I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Olivia Larson and all she has done for my family. My case was extremely complicated as it had both civil and criminal accusations. I knew I was innocent and the accusations against me were an attempt to muddy the water and gain an advantage in the civil case. With Olivia's help, I was able to win against the criminal accusations and hold my accusers accountable. The civil case lasted over a year due to Covid and court procedure. When I first hired Olivia she was with a firm that I won't name, but after a few months she chose to leave that firm and start her own. I asked her to stay on as my lawyer and she thankfully agreed. Olivia is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated to her clients, patient and of the highest character. As a father dealing with custody issues I could not be more pleased to have retained Jamie Kissinger on several occasions concerning my children. Jamie is extremely easy to work with and to communicate with. Her knowledge of family law and ability to explain complex issues has been a benefit to my family, especially my children. If I had listened to Iris when I first met with her, my divorce could have been quick, and very efficient. Instead, when we started less than 1 year later, we embarked on a 40 month, 29 hearing, and 2 canceled trials, that finally concluded with a 4 day trial, because my Ex refused to negotiate. Along the way Iris never mislead me, prepared me for all outcomes, and even spent her own time researching multiple complex issues. It's her preparation, legal smarts, and gut instincts you want only on your side. Iris found the way to present and prove the truth.
During this journey I got to know Iris on a personal level and she is a genuine, decent person, who cares about her clients, which I've learned is very important when dealing in family law. Iris is not just looking to cash your check.

The most vicious and evil people in the world are not just those who commit blatantly overt crimes, but also those who masquerade as do-gooders, for the purpose of deceiving and robbing others of their time, money, and peace of mind. On the outside they appear to say and do all the right things, as they pursue cover-up careers, and titles that make them look altruistic and charitable to those that don’t really know them. Sometimes they even pretend to be advocates for the bullied and less fortunate. These sorts of people are highly skilled in the deception game, and are extremely convincing actors because they live inside their own heads, and believe their own lies. They lack integrity and ruin lives. Our opponent was such a person; however, she was not able to fool Iris Finsilver, nor was she able to browbeat, or outwit her.
Iris immediately saw our opponent, for the con artist she was, and developed a strategy that exposed her falsified statements and web of lies. Iris uncovered and provided irrefutable evidence that verified that our antagonist committed perjury.
Truth won out because, Iris not only uncovered the lies, she substantiated the truth. We won our case and we were able to move forward with our lives, quite happily, and successfully, and unencumbered, despite the attempts of the most shrewd and crafty con artist we ever encountered.

Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it.
My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody. Not only did she get me full custody she got me in to the proper therapy and made some really good recommendations to help me through the tough times. Miss Gomolson is a stand up lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone.

I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. Lynne Jenkins McGivern is an amazing attorney and person. Her professionalism, knowledge, and hard work was a constant comfort to me during my very difficult divorce. My divorce was bonkers complicated with jurisdiction issues, restraining orders in other states, my spouse seizing marital assets, etc. When ever I told her something she grasped the severity of the situation and was quick to formulate a plan.
As a side note, over the year we worked together, she remembered everyone's name (my husband, his girlfriend, my kids, my mother etc) even though she had not met them. My husband's attorneys would mistype the children's names or ages, I hated that. Lynne never made such mistakes.
Also, while Lynne is no more expensive than the other good divorce attorneys in HI, I never felt over-billed. My divorce was expensive, but whenever I saw her bills, I felt they were justified and a very fair representation of the hard work she did.
If you are thinking about a divorce or getting divorce, Lynne is the person you want. She is a pleasure to work with and having her on "my side" was the one bright spot of my miserable divorce!!

Lynne was able to secure physical and legal custody for my children. She really fights for her clients. I was in an abusive situation and didn't know how to explain the harm I wanted my children protected from. Lynne immediately got the children child support, even though their dad was trying to get a continuance and prolong not paying. She fought for the children to have supervised visits for the entire TRO, which they did. She had a judge's ruling reconsidered and changed and did what was best for my kids till the end. Also, upon reviewing bills from other firms, Lynne and Anita definitely undercharge. Other firms here overcharge, or charge you for not working and try to blame other attorneys, its horrible. Lynne isnt like that at all. She honest, shes very strategic, and shes a fighter. I have been in her office as she works and she works quickly, writes eloquently, and was able to perceive my thoughts and concerns for my children while utilizing the law. Hire her.

I had a really complicated divorce. My wife was not cooperating/communicating. Her attorney was trying to make me look like a bad father. Our assets were partially shared with other family members. I started with someone who had a good reputation in the industry, but honestly, he seemed to have too many other cases and did not seem to want to understand the details of my Case, or be proactive.
During the course of our divorce, I did my own research, and interviewed about 3 other attorneys, all of whom came highly recommended. This is what makes Lynne different: She asked appropriate questions regarding the history and analyzed the data I had compiled. She maintained good communication and was empathic. She did not unnecessarily turf work to her employees, which meant she took the time to really dig into the details of my case. She responded to phone calls and emails very promptly. She is very accessible.
Something I did not expect, was she never mentioned how busy other cases made her and ALWAYS took the time to follow up on my issues. It was as if I was her only client. I felt like I was getting VIP treatment.
The way my case was going before I met Lynne, I think I was at least 18 months away from divorce. Lynne took the time to understand my position and speak with the other attorney to get a better understanding of their position. Lynne drafted a proposal which became a settlement and we were divorced in 4 months. I am very thankful for this because of the high conflict nature of our case, without Lynne, it would have been MUCH longer.
I regret not starting with Lynne, but she picked up my case midstream and worked to settle very quickly.

Although my divorce is what I consider the worst experience of my life, I have to give my attorney, Ms Debra Bryan a lot of credit,, for keeping me on track. The entire process was such a emotional roller coaster, and i whined entirely to much, but at the end of this process, my attorney (who I nickname mom) was able to secure me, a very nice and fair settlement. Ms Bryan, made sure that i was sure about me decision, to get a divorce. She asked the hard questions. Because of the attention she paid to me and my situation, I didn't even have to open my mouth to say anything in court, because Ms Bryan did exactly what she promised to do. Everything I thought I was losing, I was able to replace and still move on comfortable into the next journey.

Supreme! It is unarguably true that this firm’s dedication, professionalism, and skill are without equal. As lawyers, as professionals, and as people they are of the highest kind, quality and order. There is no possible way I could fully express how wonderful Gary and Hanna of this firm are both at their profession and as human beings. I had heard so many horror stories about attorneys in the past that when I found myself in the position of having to find a family law attorney I was consumed with panic and concern about finding the best firm to take on my case. After researching multiple firms of the area I came across Gary Frank P.C. and I decided to call. I was surprised when Gary himself answered the phone, it wasn’t a receptionist or a machine, and in that moment I knew that this was the type of firm I needed to help me navigate through this difficult time. Gary listened attentively to me in what I could only describe as the most panic-stricken state I have ever been in, he never rushed me off the phone, nor did he turn me away despite my being without a stable form of income and his knowing that there was nothing that could guarantee that he and his firm would be compensated for their work aside from my promise to him. Gary was recommended to me by a relative. I was in a long term abusive marriage and had had enough and was ready to put an end to it. while being "ready" i was scared to death as i was someone with low self esteem and so afraid of how my Ex would respond. After four years of court appearances and a trial due to a very difficult and cruel ex, I came out of this experience feeling like my Guardian Angels were helping me all along. First by stumbling into Holmes & Holmes office and second by having Sana represent me as my lawyer.

I retained Zach as my attorney as I was in a custody battle after my divorce. I had been going it alone for about six months and although I felt I had a good case, there is always the "what if" Many factors regarding my case brought me to Zach. I had relocated to another state, had a new job, paperwork to locate and file, many things had to be addressed and considered. It was overwhelming.
From the moment I made the decision to get help, I knew that Zach was the attorney to represent me. The initial conversations we had by phone were comfortable and productive. The fact that I was 1400 miles away and that I was placing my children's future and well being in someone's hands was scary at first but Zach, I felt, was the one that could get it done for me.
The biggest concern I had was that I had given him less than 3 months to prepare. In that short amount of time he compiled all the documents, filed all the paperwork, conducted the interviews with the witnesses. He did that and so much more. When we entered the courtroom I was confident and WE were prepared. In court Zach was direct, to the point and was able to "paint the picture" for the Magistrate. As the aforementioned ex wife, I highly recommend Carol. She was extremely professional while my ex was being his typical narcissistic, cocky, know it all. She found a way for him to actually pay for his son instead of tacking it on to his ridiculously large child support arrears from other children. It's unfortunate and sad that I had to get a lawyer in order for him to pay half of day care, which he brings him to everyday he has him and half of my son's health insurance. These are things any Dad should agree to pay for while having 50/50 custody. For anyone dealing with a manipulative narcissist as an ex, Carol will go to bat for you. I'd gladly spend the money again in order to get my son taken care of and moving along the divorce that lasted way longer than it should have while my ex leeched off of my health insurance and delayed the divorce for months. In my experience with Daniel, not only did he take the time to get to know me, my case and the results I was hoping for, he made valiant efforts to keep me updated and aware of what my options were at all times. My divorce was not contentious, but I needed someone to look out for MY interests, after my now-Ex retained a lawyer and tried to pass him off as a mediator. I don't think there was any mal-intent going on, but I needed to make sure MY interests were being preserved.
