I found Ms. Cole through a lawyer referral service. I was distraught after just going through a nightmare experience with my previous divorce attorney. During my initial consultation with Tiffani, she put me totally at ease. and. Cole is a true professional who exudes confidence and high energy. She’s also very adept at interpreting the experience that iI’d gone through. After a yearlong divorce battle with my previous attorney, this was the first time that I felt comfortable with what would eventually result in a positive outcome in my divorce case. Ms. Cole is a fighter and true warrior when advocating the rights of the client. She has a keen eye in pointing out nefarious situations and she NEVER gives up until the goals we spoke about when she took the case has been effectively resolved. The staff especially her paralegal are super efficient. No phone calls or emails rver went unanswered and were done expeditiously. I wouldn’t hesitate to ever use their service again.

When it comes to family law attorneys there are many choices out there. I wouldn't trust anyone to handle my personal affairs other than Elizabeth Johnson. She helped me with a family matter and it couldn't have resulted in a better outcome. I am very thankful to her and her partner, Andrew Klausner, for that.
Her professionalism and knowledge are second to none (unfortunately I've worked with several family law attorneys). Not to mention, she is an attorney you can place your trust in as she is just a great person overall. That comes across from the moment that you meet her. I would have no reservations having Elizabeth represent me again or referring her to someone that needs her services. She truly puts her client's best interests first.

Going through a divorce was probably one of my life's most liberating moment. It was a difficult transition, but to be able to have the courage to finally do something you know you should have done for a long time. I knew the minute I met Andrew and Elizabeth that it was a match. Andrew was so stern, persuasive, and quick on his feet and Elizabeth is so precise, relatable and attention to detail. They both were very matter of fact, problem solvers, and total geniuses with numbers.
After our first initial consultation, I told them what was going on with my husband at the time's on going affairs and abuse. Without judgement, they sat and listened and gave me comfort in examples of what kind of cases they have scene and how mine was not the worse. I didn't have any children, I was still at a pretty young age, and they asked me: "Do you want to leave him?" and I said yes! Just that first decision was a shift in stepping into my own and choosing happiness over obligation. They were able to file for a divorce and served him the subpoena the day he got back from his "business trip"
They were always on top of everything and when we first started off I was making rookie mistakes like forwarding every threatening email my ex would write me which they could have easily billed me for but they made sure to get me on the phone to advise me how to consolidate and print the emails so I can save some money.
The whole team here are so helpful. If I had a question, I would get a response almost right away, or if they were in court at least a couple hours after. If emails were too long to write out, I would get a phone call so that everything is clear and we know exactly what the action plan is as to next steps. I always felt I was taken care of and that they were on my side and behind me, fighting for what I deserve.
During the last step of mediation, and we sat across from my ex and his lawyer. I could not have been more confident and ready. Every attempt my ex brought up to try to take from me such as my luxury handbags, jewelry, 401k, engagement ring, down payment of our houses, somehow Andrew would find something to rebuttal, and reason him out of it.
Through the whole process, they were thorough, strategic and got me out with more than I could ask for. I am finally a new woman, without a cheating husband and have my own house, car and bank account full of savings I can fall back on singing "You don't own me, I'm not just one of your many toys...". I am now officially divorced, the final paperwork was filed with the court and the minute that happened and I got the email from Andrew and Elizabeth I literally felt 100% exonerated.
I know I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own. All that paperwork, my ex and his many masks, scheming, harassing, manipulating... paying the lawyers to do all the work and not having to deal with being in contact with my ex was worth every penny. It's been 8 months since I filed for divorce, I have seen couples that are still trying to get their spouse to sign 2 years after filing for divorce. I am so relieved it only took us 8 months. Now that it's all over, I can move on to the next chapter of my life.
Thank you Andrew, Elizabeth, Robin and the entire team for being so efficient and supportive during this process. I highly recommend anyone looking for representation to hire Andrew and Elizabeth. You will not regret it!

Being a mother in a dangerous relationship/living situation was my worst nightmare -- it became my reality as a 21 year old. I was terrified to take legal action against my daughters father, and after speaking with Ms. Johnson (And Mr. Klausner -- @Klausner Johnson LLP) I felt a sense of relief. Elizabeth is direct, compassionate and determined. Her personality was comforting in this horrible time of my life. Jack is a considerate and knowledgeable attorney with excellent integrity and character. He has done all the right things to build my confidence in him as an attorney. I did not hire Jack, only because a good friend referred me to a friend of hers who thought she would help me out. As the process has moved forward in my divorce, everything that Jack said when I met with him was spot on. He took the time to answer all my questions and let me know about the process. He didn't sugar coat anything and was right about how he thought things were going to play out. He is priced reasonably and would have saved me a lot of money. If only I could go back in time.

I hired Jack O'Connor to represent me for visitations of my daughter. Mr. O'Connor was very knowledgable and prepared for court. I had not seen my daughter over a year due to mother not allowing her to see me. I have been paying child support for four years and never missing one payment. I finally got fed up of it and hired a attorney. Mr O'Connor was able to get me every other weekend visitation and overnight stays. Mr. O'Connor also was able to prove to the judge that I was active in my daughters life previously despite what her mother attest to. Mr O'Connor proved to the court that mother was being very difficult and the judge awarded me compensated for attorney fees. I googled pro-Bono attorneys, since I’m a full time single mom right now and up against a wealthy abusive ex. Even though it turned out Navid doesn’t work pro bono, he still generously and patiently answered all of my questions. He calmed me down and even though he had a trial the next day he generously gave me an hour of his time, which I’m very grateful for! He is professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly compassionate and caring. Though we all need to make a living he isn’t driven by $$$ only, but rather by being of help to parents in difficult situations.

Honestly, I wouldnt use anyone else. My experience was as great as a terrible time in my life could have been. Ms. Marum gave brilliant guidance and offered solutions that I wouldnt have thought of otherwise. She was able to get to the bottom of what I truly wanted and needed for my young son and I. There were very delicate issues dealing with addiction, but Ms. Marum was able to navigate those issues well and provided support for the fact that I wanted to give my ex every opportunity to see our son, but wanted the security of making sure that relationship was a safe and healthy one. Mrs. West assisted me in a modification of custody and child support case. She is very knowledgeable with the law, she is patient and kind. She always answered every email promptly and always offered great advice. She was very up front with me in a respectful way and helped keep me grounded throughout this process. She kept me fully informed throughout my case, so as an anxious person, this is what I needed. I always knew what to expect throughout the process. She always listened to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. When I didn't understand something, she was great at explaining it so I did understand. My ex wife hit me with a ridiculous and totally unfounded demand for "past due" support. Her lawyer threatened me and filed endless demands with the courts for 2yrs (during wich time my parents were both ill and passed during.all this) my ex knew that my mother had all my paper work , and with her gone i was all but defenseless. I was in a very dark place emotionally and financially with no way out. Thank God a friend referred me to Olga , she literally showed me a light when i thought there were none. I recently went through an otherwise very stressful divorce and court trial. I am a practicing physician and my ex a housewife for 17 years. I have three children. Ms. Seeley's counsel in my marriage dissolution was invaluable. She helped me understand the dissolution case process, and helped me to manage my own expectations with respect to timing of case events. She's the consummate attorney in the sense that she's the strongest advocate for her clients. In family law cases where things can get muddied by a bit of emotion, she keeps things real and in perspective.
As a paralegal, I was able to prepare the bulk of paperwork myself, but without Ms. Seeley's keen eye to some details, and recommendations as to alternatives -- in specific related to division of property and spousal support, the case might still be pending judgment.
I was pleased to receive the desired outcome with the court in a reasonable amount of time. The courts might be a bit slow, but the team at Seeley & Madigan couldn't have been more responsive. Questions answered right away, and proposed solutions offered quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Helen Yvonne Seeley and the team at Seeley & Madigan. If ever I need family law counsel again, Ms. Seeley would be the first attorney i'd contact.

Elizabeth handled my divorce with a high level of competency and professionalism. During our initial phone call, Aimee and I discussed the particulars of my marriage and as uncomfortable as it was for me to approach the conversation, Aimee's calm and comforting demeanor quickly settled my unsure nerves. I was referred to Lisa by a friend, and he couldn't say enough about her. She had mediated over his divorce, and he stated that he was very impressed by her knowledge and ability to bring a positive resolution to both parties in his case. We met Lisa at the Cameron County Courthouse. She was there representing another case and we were there trying to to navigate our way through child support and family court pro se, having traveled in from upstate Texas. Before we even had a chance to address our case before the judge, she met with the other parties to hers and listening to her was all it took to want to hire her. Lisa is a straight shooter. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She doesn't hesitate or walk around bad answers or behavior, and asks that everyone be held accountable for their actions. I immediately asked for her contact information and she began representing us that very afternoon. By the end of the evening, she had e-filed on our behalf and everything we'd been hoping to say or points we felt were important to make, she included. Her experience and flair were very evident in her initial filing. While our case is far from over, our experience so far has been a cake walk with her. We aren't just a number to her, she recognizes and responds to us because she knows our plight. She doesn't ask us the same questions over and over because she remembers. She doesn't take for granted how near and dear this proceeding is for us, and she doesn't treat us poorly when we ask too many questions or send in page long rantings. I happened to be at the Cameron County courthouse ready to speak on my own behalf regarding a child support/custody matter when my wife spoke to Lisa regarding my situation. Within a matter of hours she was by my side fighting on my behalf. I am an active duty Soldier who has been stationed in various states dealing with custody issues with an ex wife while deploying overseas never able to get any real say in the matter of my involvement in my son's life. When my ex and her new paramour found out I'd retained Brad Nace, they went from representing themselves to retaining a high-profile family attorney firm (whom I don't wish to further embarrass by naming here). I knew Brad had a great reputation as top-flight attorney, as I've known knew him socially for years. (My ex knew too, btw.) What I did not, and could not yet truly appreciate was what an incredible strategist, nor how unbelievably attentive to detail he is. As badly as I wanted to win my case... I dare say Brad wanted it MORE THAN I DID. Yes, of course we won... but it gets better...
When we finally had our hearing... it felt like a Hollywood director said "Action" and then it was Brad's turn to make an opening statement... hard to describe succinctly but suffice to say, he was on another level than opposing counsel. He absolutely owned the stage er court room and commanded everyone's attention and respect.

He was the first to tell me that my wife was trying to defraud me as she filed for divorce. She was also severely abusing my child at the time too which restricted my ability to understand just how criminal she had become. He also told me that the court doesn't care about child abuse which at first struck me as insensitive. At a certain point during litigation I realized that my ex was guilty of multiple crimes. He was correct about my ex's intentions to not only abuse my child (trying to make me crazy) but also to defraud me / the whole estate. My ex made it away with millions, trusts, businesses, has almost had me killed a few times due to conspiracy crimes, and I haven't been with my daughter (who believes me to be dead) since she was kidnapped for a court sponsored ransom against civil law and federal vra laws in 2017. The maternally abused victim child is now severely damaged, suffering, and cannot speak properly (often times stuttering / stammering) and does not have a steady focus according to insiders due to the ongoing maternal child abuse. Thanks for the heads up about my criminal ex and the court not caring about child abuse! The 255th court does NOT care for their standing orders, maternal child abuse, perjury, fraud, or rico crimes alike. They have been reported to the DOJ about their constructive crimes. Mr. Brad Nace is an honest lawyer who is very intuitive. Honesty is very hard to find in the legal field. 100% excellent lawyer!!!! Have a great one!!!!!

When you are going through something as emotional as a divorce, you need someone who is calm, cool and very competent at your side. Mr. Fozard is kind, professional and he stays focused on the goal. My ex-wife went through two different attorneys and both of them tried starting silly arguments with us that quite frankly just rack up the legal fees . . . .. good for the lawyers, bad for the clients. Mr. Fozard shut that down immediately and kept the process moving forward.
