good listener, respectful. What was impressive on him ,He feels sorry for you when you don't have money ,helps you to cut cost . He doesn't want just to money from when you don't. He gave me so many advises to lower fees. He doesn't drop your call because you do not have money. My case has been resolved peacefully .

I recently went through a devastating period in my life where I was charged with 2 felony charges and a misdemeanor related to my business. I turned to a friend who is a well respected prosecuting attorney and asked who the best defense attorney is in the area...without hesitation she said Joel Peppetti. The prosecuting attorney said that he was the most prepared, the most knowledgeable, and will research the facts of your case. I immediately made the call to Mr. Peppetti's office and I am so grateful that I did. I appreciated Joel's professionalism throughout my case. He was very patient in letting me explain the circumstances of my case. He was very straight forward, he never over promised, didn't "sugar coat" anything. I was concerned with the legal fees I was going to incur, but Joel was very honest with his fees. He explained how the fees would be assessed, and there were no hidden charges. Even after paying my legal fees to his office, I needed additional appointments to discuss my case. Joel met with me without charging me additional fees. The best news of all is that, through his legal expertise, I reached an agreement with the Commonwealth of PA to dismiss my felony charges, and plead "no contest" to the one misdemeanor. Even though this event was horrible and turned my life upside down, I will always be forever grateful to Attorney Joel Peppetti and his staff!

I hired Angela after I was served papers for a modification of child and spousal support from a previous divorce case. Going through my initial divorce case was a very difficult time in my life and the lawyer I hired for that case didn't help make me feel any better. After what I experienced with my first lawyer I knew I needed to make sure I found the right lawyer this time and I was blessed to find Angela. I fired Emanuel to represent me in a circus of a divorce and custody case. The case spanned two counties as my estranged spouse had just disappeared and attempted to file for spousal support after being out of mine and the kids' lives for years. Emanuel was able to consolidate all of the case matters to one county and have them heard under one judge for a legal decision on all of the various aspects including the spousal support, child custody, and division of assets. We were able to first locate my estranged spouse and Emanuel was very tactful in his approach and able to get my former spouse served.
There were multiple sessions for this case as the estranged spouse was not meeting the bare minimum court requirements or putting any sort of effort forward toward a resolution. Emanuel dealt with frequent last-minute rescheduling of court dates which spawned from constant requests from my former spouse. In the end she lost it a bit and cursed out the entire court and all involved, but Emanuel was able to brush it off and and use the outbursts to our advantage.
After multiple warning mail and email messages from the court my former spouse still chose to keep showing up late or postpone the proceedings and finally ended up defaulting on the case. I was able to retain my full custody of both children and all of the marital assets. He was able to strategically play the long chess game and let my estranged spouse move herself into her own checkmate status.
During the proceedings this was all obviously new to me so he was able to answer my endless stream of questions as well as explain any legal jargon which I didn't understand with ease. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much from myself and both of my children!

As a father himself, Nick knows how much our children mean to us. His reputation and more importantly, his relationship with his own kids is one of the reasons I felt so confident in consulting and ultimately hiring him in the first place. Nick represented me in a custody conciliation hearing and was able to get exactly everything we asked for. Nick is a no-nonsense lawyer. He did not promise me the world or inflate our chances and then not deliver. Nick told me exactly how the process would work from start to finish and how he expected things to go based on his vast experience. He was not wrong. In the hearing, Nick worked well with the master assigned to the case and the other party had really no other option but to acquiesce. He also assisted the master in making a recommendation that would not be cost prohibitive to either side. I specifically said I did not want to cause more grief than necessary to my wife and he listened. He did not disparage my wife by any means and conveyed my intentions flawlessly. Nick's professional attitude and demeanor allowed him to stay on top of the situation and his preparation allowed me to remain the primary custodian of my children. I met Ms. Dentinger early on in my process of trying to decide if I was going to proceed with a divorce. From the outset, she was forthright and I felt confident in her advice. Tammy is a very knowledgeable attorney that really understands the process. I really appreciated how she handled my case and the aggressiveness of the opposing side. I worked very well with her. I really appreciated how Tammy would lay out the options and didn't always have to fight w/ the opposing side for the sake of fighting. However, when a issue or problem occurred that required a strong stance, she went to bat. Divorce is a very stressful event. Looking back I really valued her openness to share the pros and cons of various issues/proposals, and her ability to change tactics based on her knowledge of opposing attorneys. The opposing attorney in my case was known for being rather aggressive and argumentative. At the onset of our legal relationship, Tammy predicted what he would likely do and how we would respond, or even not respond. Having no experience with the criminal justice system and being in our mid 60's we asked our Farming organization for a referral and hired an attorney in Harrisburg who did not communicate with us and did not know the law and certainly did not know the Centre County justice system. After being fed up we looked at reviews and Tim's stood out. We asked for a consultation and in minutes Tim understood the issue and formulated a strategy. Tim spent an entire hour with us and would not charge us. However, Tim did not take our case because we were in the process past the preliminary hearing stage. I wish we would have found Tim from the beginning. He offered great advise that our attorney would not take and he offered to talk to our attorney if he would call him for advise on the Centre County personalities. Hire Tim, he knows the system, has great strategies, returns calls and explains everything. We wish we would have known what to look for in an attorney but we were scared so we took a bad recommendation. Now my husband will be pleading guilty for raising animals in the wettest year on record in a natural way that face book people found offensive and we simply can't afford to go on with this criminal justice process that is anything but just and is unbelievably expensive and has put us under incredible stress, worry and fear that has harmed our health and well being.

Michael is an expert litigator and did an outstanding job with my divorce and child custody case, to the point that even my ex emailed him stating she wished she had hired him instead. My ex and I are both considered high income earners under the Family Law system. He’s very knowledgeable about Family Law (including handling stocks, 401k, real estate investment, etc.) and has a professional rapport with everyone in the Bucks County family court system and other professionals in Family Law. He handled my case in a straightforward and realistic manner and brought an even-keeled approach to our contentious proceedings. He handled all my issues and court appearance himself but he's also surrounded by a group of extremely professional and caring office staff. I was referred to Dana from my business attorney regarding my recent divorce - we met for approx 1 hour to go over what I was dealing with- she was professional,understanding and very knowledgeable - we outlined our strategy and we followed it. Even with the pandemic the total time the divorce took was approx 6 months.. She was attentive to all information sent yo us from the other attorney. She has a nice way about her but she can be a " bull dog" if it was required - from what I have heard from other attorneys she is well respected in the in her field . “Your case is far from the norm”. For years, this is what I have heard, not only my attorneys, but from two Chester County judges and therapists/professionals in the double digits. My divorce and custody case was/is far from the norm. It has turned out to be a very challenging, trying, and emotional divorce/custody matter since 2013. Every step of the way, LaMonaca Law has been there for me in every possible way.
Being falsely accused of matters that separates a parent their child is one of the most difficult and emotional situations a parent can go through. It is also one of the hardest things to combat and expose the truth, especially as a father and especially when the falsely accusing parent has an agenda to rid the falsely accused parent from the child’s life forever. This has been my situation.

In addition to being extremely thorough, detailed and knowledgable, David was understanding, compassionate and sensitive. Most importantly however, he listened. I found Elliot after interviewing several other attorneys that I just didn’t trust. It seemed to me like everyone else was all about the money and not concerned about my case. Not Elliot though. Elliot Green helped our family immensely. Unfortunately, our family suffered when my daughters' mother behaved erratically, threw the children out of her home, and no longer could properly care for them. Because of Elliot's hard work, and the excellent job he did in direct examination at the trial, I won sole legal and residential custody of both children. Actually, Elliot did a supreme job, better than expected -- as I had gone into the proceedings thinking I would get residential custody and not legal custody, too. Vanessa Samano is simply the best there is for child custody cases, specifically high conflict. I would highly recommend Vanessa for any type of divorce or family law case, but specifically if you have a need for representation for Juvenile Court. Vanessa has the relationships with the courts, judges, and other attorneys across East Tennessee. She is highly respected and knows the law, but mostly she cares about the families she represents. I've been working with Attorney Andy Brown for approximately 6 years. He's handled my divorce and custody cases. He has always been there when I needed him and I am confident that he's helped me achieve the best possible results.
To say that my ex is "high conflict" would be putting it mildly. For 6 years she would "ride the line" of what she thought she could get away with (calling the police/CPS for trivial matters, trying to drive a wedge between my sons and I, etc).
