Recently used New Hope Divorce Mediation, in particular Mindey Elgart, to handle my no contest divorce. It was a very pleasant process, given the situation, and went smoothly from the beginning to the end. After the initial meeting where we discussed all the details, we met one more time to finalize the settlement agreement. After that there was a 90 day waiting period. During all that time, Mindey and her office was very diligent at sending us all the paperwork and explaining everything step by step, when and how to properly sign and mail all the documents to the court. After the 90 day waiting period, it just took another 2 months to receive the divorce decree from the judge. I would highly recommend Mindey and New Hope Divorce Mediation to others to handle their divorce case.

I hired Lenore about 18 months ago after firing 3 other attorneys....the last of which nearly bankrupted me when he failed to file
an appeal of an outrageous child support award.
There are many attributes of Lenore that are really rare in divorce attorneys:
* non-confrontational
* high attention-to-detail
* outgoing and friendly
* reasonably rate given her high quality of service
She handled my case with high level of professionalism.
Lenore represented me at both a master's level and then a judge's level for equitable distribution.
In both cases, she was well prepared and very convincing in these hearings...especially the latter where there were nearly 10,000 pages of documentation.
She arrived at the court house with a luggage carrier holding nearly 4 FEET of documents !
Her performance was exemplary thanks to careful preparation.
When the hearing was over, we walked out of the courthouse and she gave me a big hug as we said goodbye !

I learned of Mr. Kusnetz services after my divorces was finalized but I wish I had Mr. Kusnetz from day one. His firm has been tremendous in helping me with some of the things I didn’t original consider when my uncontested divorce was done by another firm. He has helped me with all of my post-divorce issues such as visitation with my son and my child support obligations. Phil Kusnetz is an attorney like no other. From the moment I calls his office, I knew this was the attorney for me. My case was dismissed years ago on the issue of grounds. I felt like there was no hope.

I really can't recommend Kelsea enough. She remained professional through some pretty frustrating and stressful litigation with my ex. I am disabled, my husband left me, after 32 years, because he didn't want a disabled wife. I was a hot mess, when I came to Kelsea. She could have told me no, I had to switch to her, with only weeks to go. She took me on, and, because she's in an office with other attorneys, it's like you get all their advice. Kelsea asked others in her firm, more experienced, to make sure all our info was correct. She was fantastic, I was falling apart at the end, and, she hung in there with me, helped me make decisions, get it settled out of court. I was so scared of being sick and alone, no money to live, as I can't work. Kelsea made sure I got the settlement I needed, so I would be OK. I got served again by my ex last night, he wants to terminate my support, and, life insurance he has to keep, with myself as beneficiary. I sent Kelsea an email, and, I have no doubt, she'll do as fantastic a job as before!

I'm a single father who has been through countless false accusations by the mother of my child. My son's mother wanted to pass my son off as another man's that she had been dating on and off for years. She started all of the false accusations right after I had her served with court papers to see my son for the first time and be involved in his life as his father. Attorney Huddleston was in my corner every step of the way and fought hard for me and my little man. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have even had the chance to meet my son, know what he looked like, bond with him, or anything. It is because of Attorney Huddleston that my son and I were granted 50/50 joint custody time together and get to enjoy our favorite meal of tacos together! I am so grateful to Attorney Huddleston for all of his help. I have worked with some lawyers who have taken my money but then only half represented me in hopes of getting more money or flat out failed me in court costing me more money and then they have had the nerve to demand more money from me after their complete failure. It's downright unethical and immoral. Attorney Huddleston is not that kind of attorney and any money spent for his services is well worth it. He really does put his all into fighting for his clients. Even though I am still fighting in court against false accusations from the mother of my son claiming that I am molesting my son, beating him, and abusing him mentally, while she continues to refuse to bring him to pick ups and drop offs, slander me to doctors and therapists that she's set up for our son, and continues to file orders of protection (all dismissed) with her 4th one just dismissed recently, and not knowing how my son is doing or haven't seen him since October, I still hold true to faith that something will change. Having Attorney Huddleston in my corner through it all has truly been a blessing. If you need a lawyer who will go into the court fighting hard for you and for what's morally & legally right, choose Attorney Huddleston. I did and I don't regret it one bit. I met Mr.Bob when i was at my lowest seeking help with custody battle on top of financial battles with the local child support office.He did an outstanding job with keeping me updated on important things like court dates and my rights as a father.He helped me to win full time custody of my son whom i missed dearly.He was always a call or text away and acted promptly to whatever the situation was.I truly appreciate his great work ethics and if I had to choose a lawyer for anything it would be him, I feel like he has the right knowledge on just about anything and is always willing to point you to the right direction of who does if he’s not to sure of(which is rarely)…i thank you so much for assisting me.

Mrs Rivera is a great lawyer and was very supportive through my very bitter and at times nasty custody battle. Just when I thought I lost all hope Mr Coppage was assigned to my custody battle case for my son. I’ve been going against my sons mother for almost 5 years in court trying to get custody over my son who’s been under my care Mr Coppage looked at me and said be honest with me and I’ll be honest with you do everything I tell you to do and the way that you are suppose to do it and well let the judicial system handle the rest. I first met with Raunak when someone else was representing me in my divorce. By the end of my consultation with him, it was clear that Raunak is a breed apart from other attorneys. It is really night and day.
My divorce was so messy and my first attorney made the mess even worse instead of fixing problems. Raunak changed the whole direction of my case. It was such a breath of fresh air. I don’t know how I could have gotten through it all and kept my sanity intact if I hadn’t changed attorneys and hired Raunak to represent me.
As time went on, Raunak proved himself to be very thorough and knowledgeable. Unlike my first attorney, he wasn’t all talk. He actually got results. Anyone who has had to go to family court knows just how stressful it is. A big part of the stress is worrying whether your attorney will really help you achieve a favorable outcome. Another concern is wondering, "Will my attorney make my case a priority, or will I be just be another client that he/she can barely keep track of?" I was represented by one of the best known firms in New York City, but my case was going in circles. A friend suggested I speak with Raunak Kothari and I am so glad I did. Raunak brought clarity to my situation, quickly got my case back on track, resolved the issues my prior attorney could not and brought other issues to my attention that I had never considered.
Throughout the process, Raunak kept an unwavering focus on my priorities. Before negotiations, he explained the implications of various options, suggested alternatives, anticipated the other side’s arguments and explained the law that applied to my situation. Larry was recommended to me by an accountant to help with a divorce filing. Donna was my attorney through a two year fight with a very contentious ex wife and her equally contentious attorney.
Everything from 50/50 custody to every financial decision (including the realtor chosen to sell the marital home) was fought for or had to be decided by the court because of my ex and her attorney.
After a long and drawn out process I got the 50/50 custody that I wanted and am much better off financially than I could have ever imagined at the start of this process.
Furthermore, Donna was very good at talking me through the process and calming me when I felt overwhelmed or just wanted to cave to their scare tactics. This saved me thousands of dollars and helped me through this emotionally.
I couldn't have asked for anything more from an attorney than what I received by hiring Donna.
