I cannot recommend Mr. Delaney highly enough to anyone who needs quality legal representation. I feel I know Mr. Delaney very well professionally as he represented me for several years in highly contentious litigation. I will be forever grateful for his services to my family and I. Certainly my life today would not be the same had I not been referred to him.
Mr. Delaney is extremely proficient, professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable of not only the law, but also of the other attorneys and judges involved, their personalities and tendencies, which allows him to present options to his clients when discussing their cases.
Mr. Delaney is an adept multi-tasker/prioritizer, probably the best I have ever known. If something is important or very time sensitive, he WILL get it done.
He never acts without a client's permission, makes himself available to clients, returns phone calls, and NEVER misses a deadline or court appearance. I cannot emphasize this last point strongly enough. Many, many times I was stressed about making a deadline and he always came through, even when I didn't think progress was being made or the deadline would be met. Also, Mr. Delaney will never miss a court appearance. Countless times I witnessed opposing attorneys either not appear in court for their clients, or be significantly late, causing the judge to move on to the next case. Can you imagine how you would feel if the judge were to call your case, your attorney is not there, the judge tells you to come forward, and asks how you would like to proceed? You won't have to know that feeling if Mr. Delaney is representing you, rest assured!
Mr. Delaney's fees are going market rates for experienced attorneys, which I feel are fair. While market rates may be difficult for some to afford, particularly during turbulent times (believe me, I understand), never was the statement "you get what you pay for" more true than with Mr. Delaney. He takes steps to be efficient and has other staff handle routine tasks to minimize costs and maximize your resources.

I met James through my bankruptcy attorney
During the bank fraud forclosures in 2010. He assisted me to stay in my forclosed home for 5 years, to recover some of the financial loss I incured when the bank kept my escrow money through the forclosure process. I highly recommend Jim for any issues you may have. In addition I found him to be genuinely concerned with my well being. I also loved his sense of humor.

I write this review with my case still on-going. I feel that no matter the end result, my daughter and I received the best representation possible. I had a previous divorce attorney before hiring Mario. After exhausting my entire retainer and always feeling like they worked for the other side, I started my search for a new attorney/firm. I have used this firm’s services for bankruptcy and also a divorce with custody being the main dispute. Unfortunately my ex was extreamly difficult and would not agree to anything therefor my case ended up in a trial. Both Lukas and his wife Katherine attended which was awesome having two attorney’s fighting for not only my but my children’s best interest. The way they worked together and their level of expertise was incredible. They are personable and professional, strategic and compassionate. After a few long trying days of trial the judge ruled in my favor. I will forever be grateful for them, it is because of them that I was able to begin again with my children in my care. I hired Rhonda to represent me for a follow-up divorce related matter. My prior experience with the original divorce attorney left me feeling that they were fine with the administrative aspects of the case, and pleasant to work with, but it mostly felt like I was working with a divorce "production house."

Ms. Rosenthal handled my case expertly and with care. She answered all my questions and took care of everything for me. I hired Karen to handle my divorce. A divorce, in and of itself, can be a very trying experience. It is a lengthy, time consuming process, with several emotional highs and lows. It requires a good line of communication, which Karen provides, to allow for the appropriate strategic approach to each of the the significant number issues that arise. I found her to also have a balanced awareness to the cost benefit of those approaches. I never felt rushed, however, I never felt there was any time being wasted. Karen helped me manage and stay on track with my divorce. She is knowledgeable with various aspects of asset division that involves stock options, buyout of marital property, health insurance, IRA, etc. Without Karen, I could have easily lost out in this process. She is caring and sensible with the emotional ups and downs of a divorce--probably due to her background in clinical psychology--which helped me stay cool and focus on the tasks at hand, which was to get the divorce finalized as quickly and as fairly as possible. There were times that Karen would work after hours and over the weekend when there were urgent documents to review and edit, not because I gave her the pressure, but because she recognized that we had momentum and cooperation from the other side and should just get it done and over with. She paid great attention to details with documents, with careful edits that helped protect my interests in all aspects. I would highly recommend Karen for her excellent experience, knowledge and professionalism!

Having dealt with several over the course of my professional career which left me ever so slightly,.. unenthusiastic,.... about retaining one for my own divorce.
If I was religious I would "thank God" that I chose Mr. Bouquet. His experience AND expertise were starkly apparent from minute one and remained so to the conclusion. There is no way in, ...wait, I said I wasn't religious, ...there was just no way I would have fared so well in this nightmare of a life changing event without him.

After many years of marriage my wife and I separated and decided to divorce. Ed represented me through a difficult divorce. As a business owner the separation of assets was contentious. Ed took a lot of time to understand what was important to me and was able to work out a divorce agreement that was reasonable and agreeable to my former wide. I can't say enough good things about Ed. I have known Mr. Bouquet in a professional capacity for over 10 years. As a family law practicioner in the same jurisdiction as Mr. Bouquet I have been involved in several matters with Mr. Bouquet. While advoacting vigorously for his respective clients, he still always maintained a courteous and professional demeanor to me as his counterpart. Accordingly, while we both fought for our respective clients, his representation did not resort to posturing or other form of grandstanding. In one of the cases that we had together, my client suffered from a rather serious addiction. Mr. Bouquet was appropriately sensitive to those issues and that party's needs without impeding representation of his client. Overall, I have found him to be one of the best family law practicioner's in our county.

Bill is an excellent attorney who helped me through a high-conflict divorce with his strategic and calm approach. He is very patient and thinks before he reacts. He never leaves you guessing and openly shares information he receives from the other attorney's involved. My daughter was going through a very rough divorce and had started with another well known law firm and they were so lax and had done a very poor job in representing her . , she was in tears and asking me to help her find a good attorney , I contacted many a discussed the case they all just said come in and we will talk . I then called Ms Harris and she talked for about an hour and was so reassuring , my daughter and I went in and it seemed like she was an angel sent to us by heaven , she took on this case that had already went to mediation and we thought was hopeless , she stepped in and took it all the way to trial , I thought I was watching a movie she took over and just had me in aw , her ex had hived a well known attorney and we thought we were beating a dead horse so to speak but she went in the court room as she did with us before and by the way she always was good in court , and she started off with penalizing the other attorney for not have filed and serving all the proper paper work , ( now remember this attorney was from a lg well known firm ) and that set the stage , they could not speak at all , she then proceeded to present her case for about three hours , it was amazing , it should of been filmed for a how to movie , at the end it was better than expected all of her demands were granted , I just have to say if you don't choose Ms Harris you would be making a big mistake , her daughter is her assistant and is just as good as her mother and together they are the best attorney team I ever ! , they pay attention to all details and it dose make a difference , they gave us peace in our home and saved my grand daughter from harms way , thank you again !!!!!

Joe was a tremendous resource during my divorce. He listened intently during our initial consultation, and ultimately understood how to work WITH me. Throughout the process he was interested in how I wanted to handle and approach each step. He didn't hesitate to recommend alternate approaches to reach my end goals, but never overstepped. He understood that I was the one who had to live with the result.
Joe's legal knowledge and guidance was always spot on. He helped me fully understand the difference between my "wants" and what the law would allow. No Surprises. That was critical to managing my expectations, and helped me to better prepare for the next stage of my life.
Joe was GREAT at helping me manage the financial side of the process. He explained his costs and the billing process. No unnecessary phone calls, no unnecessary meetings. We spoke when we needed to, period. In the end, costs for the process were about 1/3 of my ex-wife's. Not because his rates were cheaper, but because he and I managed the process better.

I hired Molly Murphy because my ex kept pushing for more child custody and support. Molly was always available to talk to me or update me. If you have to go to court and go through a lot of court dates, you want Molly on your team. She knew everyone at the courthouse, including the Judge. My husband and I hired Michelle to gain custody of his daughter. This was our first time ever dealing with a lawyer, but our experience was great. Michelle went above and beyond our expectations. Ashlyn is five stars!!! A dear friend recommended Ashlyn to help navigate a dispute between my ex husband and myself. They say getting divorced is never easy. Add to that getting divorced after 10 plus years to a very mentally ill spouse during a pandemic. I could not have done it with out Ashlyn. During the consultation with Ashlyn she did something that she may not have even realized. She gave me hope, with her understanding of the mental illnesses that my ex spouse has. Ashlyn gave me hope by her experience being a guardian ad litem (an attorney representing the child and what the best interest is for the child.)
After she took my case, Ashlyn used her skills and ability to calm down the bull dog attorney that my spouse hired. In court Ashlyn represented me and my interests exactly, and was able to speed up the divorce process. (At that point my ex was stalling wanting to move forward.)
I pray that no one ever has to divorce their spouse. If they do, I hope that they are lucky enough to have Ashlyn or an attorney of her caliber represent them.
