Chris is the BEST! Truly, the best. I met with multiple attorneys while going through a divorce. I had a consultation when I was going to switch representation and his pointers for where I was in my situation were spot on! By following his advice I completely changed the momentum in my case. I interviewed a lot of lawyers and Chris is hands down the best. He was level headed and educated me in my current situation as well as managed my expectations for what was to come. I cannot recommend him enough. Tracie, his paralegal, and him make a great team and are so personal. Please make a wiser first choice than I initially did and just hire him. I have been a client of Chris and Tracie’s for almost three years. I have worked with several other law firms and attorneys. Chris has been my attorney for over 12 yrs now, representing me in custody matters concerning my daughter. He has all the qualities a client would look for in their attorney. First, his communication style both with clients and in court is clear, calm, and genuinely empathetic. Chris is able to come up with rational solutions and present them to all parties involved in a very palatable way. He is also highly analytical and detail oriented, able to put together all the pieces of the puzzle to problem solve complicated cases with lots of data/documents. Chris has never missed a beat in getting me and my daughter the best possible outcomes, while always being direct and honest with me about potential outcomes. Last but not least, Chris appears to be highly respected within his own community both among other attorneys and judges/commissioners.

I wanted to update my review for Mr. Lutz as I didn't include his Paralegal. Jill Conner as an aboslute superior performer. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and experience was unsurpassed. She really poised David Lutz for success. Here's my original review with updates. Mr. Lutz was amazing and he packs premium performance in a budget price.I had a fraudulent DVPO filed against me. My wife’s claims were untrue. She was attempting to use this as the common “silver bullet” technique used to get the upper hand in a divorce. Mr. Lutz helped explain what I needed to do in order to prove my innocence. I provided my evidence to him and his amazing paralegal. He helped me feel confident by explaining the process and what was to come. He went to court with me and calmly incapacitated the opposing counsel. He calmly told the commissioner my wife’s claims didn’t at all meet the definition of domestic violence. I probably didn't even need an attorney. My ex wife's attorney Bryan Murry was a bumbling, ever failing attorney. He was often scrambling for reference documents, and seemingly perpetually unorganized. To me, his performance indicated he obtained his education at a low-tier community college. I really hope he can get a new job and get trained by the best so he can succeed, as he was unscrupulous and unethically proceeded to talk bad about me after the commissioner had dismissed his case and publicity asked why he had brought this to the court. I fear until he gets help from a mentor, he will let down, and disappoint any client he takes on. He will willingly take money even though the case is not winnable, so I guess that's a good think. Using Mr. Lutz and Ms. Morfitt against him was like using a tactical nuclear weapon against Popsicle stand. The judge dismissed the case after agreeing with my explanations in my documents and concurring with Mr. Lutz. He’s still helping my divorce case and I’m hoping for another victory while keeping cost to a minimum. Mr. Lutz has been great to work with so far. He knows how what he’s doing and does his best to keep costs as low as possible. Mr Lutz, Ms. Morfitt, and Jill Conner were fantastic and I highly recommend paying them to help you succeed and the truth come out.

I found Emily Tsai after seeing my wife’s lawyer out class my first 3 lawyers. He was able to take the documented truth and twist it into lies. The first 3 fell prey to sleazy tactics and threats of sanctions. Maybe they were afraid of a lawyer who had a Commissioner working in his law firm. Emily took him on and save me from losing potentially $2 million to the lies and tricks of the other side. She did this by not responding to lies and sleaze with lies and sleaze. She did it using the high road with good legal reasoning, good legal research, and outstanding expert witnesses.
Emily is hard working. To my objection she had me in her office late into the night to prepare for the arbitration hearing. Her husband was very patient and waited hours for her to complete the preparations.
If you have high value assets at risk in your divorce, you need to see Emily. She is well worth her fee.

My wife and I were looking a lawyer to write our wills and we found Kyle. The first thing that sold us was his prices were incredible. I didn't think we would be able to afford a will for both of us, but because of his prices we were able to easily afford one for both my wife and I. His belief is that wills should be affordable so everyone can have one written up, and it shows.
He did an excellent job taking the time to answer all my questions and walking me through the documents that needed to be filled out. He is very thorough as well.
Not only was he great to work with, but we requested a special meeting because we are high risk for corona virus. Not only was he respectful of our request, but he went above and beyond our expectations. He provided a setting for us in which we felt respected and safe.

I needed an attorney when I was struggling with my ex over custody and child support. Mr. Smither helped walk me through the process and was there for every court visit. I was let go from a previous job in a rather messy fashion. So messy, that many lawyers weren't even interested in the case. When the mess extended and overturned my unemployment benefits, the lawyer I had previously hired stopped representing me. With the deadline to appeal looming within only a week, I was at the end of my rope. Then, I was put in touch with Jeffrey Varszegi.
Jeffrey worked tirelessly, before even deciding whether he should take my case. I have used this attorney for my divorce and for a job misconduct issue. Always knew his job and related issues in court. Very smart and has a very quick sence of changing the tides on opposing counsel. Well worth the money. I usually dont recommend lawyers to anyone because as a police officer, they are the enemy. I foolish had signed a postnuptial that could have ruined me financially. I had consulted with another lawyer and was told there was nothing that could be done. I was absolutely devastated!! I highly endorse and recommend Patrick Crowley for legal representation. Prior to hiring Patrick, I thought it would be best to hire a woman to represent me. I am grateful that I didn't limit myself with gender-only selection, and instead look for the best person for legal representation. Patrick is fair, honest, and reasonable - not only in terms of financial expectations, but overall expectations. Very pleased with Patrick and his staff! My divorce ended up very messy with lots of extra questions and added headaches, and he always made me feel calm and that he would take care of everything and he did. In court he did such a phenomenal job I not only got full custody of my kids- twice, but my ex and his lawyer ended up deciding to back out of their claims and stop the proceedings. Mary is a wonderful family attorney in Yuma, Arizona. I would definitely recommend her for anyone going thru a divorce or in need of legal services involving family matters. The original judge we had in my case was extremely biased and ruled against me. But with Mary's help, we appealed my case, won the appeal, and ended up with an extremely favorable decision in the end.
Divorce and child custody are extremely difficult things to deal with for anyone, but I'm certain I would not have made it thru this process the way I did if not for Mary's help. He represented me in an EEO dispute with my employer. They were playing very dirty & trying to destroy a professional reputation I spent more than 10 years building. The employer used lies, manipulations such as pressuring my subordinates to file complaints about me or loose their own jobs to create a reason to fire me because I refused to participate in the illegal & unethical business practices my superiors were demanding I participate in.
Mr. Beckham worked tirelessly to protect my job & my reputation by hitting the agency & the corrupt leadership from every angle possible, to include involving Congress & other federal officials in the matters that pertained to my employer's deliberate violations relating to federal laws & policies to include their attempts to force me to misuse taxpayer money.
Without Mr. Beckham's foresight and preparations of ten steps ahead of their next moves, I would have been another statistic of the whistle blower that got stomped by "the man".

I was lucky enough to be represented by Mr. Beckham in a criminal appeal (along with several other people he was representing in similar cases). I had been fined and sentenced to jail time beyond what was allowed by the law. Mr. Beckham did not stand for this! I learned, though my experience with him, that he is an honest and hardworking attorney who fights to get the best possible outcome for everyone he serves. He definitely proved this by the work he did my case (and from what I saw him do at the Court of Appeals in the other cases he argued on the same day).
